We're actually big believers in hiring people that can generate revenue. If it doesn't work out, I'm a big believer, you just fire. I know that sounds bad, but you just fire if it doesn't work out. Neil's really good at that. When you look at entrepreneurs, an entrepreneur's job is to take risk and make more money. Take care of the business. A job of a CEO is to provide stability and growth in a gradual, comfortable way without risking the farm and causing, you know, too much pain and suffering.
