Agencies spit out cash. Here's how you can build a $100 million revenue machine. So working in tech, I used to think agencies were unscalable and frankly unsexy. Now I've wisened up over the last couple years after running an agency and owning an agency and also talking to a lot of agency owners doing well into the 8 figures, some even into the 9 figures. I'll give you one example. One is my podcast co-host Neil. His agency does 9 figures a year. And also Gary Vee is another good example. His agency does over $100 million a year. Most of these businesses, both of them mostly bootstrapped. Number 2, MetaLab. And so Andrew Wilkinson, he's been on my podcast before. He took the profits from his agency, who he still has today, and then goes out there and buys other online businesses. His portfolio of companies now has to do at least over $100 million a year.
