How I Use Claude Code and Manus To Run My Business

Eric Siu shows how he runs his agency Single Grain with Claude Code, MoatBot, and Manus, automating everything from sales copy to landing pages. He's completed $45,000 of SEO work in 20 minutes and a $50,000 copy rewrite in one session. His team is 25-30x faster with AI, and he treats it as a survival skill for founders.

This is a live stream where I'm going to be going through my workflows because not enough people talk about— oh my God, check out this new tool over here. Oh, I use this to schedule my emails or whatever. You can use other tools for that right now. You don't need to do that. I want everyone to hopefully get some ideas from this one. I'm going to show you a couple of things that we're doing. Again, people are talking about Cloud Code. They're talking about Remotion. They're talking about Manus. They're talking about this new LLM, the update 2.5 that just came out. I think Kimmy, right? Kimmy just came back out with the new version and then everyone's buying Mac Minis right now. So I'm going to update you on the new hotness that's happening right now. I'm going to show you what we're doing. And I'm also going to talk about those of you that are maybe leaders in your organization or maybe founders in your organization, how you should drive this thing forward. Because I was just at a hangout with a bunch of founders yesterday and this stuff is moving at lightning speed right now. I mean, I even have one of my friends, who is— he Claude Codes with his wife on the couch and that's all they talk about, right? They talk about Claude Code and Claude Code is kind of— they're a throuple now with Claude Code. So another entity has entered the relationship, right? So while we wait, maybe another 30 seconds to a minute or so, why don't you guys drop into chat where you're coming from right now, where you're coming from in the world right now. And we're going to continue to monitor chat as things go on. And Cody, one thing I'll call out too, we might want to look at the LinkedIn my page and just see if people are leaving comments there. But I think they might actually come through this chat over here if I'm looking at it. So we got Dorian coming in from Austin, Matt coming in from Boston, Mac from Canada, Romania. Okay. Romania. It's not that late yet. Iowa, Derek, Kevin Lee from SF. Amazing. And then Haran, Daniel. Okay. From Serbia. Okay. We got people all around the world. This is great. So this is going to be good. We're going to keep this interactive as As you guys have questions, just pop them into the chat because I'm going to go for an hour. I might go for an hour and 15 minutes. I might go for an hour and 30 minutes right before I leave for the studio to record more content. Okay. Now, am I a content creator? No, I'm not a content creator first. I am an operator first. And then I think about the stuff and I just happen to love the stuff that's happening with this right now. So I am going to— I'm going to talk about a couple of things that have changed right now. So those of you in chat that have tried Claude Code, just type the number 1 into chat right now. I'm just curious if you've even opened up Claude Code and experimented with it. Let me know if you've actually tried with— Okay, we got Morocco as well. Okay, Derek has tried Claude Code, Mac, Kevin. Those of you that have tried it, Daniel as well, tell me the most interesting use case that you've used it for right now. Okay, let's do that. Then I'm going to walk through a couple things. I'm literally going to act like I'm working through this and then occasionally I'm going to check through chat and then Cody, if you see a really a lot of people asking the same question or there's a tech issue, just speak up and then I should be able to hear you, I think. Yeah. The rest of you can't hear Cody, right? If you can say you can't hear Cody, just— okay, good. Seems like people can't hear Cody. Okay, that's good. He's just the guy in my ear. Okay. Quick update on what's happening right now. Last week, there is a text-to-video prompt called Remotion that you can use inside of Cloud Code. Just imagine this. Use your imagination for a second. If you can go into a little chat and just type in, prompt out the video that you want created for your SaaS product or your e-commerce product, and you have a couple screenshots, you have a couple of dashboard shots and things like that, and then you can add music from Suno, for example, you can do that now using Remotion. So you can check that out. The one thing that's been really hot in the last week or so is it was called ClaudeBot. But now it is called MoatBot because Claude, Anthropic, they had some copyright issues and they just approached them and they said, hey, can you not do this anymore? Let me tell you why this is a big deal before I start to screen share real quick and show you what's going on on my screen. This is really important because late December is when I started to use Claude Code. I remember Andrej Karpathy from one of the— I think he worked at Tesla, one of the first engineers at OpenAI, just one of the world-renowned AI experts out there. or AI scientists. He said in December, there's a major step change. I mean, Opus 4.5 came out, Claude Code got a lot better, and that's why a lot of people like myself, who's— I'm not technical, started using Claude Code. That allowed me to build anything. Now, any of us can build anything. Now, what I want to call out is that once Claude Bot started to take off, now called Molt Bot, that's M-O-L-T-B-O-T, That now allows you to create individual employees that have context, meaning that they have memory. Imagine if you can run it on a virtual private server or you can run it on a local computer. It can be like an old computer or a lot of people are buying these Mac Minis right now. The reason a lot of these people are running these locally is because for security issues, they want things to be as secure as possible. My point of saying this is that Multibot allows you to— imagine you have an LLM where you can message From not an LLM, but a bot that you can message from your phone at any time using WhatsApp or Telegram or iMessage and just talk about what you want. So I'll give you an example here. Yesterday, someone posted to X that their Eight Sleep, the Mote bot detected that someone woke up from their Eight Sleep, so their sleep was done. It automatically ordered them breakfast. Okay, now that might be for more personal use cases, but let's talk about business use cases. Okay. So I'll give you an example. What you can do is you can have it code for you overnight and it understands what all your goals are and it's just going to continue to build for you. Okay? Now some crazy things I've been seeing is that Multibot starts to create an image of itself so you understand kind of the friend that you're working with and it starts to create even a voice for itself, right? Even for instructions that you didn't give it. And so my point of saying this is that there are multiple levels to all this. There's Claude and then you have Claude skills, then you have— Claude Cowork, and then you have the MCPs, there's Claude Code, and then you have MoltBot, for example. So there's levels to all of this. And the thing that I'll leave you with for the moment to sit on, because I talk really fast, is for me, if I didn't have these coding abilities before or these design capabilities before, I'm basically infinitely faster. But let's put a conservative number on it. Let's say I'm 25 times faster. Okay? I was workshopping this, a complete plan on how to work with Claude Code and MoatBot to build virtual employees of myself, clones of myself, okay? That listen to me, okay? Because I don't want to deal with versions of me that don't listen to me. But my point is I asked Claude Code, I was like, okay, well I'm now 25 to 30 times faster. How much faster am I going to be once I have all of these running? Because I have my new Mac Mini coming today or tomorrow, I think, right? And it's like, you're going to be 5 to 10x, another 5 to 10x multiplier on top of that. So what? I'm going to be 250 times, 300 times faster. How crazy is that? I didn't think any of this was coming until maybe another 1, 2, 3 years or so, but it is literally here now. That's why I think it's ultra important for all of you listening to this right now. Everyone needs to learn Claude code. We have actually mandated at my company, Single Grain, we said, hey guys, we're going to help you get there. But in the next 6 months or so, now 5 months or so, everybody has to become at least proficient with Claude code. And I was actually very worried about this because I was talking to a lot of like the Zapier CEO, the Gamma CEO, right? The presentation app. I was like, what are you guys doing right now to drive AI fluency? They basically said, look, we are doing these hackathons and these are week-long hackathons where the entire company is shut down. Okay? At least for Zapier, no normal work is happening. It's a code red situation, meaning no sales calls, no customer calls, things like that. And my company being a services company, ad agency, right? There's a lot of resistance to that, but you gotta fight against that. If you're a leader in your company or if you have the ability to affect this change, you gotta do it now because I was at a poker game yesterday with a bunch of founders and I was just talking about this and all of them are playing with cloud code, but I'm like, guys, you're all playing with it, but if your team can't keep up with you at least a little bit on this, then what's gonna happen? You're gonna have a company of haves and have-nots, right? And so for us, we're doing these hackathons. Last week was our first one. We did it for 2 half days, but the next one's gonna be 2 full days and we might try to expand it more. But we're doing mandatory office hours. We're sharing stuff openly. We're doing show and tells where I show up and ask very pointed questions just to make sure that people are building things that affect business, which I'm going to show you right now. I'm actually going to screen