When surveyed about what they loved most, 80‑90% of participants highlighted the people they met and the overall networking experience rather than the individual speakers. The speaker argues that assembling a high‑caliber group of attendees creates a special, valuable event, suggesting that the collective quality of the audience can be more impactful than the speaker lineup alone.

So I recently just did an event and hosted amazing speakers. People rated it a 9.8 average out of 10. So 9.8 out of 10. So it's pretty good rating. And we asked people, what was the thing that you loved the most about the event? What stood out the most? And you would think that with a great list of speakers that most people will be saying, oh, it's the speakers. But the reality is I'd say 80 to 90% of people actually said the people. And so when you have a high caliber group, not even just about the speakers, then you really have something special, right?
