How My Team Uses AI Agents Inside Slack

Eric Siu shows how his team runs AI agents inside Slack to handle SEO data pulls, sales lead sourcing, cold-outbound reporting, and content ideation. A chief-of-staff agent generates short-form ideas. The system connects people and tools into what he calls a single brain unified intelligence.

My team works with agents all day inside of Slack to get real work done. Here's how. Look at this. You have the agents here, okay? This is Oracle SEO, which is SEO agent. It's working with my team to do data pulls, it's strategizing, and it's also helping with the execution of work. And check it out on the sales side. Look over here, you got the agents saying, hey, these are the leads that have been sourced over here, okay? Here's where they're going into this dashboard. And also Alfredo over here on my team's asking for a report on how we're doing with our cold outbound infrastructure. And then on the right side over here, you can see the details that are coming through in terms of how the campaigns are performing. And at the very bottom, you can see how all the different campaigns for cold outbound are doing as well. So literally we're talking about end-to-end real work done by these agents. I'll give you a little bonus here. This is working with my chief of staff agent, and it's giving me topic ideas for short-form content, which I've actually implemented today, 'cause it works with me all the time. That's how amazing this is. So we built this for ourselves internally. We're calling it single brain unified intelligence, where you just have everything connecting to it. People can query whatever they want. That way it just helps us get a lot more work done faster. It helps humans get whatever data they need, and they can have the robots help them. And what ends up happening is everyone ends up more productive. And by the way, if you want more on AI business and marketing, all you have to do is comment newsletter, and we'll send you more stuff just like this.
