So I have people ask me how I'm able to stay on top of my company, work out every day, and obsess over my health. Let me tell you. My name's Eric Siu, and a long time ago, I wasn't nearly this disciplined. I was gaming until 5 or 6 AM in the morning. I never worked out, and I never went to class, and I never studied. That all changed when I bought a failing marketing agency for $2. It forced me to grow up fast and build systems because everything initially depended on me. That's when I realized the people who win aren't necessarily the fastest. They're the ones that just don't stop. Now I think about business the same way I used to think about gaming. Every decision either moves me forward or sets me back. So I built around that. I start my mornings with training. Maybe if I'm lucky, I get the sauna and the cold plunge, all just to clear my head before the real work starts. Most of my day is spent either on my software or my ad agency Single Grain or recording content like this. And at night I wind down by reading, journaling, and tracking my diet. When you stay consistent long enough, you make it impossible to lose. Optimizing my day changed how I built my companies, and now my mission is to help other founders create systems that let them scale without losing themselves in the process. Follow if you keep starting over and want to finally build consistency that compounds.