share now and start to go through my workflow. But I think that's one of the most impactful things that you can do. And I will say that Zapier actually does these AI fluency trainings for organizations because they want to bring people into their world. You guys can drop questions as I go into this, but I just wanted to feed you a little bit of the what's happening right now. And if you guys like this format, I might just start doing this every week. Because the thing is, I'm already spending hours and hours and hours of my time doing this every single week. All I will say too is if you're someone who works for a company right now, if you acquire these abilities, nobody else has this, you're going to be superhuman. And this also signals to your boss, your manager, your leaders that you are someone that has high agency and they need to do whatever it takes to retain you. So this protects you for the future and it sets you up for the future as well. That's what I'll say for the moment on the AI fluency piece. I'm going to go to screen share and I'm going to open up my Claude code first to show you how I'm going about doing things. I'm going to show you some examples in my Slack as well, show you some things that I've built. Then I'm also going to go over to Manus too, because Manus was recently acquired by Meta for I think $4 billion or something like that. I'm going to show you easy things I can do because imagine you working with an agency and the agency's like, yeah, Eric, It's going to take us 2 weeks to do that. And then 2 weeks goes by and it's like, oh yeah, it's going to take us another week or so. And in today's day and age, F that, right? All I'm going to say is F that. I don't want to cuss on this thing, right? But just F that. F all of that, right? Because you don't have the time for that. And I'm going to show you how you can do things much faster. I literally did $45,000 of SEO work in 20 minutes because someone I talked to said it was going to take a week or so, which is already pretty fast. But I'm like, nope. I don't want to wait a week. I've been waiting a long time for— I don't want to wait a week. Not only that, not only did I do the initial work, I did 4 times the amount of work afterwards. Now, that being said, it's my business. And so I'm going to care a little more. Okay. Let me open my screen share here. And Jason, I'm going to cover that question. That's a good question in a moment. And then let me open my screen share. Cody, you let me know if there's any issues with this, but I'm going to open up Cursor. Thank you. Where's my cursor? Okay, here it is. Sorry, guys. Okay, here we go. All right, Cody, you see it? Yes. Okay, cool. All right, guys, this is overwhelming. Okay, let's just break this down real quick. We have Cursor is an IDE, so just interactive development environment. Okay, I think that's the acronym, um, where you can code. Guys, again, I don't know how to code. I just want to— I don't want this to be scary for you. Okay. Now on the left side, this is, think of it as this is just like, I have all my folders in here for my projects. In the middle over here, I have files that I can review or there's different settings I can review as well. In this case, I'm reviewing a sales page that Claude Code created for me that is 10 times better than what I would've done. Not only that, I would've paid tens of thousands of dollars for this sales copy. And I will share the prompt with you if you stay till the end. Cool. You might have to remind me to share the prompt. If you stay to the end, you might have to just, I'll say, hey guys, you can just screenshot it, take your phone out, right? I'm not even going to scan any QR codes or anything like that. But I'm going to show you the page that it made as well. And it's funny because my team actually thinks the page looks better and the copy looks way better, okay? So we're going to come to this in a second. So I just talked about $45,000 of SEO work in 20 minutes. Here's 50 grand of copywriting work in what, 10 minutes? Okay? So stay till the end. We're going to get you there. All right. Over here, this is my Claude code section over here. Literally, guys, I'm just asking it questions and I'm going to show you some of the cool stuff that I built. Then on the right side over here, this is me actually. I look at this as my data analyst. I have different MCPs. These are model context protocols which allow my LLM, in this case Claude, Opus 4.5, to talk to the different apps that I'm using. It could be Google Analytics, Google Search Console, it can be HubSpot, it can be Gong, and then Ahrefs has been very kind to me in terms of hooking up their MCP. And I'm going to show you what I'm doing. Okay? So I'm going to make it, I'm going to go from easy to hard here. And what I will also say too, if you're saying, hey, look, the only learning curve right now is like, oh man, Eric, I don't know how to set all this stuff up. That's okay. You know what I did? I went to Upwork. I hired someone for $50 an hour and they literally took control of my Zoom screen and they set everything up for me. And this was somebody that I worked with and he actually, it ultimately saved me a lot of time. I will say that setup probably took Maybe 3, 4 hours or so. So you just need to communicate what you're looking for. Maybe even just take this video, okay? Take this video, send it over to them, say, I want to do what this guy said, okay? Even take this transcript, go to— just type in like YouTube transcript or something like that. Just say you want this transcript and then summarize it. Give it to this guy or girl, okay? And then have them do it for you, okay? For $50 an hour, pay $200, $300 or so, set it up for you, and you're going to be not even top 1%, you're going to be Not even point one percent. It'll be like point zero zero zero zero one percent right now of of the people out there. Okay, so what's like a what's a good question that's relevant? Because I'm about to share some of some stuff here. So you tell me. Oh, zoom in on the screen. Okay. Does that make it bigger? Is that good? Okay, cool. All right, that one was helpful. Okay, maybe I'll come back to that question later because, um, and then we'll— I might be able to answer that question. Okay, cool. All right, so let's start with the right side over here, guys. So all I did over here, and let me, let me make it like— I need to explain a little more here. So Cursor, so this is my, my ID, has the ability where I can hook into these MCP servers over here. Okay, so there's a section over here where you see I have Ahrefs enabled. I have browser-based, I have Google Analytics, I have Google Search Console, GSC over here. I have HubSpot, Gong, and I have my WordPress MCP. So if I wanted to do SEO work and then push it as drafts to my WordPress MCP, I could YOLO and do that. I would recommend that you don't do that. I would recommend that you have a human in the loop. And then you have the Zapier MCP as well. So just depending on the different tools you have, likely there's an MCP out there and you can connect it in here. Kind of beyond the scope of this livestream because literally I'm going to be working a little bit and also tutoring a little bit as I go through this. But main thing is once I have this set up, I basically, I went all the way up over here. Okay. So I was like, hey, help me brainstorm more bottom of the funnel agency service, services pages, keywords we should be going for to capture more AEO, GEO, AI SEO type keywords that are trending upwards on Ahrefs MCP. Okay. Okay. So I'm not going to go, like you can see over here, these are tier 1 low-hanging fruit keywords I should be going after because single grain, we're getting a lot of inquiries for AEO. And the other thing is I actually synced this in with Gong. I said, hey, based on customer conversations or sales conversations, like prospect conversations, what have people been asking about the most? And it actually showed that AEO was in heavy demand. And I'm going to show. There's actually like, I think it even shows like a little graph. So the context windows is pretty big on this. So, okay. So look, it found like 746 gone calls. And then based on what the customer conversations have been saying, a lot of people are talking about AI SEO or AEO, account-based marketing, lead generation quality. Because we have Carrot, which is a LinkedIn account-based marketing software. And you can see, oh, this keyword's trending upwards. Oh, it's 14,000% up from 83 to 16,000 a month or so, or 12,000. Generative engine optimization, AI engine optimization. So this is emerging over here. So maybe I can ask this to say, hey, maybe expand on these keywords over here and give me an entire set. And also look at my Google Analytics and look at my Google Search Console to allow me to not cannibalize. Now, why am I telling you this right now? What I'm telling you about is more specialized to SEO, but whatever industry you're in, whatever niche you know, especially if you're a leader in your business or owner of your business, you know your business best and you can now ask Clarifying questions and follow-up questions. No longer do you need to wait for a data analyst. Oh, you know, Eric, it's going to take a couple of days or so. I'm sorry. I'm just really busy right now. That's okay. You're just going to do it over here. Here's your data analyst that will be on 24/7, infinitely patient with you. No more waiting. Now, how much faster is it going to make you? Even the biggest AI skeptics, you can't even say you're not even that much faster. Actually, I'm curious in chat right now. Drop it into chat. How much faster do you think you are with AI right now? Just be honest. Some of you might be further along using Claude Code. Some of you might be just ChatGPT. That's fine. Do you think you're 0% faster, -40% faster, 40%, 100%, 500%, 30 times faster? What is it exactly? Drop it in chat. I'm just curious to know. And then Cody, you can read off a couple of what the trend is and I'll just read it off to everyone if they can't hear. But before you do that, Cody, So, okay. High priority. These are the keywords. This