This is a YouTube video titled "How AI Loops Actually Work" (created 2026-08-05) consisting of a single-speaker presentation about AI "loops": iterative, learning workflows that improve over time. The speaker explains how loops operate (measure current state, define target, compute gap, record data to learn), gives a concrete example of reducing website page latency from ~150 ms to 50 ms, and notes practical applications and existing loops (AEO for driving traffic, recruiting, sales). The talk also recommends combining loops with graph engineering to build scalable, compounding systems and offers a "Loops Creator" tool (viewers can comment "loops" to receive it). Loops are one of the highest leverage things that you can do in AI, and people are still talking about today. So let me talk about how you can do it, and I'll share that loops creator that you can take advantage of so you can loop anything that you want. So the way a loop works is it's simply something— it's a workflow that learns, right? People like to talk about recursive self-improvement. This is something that gets better over time, and as you improve it, as you improve the inputs, you're going to get better outputs, right? And so the question is, How does it work? Well, let me give you a practical example. So let's say that you want to get all the pages on your website down to 50 milliseconds. Now, all the current pages are maybe averaging about 150 milliseconds. So 150 minus 50 is 100 milliseconds. So it has to look at your current state, it looks at your target state, then it looks at the gap, and you can— those are the numbers that I just gave you, right? So based on that, you need to be able to record the data somewhere. That way it can learn over time, right? And people aren't thinking about that when they're creating their loops. Now, the loops that we have right now, we haven't— AEO loop for driving more traffic. We have a loop for recruiting, we have a loop for sales, and we, we're just thinking about looping all the things that we can. And when you combine this with other concepts in engineering such as graph engineering, you are going to be able to move a lot faster. And then the work that you do compounds and you're talking about building scalable systems. So if you want access to our Loops Creator, just comment loops and we'll send it over to you. Awesome.
