The most successful founders join mastermind groups like Y Combinator, EO, or YPO where peers push each other forward. Shared context with founders who speak the same language accelerates learning faster than going alone.

The most motivated founders I know that also happen to be the most high-performing founders that I know are involved in peer groups in some way, shape, or form. So you can argue that people that come from Y Combinator, also known as YC, that's a fraternity and it's a community of founders that have done amazing things or they're all trying to do amazing things and they're helping each other out. Other peer groups, example might be EO. So I was in a group called Entrepreneurs Organization for 7 years. That's amazing. It's a worldwide community, over 20,000 entrepreneurs, I believe. YPO is the group I ended up moving to afterwards and there are over 35,000 5,000 people in the world that are in YPO. And also I have a group called Leveling Up Founders, and that one's more geared towards founders that are into marketing, they're into media, and they're into business, and just people at the top of their game there. So you decide which tribe that you wanna be a part of, but it's really important to be in a group of like-minded people which all speak the language that you speak so you can all help each other get better.