is the hot topic, GEO. Your prospects are already asking about it. Volume Explorer from 83 a month to 11,500 a month. Related term growing even faster. AI engine optimization or answer engine optimization. So we should go for those 2. B2B SEO strategy, very easy to rank. Keyword difficulty is 10. So for me, because I know Single Grain has a very strong domain authority and whatever I tend to publish around marketing is going to rank well. Me having a background in SEO, also being a business owner too, I can attack this so hard. And that's why when my team told me that it was going to take a week, which is already pretty fast to get programmatic SEO work done, I didn't want to wait. And I'm going to show you in a moment when I switch over to Manus, which actually is a lot easier to set up. There's actually no setup. But I took this strategy, I plugged it into Manus and boom, it did the work. I was like, copy these templates I have on my website, use this language over here. And it made a prompt with me. And it delivered work that was maybe 80, 85% there. And so stay till later and we'll get you there. So Cody, what's the kind of the trend that people are saying right now in terms of how much faster they are? Okay, man, you know what? 50%, I say screw that. Let's make you 10, 20, 30 times faster. Okay? So hopefully by the end of this video, maybe it'll inspire you, maybe some of you to take some action on Claude Code because anybody that I've gotten to see the light so far, I'm like, I'm shouting like in all my Founder Chat friends right now. I'm messaging everybody at work, even Cody who just joined a week ago. I'm like, Cody, you just joined a week ago, but I got to get you on this thing. Otherwise you're going to fall too far behind and we don't want that to happen, right? So, okay. By the way, guys, guys, everybody likes graphs. Look at this. Trend visualization, generative engine optimization, search volume trend over here. 83, 428, 658. Guys, come on. This is great. If I can use this data, let's say, by the way, let's say I'm an SEO manager. I need to make a case to my boss. Boss, I know that our prospects are talking about this. I know these are high-converting keywords. We need to go after these right now. Can I get some budget for it right now? And then you can even ask this thing to come up with an ROI calculation for this, right? So anyway, it did all this work over here and I refined it. I kind of worked with it back and forth. It made a content brief over here and I kept working with it. I was like, oh, help me brainstorm more bottom-of-the-funnel agency services, right? So it came up with a bunch over here, right? These services. Then I expanded on it even more and then it gave me some tier 2 keywords like GEO SEO, GEO versus SEO, AI visibility platform. So my point is, guys, I'm already 20 minutes into this. I probably spent 10 minutes on this section already. Even if you just have this section over here where you're able to plug in your data into MCPs, that's already amazing. And let me tell you how you can do this. You don't even need to use Claude Code for this. Okay? Let me tell you how you can do this. For yourself today using ChatGPT or Claude. I'm going to talk a little slower for this moment just to slow myself down. If you want to get this going, ChatGPT has connectors. These are MCP connectors. You can hook it in with your HubSpot. You can hook it in with Google Drive. There's a handful of other connectors that you can plug in there, but they're mainly from the big companies. Figma has one. Canva has one, I believe, as well. But odds are you might not be using those things. The Google Analytics and the Google Search Console one is not widely available. So the way I did it here was I actually searched for the ability to have the install link and I just plugged it in here. And so that's maybe for another video. But you can also do this in Claude. Claude has a bunch of connectors as well. My point of telling you this is so you can actually go in there and start exploring this yourself, just so you can start to understand, hey, here's how these MCP connectors work. And it's really not that scary. I just want to get you to dip your toe in a little bit and go from there. And by the way, look, I'm continuing to chat with it using natural language, right? You can't just use an API here. And again, guys, I'm not technical. I don't know how to code. But if you leverage an API, it's too rigid, right? You can't use natural language like this over here. So like, can you give me a complete set of 150 high-intent keywords that are trending upwards in Ahrefs to go after, complete with rank keyword, volume keyword difficulty? and then why in a table. Let me run it. Okay, look, it's doing all this thinking over here, doing all this stuff. I don't know how to code. I don't want to read that. Here are the 150 high intent. I'm not going to use these tools over here, but top geo SEO agencies, how to rank in Google AI mode. This is where I can just send this to my team and say, hey guys, what do you think about this? The problem that we're facing right now is once I send it to them, it's like they take days to respond. This is becoming more and more of a problem. What I would say is not necessarily, you don't want to look at eliminating your team. It's more so how do you bring them along with you? How do you make sure that you're training them up on this stuff? And there's going to be some people that resist you on the journey, but the vast majority are people that just need direction and they want to be led. And so this is your chance to be a leader. And by the way, if you're looking for a promotion at your company right now, this is your chance to step up and say, hey guys, I think we're behind on AI fluency right now. I want to take the reins on this and I want to basically, I want to eliminate tasks from my work mostly. And I want to focus more on a strategic part of the business. So I guess, Cody, are there any questions in relation to this part that are relevant before I move to the next piece? Okay. So I'm going to come to sales landing pages. Actually, I'll do that right now. So I'm going to show you what I built here. Maybe I won't talk about in the context of WordPress, but I want to show everyone the possibilities because not everyone's on WordPress here. I want to broaden this question a little bit. On the MCPs piece, there are a lot of YouTube videos out there that you can check out on how to connect my MCPs to Cursor. I would recommend watching those and then learning from those. That's out of scope for this one because I'm literally like, I'm going to be doing some work here as I'm talking to you guys as well. Yeah. Well, if you stay another 10 minutes, I'll tell you. All right. So Cody, bring that question up in 10 minutes. All right. So, okay. So, all right. Let me do this. So some of you just asked about landing pages. Okay. So I have all these marketing skills. There's a GitHub repo. It's just a repository online of someone named Corey Haynes that put out a bunch of marketing skills. And I'm probably going to show you in a second. Okay. But I literally have all these marketing skills. Let me give you an example here. Okay. So, so I ran this skill all the way up here. I don't have a little scroll bar. Okay. Check this out. If I type in /pagecro, it runs a skill. So guys, imagine this. Let's say you have an SEO background. You have no CRO skills, conversion rate optimization. You now have all these abilities available to you now. Okay? So this is a— you can actually make Claude skills as well. If you're using Claude, you can actually ask it to make skills for you. Manus has the ability to actually help you make skills too. Skills are basically just the frameworks on how you do SEO, how you do CRO, how you do paid media, how you do copywriting, how you do pricing psychology, right? All these things. So you can build sales skills, marketing skills, design skills, whatever it is exactly. So hopefully I'm making sense there. Now, if I type in /page-cro to my Claude code, it says, oh, Eric, I'm ready to run a new CRO analysis. To get started, I need a few details about the page you want to optimize. Okay, cool. So I say, okay, well, I want to optimize the single grain page. Okay. So literally it does all these to-dos over here. Okay. It does all this work, web fetch, single grain. We capture most of the code. I have not told it anything else besides run the skill and then run it for the page. Okay. So this is where I'm talking about the $50,000 of copywriting work. Okay. So it's doing all this stuff, right? Analyze the call to action placement, copy and hierarchy. Let's look at the trust signals, the social proof, the objection handling, identify friction points and— like guys, these are all tasks that people on your team had to do before. And let me put it to you this way before I continue here. When you think about radiologists as a job, okay, everyone thought that radiologists were screwed because AI did a better job of reading the charts. But the reality is radiologists, the job of a radiologist or even a nurse that has to read charts as well, is to actually be with the client, helping the client, working with the client. Okay? That human-to-human touch, that the purpose is really to help the client, right? And when I think about my business, I'm like, okay, Single Grain, Karat, ClickFlow, whatever software tech-enabled services that we have, our job ultimately is to help customers get more customers. It's not run my paid ads for me. It's not, hey, Cody, can you build some links for me? Nobody wants to do that shit. Nobody. I don't want to do that. I'd rather be talking here with you guys right now. Right? And so, and pardon my language, I'm sorry, but I'm just really passionate about this stuff. So you want to think about your work. You want to decouple the tasks from the purpose. And I think the trouble that the vast majority of people are having right now is they're just so worried about losing their jobs, but it's like, it's the tasks that are going to get replaced. It's not the strategic thinking. And if you're a strategic