It's such a joke that people think that they can just hire a CEO and run. Nobody's going to run the business as well as you are. They don't have the vision that you have. They don't care as much as you do. And I've just learned that over the years, anytime I've tried to step away from the business completely, everything falls apart. It's happened multiple times. So I've seen the pattern multiple times. And yet at the same time, the people that I see on Twitter talking about how they have a holding company or they're hiring CEOs, blah, blah, blah. And I look at it, you just look a little deeper. If you have a little experience and you take a look at it, the businesses aren't that big and that's okay. It doesn't have to be that big, but I think it's irresponsible. To talk about this stuff and act like your business is really big when it's not because you're actually not teaching what you actually know.
