How Manus Did $45,000 of *Quality* SEO Work In 20 Minutes

Eric Siu shows how Manus, an AI agent, generated 132 SEO-optimized pages in two hours using keyword permutations and parallel processing. He estimates the work would cost $45,000 if done by hand, and walks through the prompt template, outputs, and quality checks needed before publishing.

In this video, I'm going to show you how you can get $45,000 of SEO work done that would usually take you maybe 4 or 5 weeks to do it with 4 or 5 people or so. This is only going to take you 2 hours. So stay to the end, I'm going to show you the entire prompt, I'm going to show you how I do this. This is not an exaggeration. And for me, as someone who owns an ad agency that actually offers these as a service, I'm telling you, this is going to change everything. I'm gonna show you the tool stack, all the things that you need to do. So first you might be a little skeptical and I just want to show you over here that this math is actually pretty correct. So this, what I've done, the work that I've done so far, this has replaced the work of 6 to 8 people over here. So there's an SEO strategist, you got content writers, SEO content editor. And to be clear here, this helped me output 132 pieces of content that are actually production grade. So not AI slop. And it's based on templates that I already have on my website, which is my ad agency Single Grain, right? So here, project manager, content strategist. Okay. So total human hours, it would have taken you 305 to 444 hours of professional work. Okay. So it broke down the math over here. So it says, okay, in-house team option 1 is $23,000 and it would take 4 to 6 weeks with the team working in parallel. Freelancers, contractors, it might cost you $31,000 or so. If you use a content agency, conservative might be $52,000 or $85,000. So I'm just looking at how we might go about looking at this in terms of cost, right? So let's just be, let's just meet in the middle over here. So if we're just looking at the conservative, aggressive, I'm just going to be even more conservative and say $45,000 for these 132 articles. Okay. Which I'm going to show you in a moment. So the tool that I'm using here is Manus and Manus is actually a great general agent and you can have it do a bunch of different things for you. You know, it did the math over here. Okay. Cost savings. So you save anywhere from $23,000 to, you know, on paying $23,000 or $85,000 and the time it spent doing this, right. Instead of 4 to 12 weeks, it took 2 hours. And this is not an exaggeration. I literally did this yesterday. I asked my team, I said, hey, you know, there's a new product that's coming out soon and we should take advantage of our website, our domain authority, and go after these keywords. This person said, and this is no shade on this person, but this person said, okay, the keyword research, you know, he can have, it was Friday already. He said he can have it by Monday. And then, you know, he can have the articles, you know, maybe ready for review by next Friday. Okay. So that's already relatively quick, but in today's day and age, that's not fast at all. Right. And to his credit, he has a lot of other priorities. So I'm not really, you know, putting this on him. I'm just saying that right when he said that, I was like, you know what, I have a little bit of time right now. I'm just going to go do this myself. And that being said, the caveat here is obviously, so my background is in SEO and then, you know, I understand my business better than anybody would because it's my business. Right. So I just want to flag this, but this, this is very possible. I'm going to show you one of the The pages that we have. Okay. If we look at, this is one of the pages that we have over here. It's one of these templates. Okay. So top 14 AEO agencies in 2025, definitive guide to answer engine optimization. And you see, we have a table. We have all this stuff over here. So I want to make sure that Manus also understands the template that we have, because the more specific you are, the better, right? So I actually had it map out a, it mapped out a a prompt for this. Let me show you the content quality as well. So I'm going to kind of jump around here. So I'm going to show you, I'm going to show you the prompt in a moment, but I'm also going to show you the topic that we're going for as well here. So, okay. So if we look at, let's just look at, I asked it for 2 examples to start with. Okay. So it gave me 2 examples. This is one of the examples over here. So ChatGPT advertising agency to maximize your conversational ROI, maximize your conversational ad spend with Single Grain's data-driven ChatGPT. Advertising approach. We transform your advertising budget into measurable results. Why your brand needs a strategic ChatGPT advertising partner. Okay, go down the list. Now, by the way, I'm not saying, you know, you still, you still definitely need a human in the loop here just to add more context to these things. But when you look at this, this is already a good starting point. Okay, so