thinker, that naturally means you're on top of this stuff. And if you're on top of this stuff, you're always going to be one step ahead. And so our mission as a company is to be the marketing partner that B2B companies never outgrow. That last part is very difficult, never outgrow. And we're striving to reach that more and more, closer and closer, getting closer and closer every single day. So let's continue here. And by the way, guys, drop it in chat. If you think you're getting value from this right now, just type Y into the chat, the letter Y. I want to know if this is good. I want to know if we should keep doing this moving forward. Drop it into chat and I'm going to go through this. It does all this analysis over here. I'm not going to read through all this stuff. Here's the value proposition clarity. Here's the headline effectiveness. Great. It does this analysis and it calls out issues too. There's no pricing signals, no guarantee or risk reversal, no FAQ section, no who this is for. It says all this stuff. By the way, the AI is not going to be 100% right. I need to continue to fine-tune it. It might say all this stuff and I'm like, okay, well, the biggest one is fixing the case study card labels. I'm like, okay, you know what? I'm not even going to read your stuff. I'm going to put in another prompt. Okay guys, take out your phones over here. Where my mouse is hovering over right now, I'm going to make this a little bigger for a second. Oh wow, it's too big. I'm going to make it a little smaller. Did I lose it all? Let me come back here. Does this work over here? Okay, yeah. Okay, here's what I did. So let me come back to the prompt. Sorry, sorry guys. Okay, here it is. Here it is. Okay, so right here where I'm highlighting, I'm going to read it off to you for a second. So I had this skill run, but then I layered on another prompt on top of it to— I layered on the wisdom of the best marketers in the world, the best copywriters in the world. Okay, so check this out. Before you return a version to me, Have 10 of the world's greatest advertorial experts on subjects like design, copywriting, psychology, and conversion rate optimization review the page. Provide detailed feedback on ranking on a scale of 0, from 0 to 100. Each expert should include specific areas for improvement that are reflective of their ranking. If the average ranking isn't over 90, a 90 to 100, a 90 out of 100, then go back and improve it using the expert-specific recommendations and feedback until it is over 90. Okay? So here's what it does. It actually will do a first pass and it'll do a second pass and then it'll do a third pass once it feels like it's good enough. I'm going to show you the output in a second and I'm going to show you the website because I'm about to shift over to Manus and I might come back to Cursor and Claude code here. So look, it does all the work here. Draft V1 optimized copy. So this part, I think I took 10, it took 10 or 15 minutes or so. And it does 3 iterations. Check this out. So that's V1, 79.5 baseline improvement. Then it does category creation, founder authority, risk reversal, 87. And then it gets into a 91.4 consolidated call to actions mechanism, right? That's pretty good. So I'm going to show you this because it's difficult to read it, but let me just, let me show you the .md file here. Okay. Or let me show you the expert review. So the expert review, what I'm calling out here is I'm summoning the power of these people that are no longer with us on this plane. Okay, so David Ogilvy, advertising legend. Okay, Claude Hopkins, Scientific Advertising, great book. I forgot what the book is called. Breakthrough Advertising, I think was written by, oh no, that wasn't him. That was somebody else. But Claude Hopkins, he wrote Scientific Advertising. That's a great book. Robert Cialdini, great book, Influence, fantastic. Joanna Wiebe, or Wiebe, I forget, but she's still around. She's a great copywriter. Pep, great at CRO. Eugene Schwartz, he's actually the guy that I think that wrote the book Breakthrough Advertising. April Dunford on positioning, and then you have these other people down here. And you can change this prompt up if you want. Now the other thing is, oh, Eric, how did you find that prompt? Actually, let me come back to this so you guys can take a screenshot. Take a screenshot over here where I'm highlighting. I'm finding these prompts as I scroll X. If you guys want to get better at AI in general, you got to be on X. That's where the action is. That's where all the top researchers are sharing things. That's where other people are sharing Claude code. And if you're wondering, oh my God, how do I get started with Claude code? Eric's sharing all this stuff right now. I don't know what's going on. Well, number one, you can check out my YouTube channel, Leveling Up with Eric Siu. Okay? I'm sharing more and more stuff on AI as it applies to business. So you can check that out. There's also our newsletter. So Leveling Up with Eric Siu. But I would also say that if you go to X and you open up Grok, because Grok is trained on X, just say, hey, who are the people that I should be following if I wanted to learn cloud code from scratch? I have no coding abilities. I am scared on what to do. I'm not technical at all. I need to like, just show me who I should be talking to. Boom, it's going to list everyone, okay? Then you're just, you're first, you're kind of lurking. You're watching what these videos or these people are sharing, the articles people are sharing on X, fantastic stuff, okay? But you're never going to get anywhere just by reading about what other people are doing. You've got to learn, okay? So what I mean by that is what I mentioned earlier, maybe you're going on Upwork and maybe you're hiring someone to set up the initial setup for you, talk about what you're trying to accomplish. But then beyond that, you got to be playing with stuff on your own. You're going to be building a lot of stuff. It's going to be very frustrating. You're going to be banging your head against the wall over and over and over. But it's like anything. You start learning swimming, right? You suck in the beginning. Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Yeah. You get your butt handed to you quite a bit in the beginning. But my point is you're going to get better and you learn by doing ultimately. And then what's going to happen is as soon as you start to get a little ahead and you start to feel really good, it probably took me over the holiday break. I was spending, I think I spent 7 full days on this. And not everyone has that luxury, but I would say if If you can even spend a day out of the week on this to catch up, you're going to be ahead of 99.99% of people. That's what I would say. Okay. So before I move on, Cody, are there any relevant questions before I move on to showing the output of this? Because I want people to see what this looks like. Okay, cool. Thank you for whoever sent that. Who sent that? We want to thank them. Jason Bagley, thank you for doing that. All right. That's awesome. So by the way, before I move over, before I change screens over here, and then Cody, tell me if they can't see it or whatever, but it'll show you the deficiencies at each level, the different results too. It'll show you the different levels like V1, V2, V3. I'm just going to show you V3 right now. And I actually want you guys to drop in the chat which version you think is better, the current Single Grain website or the version I'm about to show you. I know. I'm just going to quickly scroll through it for a couple of sections, but I just want you to just be like, oh man, like, is this real or is this fake? Like, is this Eric guy hyping things up right now or does he actually have a good point? Okay. So let me move my screen. All right, let's move over here. Okay. So check this out. All right guys, here's the current Single Grain website. I'm about to share it. I haven't shared it yet. Okay. So y'all can see this? Yes. Okay, great. So check this out. We are the marketing partner that companies never outgrow. So that's kind of our mission, right? And then you have like the HubSpot video where I was speaking there. You have our logos down here. Cool. Okay. Why we're among the top digital marketing agencies. What sets Single Grain apart from other digital agencies? Focus on vanity metrics. Single Grain's laser-focused on revenue-driving KPIs. Yeah. Fine, right? Here's our case studies. I'm just going to keep moving to the key parts. Here's some of the testimonials. Here's our services: paid advertising, performance creative, SEO, CRO, data analytics, content marketing. Here's a creative showcase, performance creative, right? Okay. So I'm just scanning this one real quick. Okay. Now check this out. If I move over to this tab instead, this was generated using the copy that I just showed you guys, okay? And let's just scroll through this real quick. And then I want you guys to tell me which one you guys like more. So forget the design for a second, but look at this. So this is the last agency you'll ever fire because people are getting used to firing agencies. I fired many agencies in my lifetime, right? Revenue marketing agency, limited capacity, limited capacity, 3 spots left. Get your free growth audit, okay? And then here's a testimonial over here instead of just like a video about me speaking at a conference. Most agencies report on impressions, we report on pipeline. Single Grain builds revenue marketing systems that compound, not campaigns that expire. So here are the logos that we put over here. And then here are some— oh, by the way, no credit card, no sales pitch, senior strategist response within hours, within 24 hours. This we probably need to change a little bit because there definitely is, like, if it makes sense, it does go to a sales pitch. But I want you to read this section over here. Okay? So the marketing landscape changed. Most agencies haven't. 3 things happened in the last 18 months that made traditional agency models obsolete. AI search is eating traditional SEO. So the shift has gone from SEO to AIO. ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity now answer queries that used to send clicks to your site. If your agency isn't optimizing for AI visibility, you're losing ground every day. The cost of mediocre marketing doubled. Oh shit. It's pretty good, right? CPMs are up, CPCs are up, and attention spans are down. Campaigns that kind of work, quote unquote, now lose money. Every dollar has to produce measurable pipeline. Clicks to revenue. Okay, now let's move over here. Reality check: this isn't a problem you can solve next quarter. Urgency, right? The companies acting now are the ones that will own their own category. So I'm going to scroll here. We don't compete on services; compete on outcomes. What you experience with us? We're talking about CAC revenue attributed, right? GSC data, all this stuff over here. LLMs, right? Real revenue results. We can just kind of scroll through here. Obviously, it's a little buggy because this is just a template. What our clients say: we don't compete on services; we compete on outcomes. Oh damn! Right? Nobody talks about outcomes. So let me just ask you this. Look, this guy kind of looks like me over here too, right? Kind of. A little bit. So which version do you guys like more? Be honest here. Do you like the original Single Grain website or this new copy that was generated using Claude Code? Which one? New or old? New or old? New by far. Look at Bruce Johnson. New by far. Okay. Who else went— okay. Seth. New. New. Okay. Everyone likes— oh, okay. Old design. Thanks, Mac. So new copy is better. Design of recurring site, but the copy is way better. Guys, guys, let me bring my face off. Okay, guys, $50,000 of work with legends that probably some of these legends would've charged hundreds of thousands of dollars for this work. And you can continue to refine that prompt if you wanted to refine that prompt. And so in my mind, I'm just like, how could you not pick this stuff up? That is the biggest key takeaway. I'm going to show you some other cool stuff that's possible too. I'm going to show you how I did this using Manus too. And then I'm actually going to go And I'm going to show you some other work that later, maybe later, I'm going to show you how we can refine on some of the stuff that we've been building right now. But that's why I'm saying, I could do this livestream every single week and I could probably do it for 2, 3, 4 hours or so. And reality is most of the time I'm probably just going to be building stuff and explaining, but I just wanted to do this to show you guys what's possible. Okay. So let me move this over here. And then Cody, you just keep me on track if there's any relevant questions. All right, thank you. All right, so, all right, here we go, here we go. Okay, Manus. How many of you have heard of Manus? I'm assuming most of you have because Meta bought them. Okay, so Manus, think of it as a general purpose agent. Manus allows you to— I'm going to show you some cool things that you can build. I actually— what's that? Zoom in? Yep. Better? A little less. That's all I can do. Like this? Okay. Okay guys, I'm going to show you how this works. I'm going to go all the way to the top over here. When I say general purpose agent, I mean you could literally prompt it and it can do a lot of things for you. I'm going to show you the possibilities because I have a couple of these other Madness tabs open. I'm going to show you how I did that $45,000 of SEO work in 20 minutes or so. Yes, this will be recorded, but man, you might as well just get the value now. You know what I'm saying? And then you'll just rewatch it later. Rewatch it with your kids. Rewatch it with your wife. Get your wife or your husband into Claude Code, into madness. Cody, you disappeared. But okay. So here's how this works. So I literally took the .md file, which is the entire sales file that we generated from Claude Code. Okay. And I pasted it here. So I said, look, I want you to take the pasted text and the design from www.singlegrain.com and integrate the copy into the current design since the pasted content is a big upgrade over what we currently have. Guys, this is no genius prompt. I'm no prompt expert. Okay? So Manus starts working. Got it. I'll analyze it. So look, it starts analyzing the website down here and it starts doing all this stuff. Okay? And okay, it does the work. I've initialized the project and brainstormed 3 distinct design directions. I'll proceed with a corporate brutalism meets Swiss style, which is exactly what you saw. Why this choice matches a revenue marketing brand, systems-oriented differentiation, single brand identity. By the way, if I wanted to refine the design here, I could do it with Manus if I wanted to. Okay. But in this case, I just want to see what it looks like. And then boom, it popped it out over here. Deliver website. And then I sent this to our internal marketing team and they're like, oh damn, this is legit. Right? And my point is, not only did I get a kind of a futuristic version of what this might look like, I can start to build on this. I think we all got to look at ourselves now as product builders, right? We're looking to compound on what we build, not just like what we built last week, but what we built last week that we're continuing to compound on. Because the grass is greener where you water it. That's how you got to look at it. It's not the grass is greener on the other side. It's the grass is greener where you water it. So you got to keep tending to your garden. You got to keep building that. I think the challenge with this stuff, especially if you're an entrepreneur listening to this, is the entrepreneurial ADD is very real. Now that you have the power to do whatever you want to do, you can build anything. The challenge with that is yes, you can build anything, but just not everything. That's how you got to look at it. It's got to be relentless focus. And so when we're training our team right now on AI fluency, it's, hey guys, what are you building? And so when I come in and ask pointed questions, how is this going to tie into ROI? What's your time savings? Or what's the future projected? How much time are you going to save? How much revenue are you going to save or drive from this? Those are the questions you need to be asking because this type of superpower wielded incorrectly is actually going to cause you a lot more pain than benefit. That's what I would say. Is Manus a direct competitor to Replit? I wouldn't say so, Jason. I would say Replit is good for building websites. I mean, you could say, I mean, everything, it just maybe starts to compete with each other because Claude Code can even build you ads. Cloud Code can build you videos. It can build websites for you. So I think all this stuff eventually converges. I do think specialization, going deep on a problem, that's how people are going to win in the future. Yes, compounding is huge. Every workflow should be in a self-improving loop. Absolutely. That's great. Okay. So then guys, I actually refined it. I don't think I saw this new version. Oh, actually no, I did. I did. Because this version up here was all black. I was like, hey, why don't we keep the original light background so it's less rough on the eyes? Above the fold can be black, but let's balance the light with the black. And so that's the version that you actually saw. That's why there's some light and that's why there's some darkness. Okay. And then it refined it over here and then boom, it popped that out. Okay. So it went to hybrid, whatever. Great. And so I was like, okay, if you compare the copy of the site you just made to the current Single Grain site, how would you rate both 1 to 100 as a master marketer? So I prompted it. I forgot that I prompted it. So I'm looking at this with you right now, first time. So current live website, 68 out of 100 on the copy. A competent but generic agency website that plays it safe. And blends in. Yeah, no, screw that. No, nobody wants to just blend in. I want to say the F word so bad, but I'm just going to hold myself back right now. The new revenue site, a category-defining positioning that creates immediate urgency and authority. That sounds good, right? Come on, guys. You have to play with this afterwards. If there's anything— we're coming up on Friday. If you don't have a family, you're not married, no kids, No excuse not to do this right now. If you don't have other responsibilities, no excuse not to do this right now. Zero. Okay? I will tell you this before I start to show you some other cool stuff. I remember when I mandated when the year first started. So January 5th. Okay? So I was spending the last really 9, I think 9 to 10 days or so on Clog Code. And I came in, I was pissed. First meeting, I was just pissed, right? I was excited and pissed. On one end, I'm excited to bring people along for the journey. But pissed on the other side and also scared for other people on the other side, not just for the people on my team, but everywhere, right? It's like, man, if the world doesn't catch up to this, there's going to be a period of time where there's transition. I'm not going to talk about politics or anything like that, but when you think about the industrial age, when I think 80 to 90% of people were farmers before that, now 2% of the world are farmers. There was about 30 years of job displacement that happened. And I think there's going to be a little bit of job displacement that happens. And that's the reason why I do this is to show you the excitement that I have and show you the ideas that you can come up with, but also to show you that not touching this stuff means that not only your job or if you're working for a company, but also if you're a business owner, if you don't touch this right now, I don't think I'm exaggerating, you're in trouble, right? That's what I think. So anyway, I'm going to show you more stuff that I've been able to do. I'm going to show you guys, what do you think would be cool? Do you want me to show you? Okay. I'm going to let you choose your adventure here. Do you want me to show you the $45,000 of SEO work in 20 minutes? Or do you want me to show you, I basically created an entire plan for our Karat ABM software because we never ran ads for it. I'm like, oh, we should be running ads for this thing. And 2 weeks into it, we still hadn't gotten the ads up, right? So I was tired of waiting. I just did it yesterday. Okay? And so this is no knock on anybody on my team. I'm just saying that these superpowers are available. So do you want the SEO one or do you want the paid media one first? Which one do you want? Drop it in the chat. Paid media. Okay, so Joe says SEO, paid media, paid media, SEO. Oh my God, it's like a— it's even, it's even. It's still even. Okay guys, it's okay. We'll go SEO first and then we'll go paid. Okay, um, that's what we'll do. Dude, it's so even. Wow. Okay, anyway, here we go. So let me share my screen again. Let's do this one over here. All right, cool. And by the way, guys, share this with your friends too. I'm going to be doing this every single week, probably around this time. Share it with your friends. We want this to spread the word everywhere. I'm not even trying to sell you anything on this webinar. I'm just so excited to share this with you. Okay? So here's what I did. I took— okay. I think I did a strategy here. Let me click on the pasted text over here. Okay. I need you. Okay, I need you to create SEO optimized content pages for singlegrain.com that promote carrot.ai, which is LinkedIn ad personalization software and landing page personalization software. So I literally have this prompt over here, Cody. We're probably gonna have to make like eventually. Like guys, let me know if you want this in the chat. I think we're gonna need to make these downloadable prompts that people can just pick up because I think I'm gonna be sharing a lot of these prompts in the future. So anyway, SEO people were voting twice. That's funny. SEO is like the game the system always. Okay, so people want the prompts. We're going to get a lot faster at getting those out there. And guys, when you check out the YouTube channel, we're going to be having those prompts in there. Okay. So we're using this prompt over here. Base keyword is personalized LinkedIn ads. Okay. So example would be account-based marketing ads. You're going to have to just kind of fill in some of these things over here. This is the Manus prompt. Target audience, US-based enterprise companies with over 1,000 employees, B2B companies with over 1,000 employees, SaaS companies with over 150 employees. Primary use, both SEO and paid search campaigns for these pages. Carrot.ai will allow you to make personalized LinkedIn ABM personalized landing pages. Okay. All this stuff over here, I'm not going to bore you with all the details, but some key things here. When I'm doing programmatic SEO, which is making these templated pages at scale, it is important for you to figure out the different type of page templates that you have. So for example, for me on my website, you might have top AEO agency. You might also have top AEO agencies or top AEO service or services. So we have singular versus plural. The pages that we have are a little different. This template over here is a little different than this one over here. It's important that you feed this context into Manus. Then I want to generate all pages via parallel processing. What that just means is it generates all 100 of these, not just one task at a time, but in parallel. There's a lot of these agent swarms that will allow you to do that. That's for another video. Then it shows you all the content requirements. Here's the brand voice. Basically, I have it execute on this. So I say, hey, after I filled out that template, I've adjusted that template. Let me read the content and help you with this request. I understand the requirements. I'll create SEO-optimized landing pages. I'll expand the keyword list. Let me start with expanding keyword list into 150 variations into proper categorization for both listicle and service pages. Guys, this is SEO work that you would be paying lots and lots of money for. I have created the 2 examples as requested, a listicle page and a service page. You can find them attached below. Let me just check this out over here. Top 5 personalized LinkedIn ads tools in 2025. By the way, we're in 2026, so you're still going to need to tweak the AI a little bit. And it's not exactly where I like it, where it's like, in the highly competitive B2B landscape, generic advertising no longer cuts it. To capture this attention of high-value accounts, personalization is key. That's just AI on it all day, right? So we got to continue to refine this prompt. So I'm not saying this is the end-all be-all. So it's important that you have a human in the loop here. And that's Single Grain, when we do these services for people, yes, we're gaining efficiencies, but we are continually adding more humans for the last mile to fact-check and make sure that we have the right stuff, the right links, the right internal links, the right images, the right statistics and things like that. So now it makes a table for you. Okay. Carrot.ai, of course it's going to list me number 1, right? So integrated growth marketing, speed of use. Okay. Detailed tool rankings analysis. Carrot.ai, leading integration, integrated personalization platform, stands out for its ability to create Personalized LinkedIn ads and landing pages in minutes, not weeks. Key differentiators over here. So here's the thing. This is probably 80% there. 80, 90% there. I would say you do need a human in there to add more. And I think I probably went down. I said, hey, look, I spotted the issue, right? Hey, SEO, we need to make sure the dates all say 2026 because we're in 2026. And your second sentence covers AEO or answer engine optimization, but this is focused on keywords. and around LinkedIn ABM personalized ads. Can we make sure the prompt gets updated to reflect this and then redo the first 2 examples? Then if it's approved, we can proceed. So when you do this, you want to make sure that the first 1 or 2 examples that you see look good. And then you want to have, like, you don't want to just spit out 150 at a time and burn through all your credits, right? So you're absolutely right. It's a sycophant. It's just going to agree with me, right? My apologies for the oversight. Okay, here's what we got here. So the competitive, okay, it's kind of generic up here, but It now says 2026. If I want to add more details, which I think I do ask it to add more details. Check this out. Let's make sure these are 800, 1,000 words. Literally, you saw me redoing the work in real time with you. We can just see this next one over here. We still need to fix this because I never asked for a fix up here, the first 2 sentences. You got to watch out for that. Really try to eliminate em dashes where you can. Then this generic stuff in the beginning, that just gives it away. You want to make sure you put this sentence structure in there and say avoid that sentence structure. Okay. Now, now, okay. Look, Carrot.ai has way more in here, right? The magic of Carrot.ai is amplified when combined with strategic oversight of growth marketing agency like Single Grain. And then I think I ask it to add more stuff or yeah, maybe look, watch, it generates 156 of these pages in parallel. I can now go do something else. Okay. So how long did this take me to do? Less than 20 minutes to do this. Less than 20 minutes to do this. Okay. Excellent. All 156 pages. Guess what? Okay, this is done. Oh, this is cool. Like, look, it's all zipped up for me. Keyword mapping over here. I didn't even know what— I didn't even look at this over here. So it'll tell you, hey, this is the format that we should have it. And here's the word count for each one. Here's the personalized slug. Imagine if, by the way, if you're delivering this to a client, imagine how organized this looks, right? So if you can, I actually made this into a— sorry, a managed skill where you can repeat this task and you can share it with your team now. Again, the focus, guys, those of you that are just joining right now, you shouldn't be focused on the task at hand. You should be focused on the strategy piece because now I'm just going around my company. For example, like, oh, Eric said it's going to take a week. Okay. Yep. Not going to wait a week. The thing I'm going to show you now with the ads piece, I waited 2 weeks before, and then I just heard like, hey, people are busy right now. People are overwhelmed. Yeah. People are busy. But my point is, if you can lead the charge doing this, one, you're going to galvanize people around you. And the ones who don't want to take it on and have a lot of excuses to make, that's okay. You should work with them on either working on some type of transition plan or figuring out something that maybe they do want to do and where they're going to excel in your organization. But I think not doing anything is going to be the biggest mistake. So I'm going to go through one more example. Maybe I'll leave 5 minutes for questions or so. But leave it in the chat if next week you want to see me continue to do this, because there's a lot more to share. And next week I might just go through more of me just kind of working through real life, me running through my business using this inside of Claude Code, Manus, and me just kind of jumping around, right? Because this is much more of like an introduction. Okay? So let me move over to this tab over here, right? So what I heard with Carrot was, oh, we're backed up on creative right now and it's going to take some time. Man, I really want to cuss on this one, but like, I'm just not going to do it. I think I did it once already. Okay. But that really grinds my gears, you know? And like, you know, us humans, we shouldn't be held back on things like this. So these are the ads I got up. Like, they're not the best ads in the world, but I'd say they're actually better than ads we currently have up for Karat, which is again, our LinkedIn account-based marketing software. So tired of the ABM game? Launch personalized LinkedIn ad campaigns in minutes, not weeks. And then I put a little time emoji here, right? Your next LinkedIn ABM campaign live in minutes. No, that's not a typo. 