here's our ChatGPT advertising services. And that's what it looks like initially, right? Now, when I, I think I asked it to adjust. And let's take a look at— this is what it actually ended up delivering. So here's 132 pieces of content. Bear in mind, we have different permutations. We have agencies, right? You have agency, which is singular, agencies, which is more of a listicle, right? And so this was able to parse out the difference. And for us, we're not just going for, you know, just because ChatGPT is coming out with advertising, we're going for AI-focused as well, right? And then we know that because these LLMs will ground on this content, Um, you know, we're going to, we should have a chance of doing pretty well. Um, and all that to say, I mean, here's another one over here. Okay. So top 10 ChatGPT ad agencies in 2026, definitive guide to conversational AI advertising leaders. Digital advertising is on the verge of monumental shift. This might sound a little AI at the top, but this is why you still need a human in the loop. And I'm saying you can do this. It might've taken me 2 hours to, you know, get the keyword research done. And honestly, it took me like an hour, but to get the keyword research done, to find the different permutations, to then show a couple examples and then have an output. Took me an hour or so. And then now what you're going to do is you're going to hand it off to editors, you're going to hand it off so they can fact-check, they can add images, they can add internal links and things like that. And, you know, we actually use our internal tool ClickFlow for that. And there's a free trial that you can check out for that. And then in this one, because it's a listicle, we actually list our competitors too, right? And you can see, okay, each listicle here is, it's actually not that bad. This is pretty good. And so, you know, there's frequently asked questions, whatever. And so for me, I'm like, okay, well, I don't want to have to redo this every single time. You know, what I'm going to do is I want a prompt for this. Okay. So the prompt, the reusable prompt template is actually this. And, you know, maybe we'll share this as a lead magnet, but it's actually very simple here. So I need you to create SEO optimized pages, content pages for Single Grain, singlegrain.com. Okay, so in this case, the base keyword agency, or base keyword would be ChatGPT ads agency, AI SEO services, and then deliverables, we're looking for 150 permutations, create all permutations with base terms, modifier, industry variations, related terms. So this is kind of what we look for, who we look to work with, and then we have templates. The more examples you can share to the AI, the better the output you're going to get. And then it'll output in a zip file, and I just shared it with my team after. And so now, instead of me having to wait, you know, a week or 2 weeks or so to get this done, We have 132 pieces of these that are, you know, pretty ready to go. You just need a human to look to kind of make sure everything looks good, final checks, and then, you know, we're good to go here, right? And so, you know, and you can see the instructions here. So expand the base keywords into 150 variations. So that's when I'm first starting out with this, create 2 example pages, listicle plus service for my review. After I approve, generate all pages via parallel processing. So this makes 150, Manuscript will make 150 of these pages in parallel. So it's not going to do them one by one, and then create the final deployment package with all supporting documents. And so you now have, you know, this is just a really the starting point of this. If I'm able to save $45,000 just by doing this, I also recently used a similar tool to create a go-to-market plan that would've probably cost me $30,000 or so at least, and taken a couple weeks to get that go-to-market plan done. But the email copy in that go-to-market plan, the landing page copy, the sales copy, All that stuff was pretty pristine. Now I just needed to make a couple of changes from a product launch standpoint to make sure that the timing was right and all that. And so it's not only the time saving, guys, that it is the money that you're going to save from this and your team's going to move on because nobody, you know, your team's going to work on higher leverage things. That's what I mean. Real quick, if acquiring customers has been a struggle for you and you are trying to figure out how AEO works, Answer engine optimization, or the new version of SEO. How paid works, how all this AI stuff is going to play into your customer acquisition strategy. Then check out my ad agency, Single Grain. It's singlegrain.com, and if it looks like it's a good fit, we'll help you with a free marketing plan. So again, go to singlegrain.com, and we'll see you on the other side. So I'm actually going to show you how I'm doing this from scratch right now because I was I was just going to handle this. I was like, oh my god! If I can do that in an hour, maybe I should do this for another set of keywords because we have another product called Carrot, which is linked. LinkedIn account-based marketing software, which allows you to make these personalized ads in minutes instead of weeks. I'm like, oh, we should probably be making more of those because that's actually generating leads and conversions for us right now. So I basically, I took that prompt. Okay. So I'm going to go through this prompt with you. And it's actually just pasting the context over here. So let me see if I can click into it. So madness prompt, I need you to create SEO optimized content pages for Single Grain that promote Carrot.ai, which is LinkedIn ad personalization software, landing page personalization software. So in this case, the base keyword I'm going for is personalized LinkedIn ads. And then examples would be account-based marketing ads, ABM ads, LinkedIn ABM ads, personalized landing pages, B2B ad personalization, ABM ad software, ABM landing pages. Okay. US enterprise companies with over 1,000 employees. So I'm being very specific here and it has a lot of these things that we can enter. And then I'm asking it to follow these agency pages structures, because it's still relatively the same because we already have these designed out and generate all these pages via parallel processing. And I might say like 100+ pages or Or something like that. And so it's going to deploy this all for me. And then it might, it's going to show me 2 examples first before it moves. Right. So I'm going to show you how I, at least I kicked this off when I'll say, you know, please do this for me. Okay. In Manus. And bear in mind the task that the usage. So I'll just show you how much I'm paying for this Manus thing. Okay. Yesterday when I used it for, okay. Yesterday. Okay. Yeah. It cost me 800 credits. Usually with my Manus, I'll get 12,000 credits a month. So if I look at my billing, I don't know if I'm paying a lot for— okay, well, $600 for the year. So I pay $600 for the year, and I think I added like a credit top-off as well, but I get 12,000 credits a month. And so for a 12th of my monthly credits, this is what I got for it, right? So for a 12th of my monthly credits, and let's just look at it as each year you get, since it's doing this right now, Each year you get 144,000 credits. Okay. So if we say 800 divided by 144,000, it's, this is like, it's like half a percent. Okay. Half a percent of my, of my spend on the $600. This cost me $3 to do, guys. So that, that's how you want to look at this, right? To generate 132 pages that are templated and correct. And so I'm just letting it work right now, but I just want to show you that this isn't that difficult once you have, once you've kind of worked through the process yourself and you made the prompt for yourself, because once you got it working, you want to make sure that it's repeatable, right? I would just challenge you to think about, as I'm going through this right now, think about, okay, what else can you do that could be repeated? And so content is a pretty repeatable thing. How about repurposing your content, coming up with the right templates and things like that, coming up with a go-to-market strategy, writing email funnels? I mean, I will tell you, Manus even did this for me. So for the Marketing School podcast that we do, I had to look at another podcast and look at all the sponsors and then find all their emails and then draft Gmail messages to send to them. And that actually, we actually got on a call with 2 of the people this week just by doing that. So you could literally sky's the limit and it can be managed for another general purpose agent that you can use. I just want to show you this right now that when you see this, it's, people think it's a lot more complicated than it is. It really isn't. And we're going to come back to this when it finishes off. All right. So we have the 2 example pages as requested, a listicle and a service page. And so let's just look at this one and see if they get it right or not. So in the competitive B2B landscape, and by the way, when they— this is pretty AI-ish. And so you should tell your editors and you should change the prompt to not start it off in like, you know, things are changing so quickly in this landscape today. That sounds very AI-ish, right? Generic advertising no longer cuts it to capture the attention of high-value accounts. Personalization is key. Answer engine optimization has transformed. Okay, so the keyword isn't answer engine optimization. So that is incorrect. Okay. Our evaluation, ease of use, marketing stack, we analyzed top 5 personalized LinkedIn ads to win 2025. And actually it's 2026 now. So we need to call that out. Carrot.ai, Mutiny, Demandbase. So it got this part right. The dates are a little wrong. Carrot stands out for ability to create specialized campaigns in minutes, seamlessly connect personalized ads to landing pages, intuitive interface for B2B marketers, advanced personalization. So this is actually not that bad. But I will need to say, hey, you know, let's just give it feedback here. So let's say, hey, we