'Cause when you try to get these LinkedIn ads up, it does actually, it literally takes you a couple weeks. If you wanna do 100 of these personalized campaigns with different company name, different logo and things like that, it'll take you forever, right? Better ABM results, less manual work. Create LinkedIn personalized ABM ads in minutes. 2x the campaigns, 1/10 the time. Guys, you wanna know what? I wouldn't even have done this. I just had a thought in passing. I went over to Cursor. I went over to Cloud Code. I was like, hey, Carrot is doing X amount of revenue a month right now. We've never put paid ads against it. And it's a solid product. Nobody really churns off of it. Am I being stupid here? Shouldn't we put some dollars into this thing? Because we're focused much more on AI Fluency, ClickFlow right now, which is the SEO software. We're very focused on those, but I'm like, But this thing works right now. And it's like, okay, my Claude knows all of my goals through my claude.md file. Maybe we'll go over that next week. But it's like, yeah, based on your goals, based on what you're trying to hit with tech-enabled services revenue this year, this seems like a 94 out of 100 leverage thing because you just need to get the ads up and that's it. So then I worked with Claude Code to create a plan. And once I felt the plan was refined enough, I shared it with my CTO 2 weeks ago. He's like, yeah, I'd be down for this. Yeah, I think I think we should be doing it. But like, right? I should have known that. And so then I hear earlier this week, I'm like, hey guys, how are we doing with the carrot ads? Oh, busy right now, backed up. Okay. All right. Guys, maybe this took me less than an hour to do. And I have other ads. It's not even just these ads over here. Like, okay, the fastest way to get personalized LinkedIn ABM ads up in minutes, not weeks. Just drop it in the chat, like 1 through 10. How do you think these ads are honestly in terms of just shipping them live, like 1 through 10? Again, I don't think they're perfect ads by any means, but 10 being best. What do you think? Okay. Thank you for the 10 out of 10. I'll take the A+ there. 6 or 7. Okay, Derek, thank you for that. And then, okay, Bruce says 7 or 8. Okay. Here's the thing, guys. This guy over here, he's not a designer, right? Not a designer. I like that, Jason. 10 out of 10 because you aren't running any. Exactly, right? Let's just get these up and let's refine them. Okay? And I see a lot of out there, a lot of ads out there. My friend who runs a company called, you know what? I'm going to go like another like 10, 15 minutes or so, Cody. I'm just going to keep going. So if you guys like a bonus session, okay, we keep going here. So, so was I just saying Cody before that? Chris, Chris, Chris. I forgot what I was saying, but it's okay. We'll come back to it. Anyway, so I'm going to come back. Okay. If I remember, I will come back to it. But my point is you can get these ads up and then my ads are actually up. We got the ads up yesterday. Okay. So I said, you know what? Hey guys, I get that you're busy. That's okay. I got it. I got you. Right. And not only that, on the sales side too. So there's, I actually created a Deal Reviver tool, which I'll probably show you next week that I built with Claude Code. That goes into our Slack and says, hey, these deals that you lost in the last 12 months or 24 months or so, they're ready for revival. And here's the copy that you should use based on recent news that's happened for that company. Okay? Now that is found money basically. And there's still bugs to work out with that tool that surfaces in Slack, but I just decided to just do it yesterday. And so we had someone on the team who was, to his credit, he was trying, right? But I was like, you know what? I'm just going to go in there. And here's the thing. Not only am I— you might be saying, okay, Eric, you're the founder of the company. You're going around doing these things. This to me is high leverage because I'm making these videos at the same time to show people how to do this. This is part of the reason why I'm doing this video right now. So I'll share this video with my team too, to show them my emotion on this stuff too, but also to show them that this stuff is very possible, right? Because not only like I did my job as an operator and founder of the business, but I also was able to do these things to also I think one of the biggest things you can do as a leader of your company is to teach, to train your people. You're constantly training people. And that's what Jim Sinegal said, the founder of Costco. Like 90% of his job is just going around training people, right? And I think I'm doing this at scale because not only am I teaching, you know, the, you know, amazing audience today, but even Cody here who started, like now that he's seen this, he sees how serious I am about this, right? And I think he can realize now, like he's seen me talking about it, but, and I don't know if those of you can hear Cody, but Cody, 1 through 10, like maybe a week ago, how serious do you think I was about this? Yeah. That's the thing, right? You guys got to commit. And thank you for that, Cody. So Cody said it was like an 8 before, and then now it's like a 10. And he's only been here for a week. But my point of saying this is that your energy, you got to push this through because if you're a leader in your company, you are one of the keepers of the energy. And it's your mistake to to not bring this forward. Okay. So we covered the paid media side. We covered the ad side. I'm going to do a little more here with Manus, and then I'm going to pop back over to Slack to show you a couple of examples, and then maybe I'll open up for Q&A. So I'm going to show you— oh, guess what? Guess what, guys? So carousels work well on Instagram. I don't want to wait forever to get a designer to get carousels done. Okay. So all I did was I took I took a picture. I took a screenshot of the Instagram CEO's carousels because I thought he had good-looking carousels. And I just said, hey, Manus, I want you to copy this style. I want you to make a prompt so I can just duplicate this carousel style every single time. Okay? So recently I've been talking about Pindalon, which is this sleep supplement I've been taking, how it added all this, my HRV jumped up, all these things, right? You can see the formatting's not that good. And so I worked with it and I said, hey, let's change the format over here. And then now the format is— well, I can't see it, but okay, here we go. Oh, it's not fixed down there, but anyway, it's supposed to be fixed. Let's pull this up over here. Okay, here we go. Been trying Pindalon for sleep since Friday and here are the metrics. HRV jumped from 70 to high 80s, 90s. So it's formatted well. And then I do have a bunch of screenshots from my sleep analytics in the middle of it. So my point of saying this is that this prompt, which I now made into a skill, I can go back to over and over. So Cody, when we do these carousels, there's no excuse for anybody that we hire not to be able to do this stuff and not to be able to pop these out quickly. And even with this webinar, the thumbnail that I made, I made using Manus. And so I tend to like the style, like the font of this, and it tends to know the formatting, how many words we should have on each slide. And so you are all designers now. You are all now coders now. The biggest thing is it comes down to taste, right? Taste is the thing that's going to— that's the— people say, oh, they like to say taste is the new moat, right? But really, I think what actually enables taste, it's anybody who has high agency. And what high agency means is someone who is not just going to sit around, not going to be— they're not going to wait to be told what to do. Those people are going to be left. And that's what it is. Okay, so I'm gonna, I'm gonna share maybe a couple things in Slack, and then maybe, um, that will be it for the week. And then next week when we do this, I'm actually gonna be living in Cursor more and Madash more, and you're gonna be seeing me do real work. Um, and that's what I'll say. So let me move over to— I'm gonna show you what we have going on in Slack. Um, just a couple examples over here. Okay, so let me share my screen. Let's do this. Let me share this one over here. Okay. Y'all can see this, yes? Do I need to make it bigger, Cody? Okay, cool. All right. So these are Carrot ABM deals that were lost or didn't have any activity in the last 21 days or so. So I have this single brain app, right? So it's a brain that's trained on our context and content. And I'm going to— these are still very much a work in progress, but look, this, by the way, this little brain, AI-generated as well, right? I use Gemini for that one or Nano Banana. But so these 20 deal risks over here for Care, we haven't touched these for a long time. And so if I wanted to be someone that acts on this right now, this will actually draft up emails. And I want it to maybe get to a point where I can just see everything and select all and then have it all drafted. We're going to be able to do that, right? So that's not all. There's also, we have the standup coach, Cody. I actually don't think I've shown anybody this. Okay. So standup coach, this is someone who's on the paid media team. And by the way, we still need to refine this, but every day we have someone fill out like, what's the number one thing that they worked on? What's the number one thing that they did yesterday? Our goal is if we're kind of, if we're, if we have people on the team, ultimately we want them to work on the highest leverage, the highest priority things. Okay? And so what this is going to do over time is it's going to track their streak over time. Are they filling this out? There's going to be coaching over here and the coaching is kind of weak, but It's gonna tie in with their KPIs as well. It's gonna tie in with the company goals. And over time, over the last 90-day period, it's gonna see if they're getting better or worse, right? And then the manager can decide if they wanna step in or not. But at least for our company, I'm a big fan of public feedback. I used to be a little, I used to worry too much about someone else's feelings. And I used to worry about being liked as a CEO versus, you know, just being efficient. And your mileage may vary. You gotta determine what works for you. But I would just say here that Chloe didn't score 65 out of 100. It's definitely higher than that. She's actually done a lot more than this. This is why I need to continue to refine this. That's why this is just sending DMs to me right now. You're going to be building a lot of things and a lot of them are going to suck. If you're going to plug it into Slack, make sure it's just DMing you first. It's a ghost testing environment. You're able to do that. Now, another thing is when I'm going into, let's say over here. We have a Single Brain in here. Okay, watch. So I can ask in chat, what has Eric said in the last 14 days around marketing? Again, this is very much a work in progress. Okay, so let me think about that. Look at the content you private. I don't see any content in the last 14 days. However, I have ingested content from October 2025. Here's what we said over here, consistency beats volume. So imagine if you have something that's trained on all of your podcasts, all of your internal calls, all of your notes that you have, your documentation as a company, and whoever's onboarding to a company can ask these questions whenever they want. Or the bot can be proactive about understanding that person and throwing the right resources at that person at the right time. And so I've ingested over 6,000 Gong calls and I need to set like a cron job where it's constantly like a daily job or like a weekly job where it's constantly ingesting new content. So it's understanding me over time too, because a lot of the things I might've said in the past might be contradictory today because I might've evolved my thinking, right? So something to keep in mind because You want to figure out how you can scale yourself over time. That's what I would say. There's a lot of different things that you can build here. And then I would say, beyond that, I think maybe I'll just leave it at that. Maybe I'll open up for questions just for a moment, for a couple minutes or so. But I hope you enjoyed the screen share portion of this. Yeah, I think for creating ads in general, I actually like the— you want to be using Google Nano Banana. So if I was making ads, I'll be using Manus and Google Nano Banana because Manus has a really good general agent. And Manus, I think I paid $600 for the year for it and I have a pretty good amount of credits per month. So I would go with that because Manus, you can kind of just go back and forth with it. Claude Code, it's going to need a lot more context. And so I would just keep that in mind. If you're really good at prompting and if you're also technical as well, maybe you can use Claude Code for that. But I'd probably go Manus using Google Nano Banana inside of it. Oh yeah, CJ, good call out. Guys, let me show you the GitHub where you can get all these marketing skills. I might consider, Cody, I might actually consider building out skills for ourselves that we can share to the public because this seems like a nice way to drive awareness. Marketers who can share their coolest stuff on GitHub for other people to use in the world. That seems pretty badass to me. Okay. So this is a GitHub repo. It's okay guys. Don't freak out. It's just a section where like this guy, Corey Haynes again, excuse me, talking too fast. Marketing skills for Claude Code. So here's a collection of AI agent skills focused on marketing tasks built for technical marketers. Look, he's marketing his own company. I'll just search Corey Haines, H-A-I-N-E-S, marketing skills GitHub. You should be able to find it. Again, Corey Haines marketing skills GitHub. And then you should be able to download all these. So he has like an A/B test setup. When the user wants to plan, design, or implement an A/B test, content strategy, copywriting. See, you called out page CRO. It's this one over here. So /page-cro. When the user wants to optimize, improve, or increase conversions on any marketing page, including homepage, landing page. So The way this works, I want you guys to see under the hood too, is when you click on the skill.md file, it's literally just this. It's just explaining how it works. You can refine these. You can upgrade these over time. Maybe you have some interesting test ideas in here, or maybe there's some CRO people that you follow. Maybe you want it to ingest data from around the web on that person to put into whatever it is that you have. Even the prompt that I shared earlier, on the legendary advertising people. You might want to be specific with who you look up to. And then the key thing is you're not just refining the products that you're building, you're refining the way that you work, the prompts that you're using as well. That's what I would say. So earlier I showed you one, I had a programmatic SEO one. I don't think I went into this one, but the way it worked, it worked in a way where I was like, oh damn, I didn't even think about working like that. It scanned my entire website. It figured out what all the templates were. It figured out where we were wasting programmatic SEO energy, where we had put work into already, but where we needed to kind of tend to our garden and update, delete, or consolidate our pages. And you literally have a programmatic SEO skill that you can invoke at any given time. So that's what I would say about that. So CJ, thank you for sparking that. Is there a simpler question? By the way, guys, I'm curious if you can hear Corey type Y into the chat because you can't see him, but, um, if you can hear him type Y into chat, I'm just— because this is our first time using Riverside Webinar and shout out to Riverside Webinar for, for hitting us up or Hooking it up. Okay. Yeah. They can't hear you. Okay. Got it. Next time I want to make it where they can hear you too. Okay. So Kevin's question is, Molt Bot would be best for that, Francisco. Yeah. Molt, I think I'll talk about when I start to really press harder on that in the next couple of weeks or so. So Francisco asks, what about connecting AI brain to analytics to analyze paid media ads and constantly have— Yeah. So yeah, Molt Bot, you want to look at it as, I would say Molt Bot is going to be better for single brain. That's actually a really good call out, Mac. Because what we currently have right now, there's so much more to be desired. And what I've lacked is having the ability to run these daily cron jobs or just constantly just improve over time. MoltBot's going to allow you to do that. And just keep in mind, you want to make sure that you're running it securely. And there's a lot of threads on X about this or articles talking about security. Because if you just YOLO it and let it do whatever it wants and you let it take control of your main machine, it could just start to send messages to anybody. It can tweet anything it wants. It can just go off the rails. If it becomes like, I don't know, self-aware one day, which I guess if it becomes self-aware, I guess we're all screwed at that point because Terminator, but that's not the point. So anyway, Kevin, I know this is B2C, but good tidbits I hope that you can use for your company or B2C. So KMC, business question. I am building an AI agent platform. Would you recommend I target local first, Hong Kong, then global, or should thinking global at the start? I don't know about region. I think you should target use case. I use these models for different reasons. I think about using— when I use Manus, I use it for doing general work. When I think about image generation, I may be using Gemini for that. When I think about coding, I'm using Claude for that. When I think about general purpose research or just questions off the cuff, actually general purpose research, I use Perplexity for that. ChatGPT, I still use off the cuff, but I'm finding less and less of a reason to continue to use it. So I think it just depends on what you're looking for. And I don't even think I have the right answer for that. I think it just depends on what you're comfortable with. So I don't think there's any right or wrong there. So anyway, guys, all of that being said, the recording will be available. I think it'll be emailed to you. You can also check it out on YouTube as well. Definitely subscribe to the YouTube channel. I think I'm just going to do these every week now. Maybe I'll do one a week and then I might be— I maybe just might even start doing more. Maybe Vibe Coding to a Billion in Revenue. That series can go for a very long time because there's a guy talking about vibe coding to a million. I think he's at $3,000 right now. But I think, look guys, hopefully you can feel the excitement and I'm excited for all of you that have actually stayed to the very end of this. Other than that, you can just check us out on the socials, look out for more. I'll answer this last Francisco question before we take off here. Francisco asks, what LLM model do you use for Single Brain? What model would you recommend for the general AI brain for your company? Right now, at least, it's Claude Opus 4.5, but it is expensive. The one that I mentioned earlier, God, is it Kili? I think, let me just search it up real quick. I forgot what it was called. 2.5 model LLM open source. There's this new model that came out recently. KIMI. KIMI, K-I-M-I. Yeah. KIMI 2.5. You have Gokul in here. KIMI 2.5, people are using it now also because it has agent swarms. I haven't used it myself personally, but I see people running multiple, like 2 Mac Studios on KIMI. I think we're going to see the rise of people just running these models locally because they want a lot more privacy that they can protect. That is it for now. Look, some people here are already experimenting with KIMI. I would just say that It's also normal for you to feel behind every day on these things. It's okay. I feel behind every day. Just take one step, one step at a time, one step at a time, and you'll be good. So that being said, guys, I will see you next week. I hope you have a good rest of your week and goodbye.