need to make sure all the dates say 2026 since we are in 2026. And your second sentence covers AEO or answer engine optimization, but this is just focused on LinkedIn keywords around LinkedIn ABM personalized ads. And then the other thing too is let's just look at this, this other one over here as we're, as we're going before I put it in the personalized LinkedIn ads. Software. Okay. Maximize your ROI while your brand is— okay. Complex LinkedIn ads platform, time-consuming nature are major roadblocks. How we help you outperform the competition, our personalized LinkedIn ad services, dynamic landing pages, ICP, the single grain difference. Okay. So this one's not that bad, but I would say we probably need these to expand. And this probably looks like, I don't know, maybe 500 words or so. I would like it to expand to maybe 800 words or so. And that's, that's clearly just subjective on my side. And then the final thing I'll call out here is the keyword expansion piece. And so you can see here, it's expanded core personalized LinkedIn ads keywords. So personalized LinkedIn ads products, personal best personalized LinkedIn ads tools. So the thing is, I know for us, this generate conversions, it generates conversions, but it's not a wide TAM, total addressable market type of product. And so whoever's searching for this stuff right now is going to be very high intent. So we want to go after this, right? So that's what I would say. So, and a lot of these look good. And so I'm just going to go for all of these and look, we have 156 of these. And structures. So we just need to make sure we adjust the prompt and then redo the first 2 examples. Then if it's approved, we can proceed. Okay. So you're going to have to work with this, right? But even, even me right now doing this with you on video, you can see this is probably going to take me less than an hour or what, like 30 minutes or so. Eventually what I would say is if you have a team that's helping you with this, they should just be watching one of these videos or you should be showing how you're going about this. Because you're going to have to tweak it. You ultimately, you're looking for people who have high agency, who know how to play with this stuff, who know how to figure this out, who have a can-do type of attitude. Okay. So look, I got these revised very quickly. And so in a competitive landscape, okay, look, they fixed the AEO thing. Here's a 2026 thing. Okay, great. So now I'm just going to say, I forgot to mention the, if we look at the prompt, I'm just actually looking at the prompt right now. I can probably add in there that they should, these should be 800+ words or so. Okay. So I'm going to say, um, let's make sure these are at least 800 words apiece. Okay. Maybe sometimes I want to go higher than that, but, um, let's try the first 2 examples again. So I'm going to let it work. It'll probably give me the output pretty quickly, but it's, we got to let it think as well. And the other thing I'll call out too, as I'm going through this, is that I'm, I'm paying for the Manus 1.6 version. I will say that even though we're focused on SEO right now, I gave you the GTM stuff. Like this actually does a good job for, for making carousels too. For, for Instagram purposes, you can take an entire transcript that you have and make a really well-designed carousel and just show what you like. And, and, and that's what it is. So as, as the other piece is loading right now, I just want to show it to you that these are the carousels I can make. And I basically took someone else's style from Instagram and I just posted it and pasted it in here. And I took one of my granola notes and basically it made it, you know, it made these carousels, right? And this is actually not bad. I said, I want only 25 words max, and you can just keep messing with this. But it's like you're working with a social media designer over here. So here's what we have. So now they're 800 to 1,000 words each. Okay. So you have a table over here, the catalyst for integration, why it excels, real-world application, Mutiny. There's just more depth in here, right? And then there's some, some numbers in here as well. So I would probably bolster this to just make sure, hey, it says 2026, it's 800,000 plus words. You know, we have specific examples, ideally specific numbers as well, because people like numbers. And then this one over here, stop wasting ad spend, start winning. You know, high-value accounts. Okay, great. This is good. So what I'm going to do now is say, okay, you are good to go to generate all the pages in parallel. So what's going to happen here is that it's going to generate the pages. And then it'll actually ask me for approval sometimes too. And there's like a box I can check and I'll say, hey, it's going to cost you this many credits. But guys, like I told you, it cost me $3 to do this yesterday. So Hope you enjoyed this video. I actually have an entire video on how to do AI SEO in— for this year and beyond. You can check it out over here. And yeah, we'll see you in that video. Thank you.
