If you're between the ages of 20 and 35 and you feel stuck, just give me the next minute or so. Number 1, you want to learn from people who are ahead of you. I remember when I was about 24 years old or so, I talked to an entrepreneur and I asked him the biggest thing that made an impact in his life. And he said unequivocally, I joined a group called Entrepreneurs Organization and it changed my life. The reason it changed his life is because he was talking to people who are ahead of him and he learned a lot from these people because they experience shared. And you can start this by throwing dinners. And that's what I did when I was in my mid-20s or so. I threw these dinners when I was broke and I had these directors of marketing and these CMOs come in. And then we would all learn from each other. Number 2, you can learn from people that you probably would never meet, and you can also learn from dead people too. I love reading biographies. I love listening to the Founders Podcast where you can learn from people that have done business and done business at a very successful level. Number 3, to build on the book reading piece, definitely read a lot of books, but don't read just to read. Once you feel like you've gotten the key takeaway, go and take action. A lot of people think that just the number of books is actually the thing that is the accomplishment. No, it's the number of actions that you take that add up over time. And last but not least, Stay curious, stay focused, stay consistent. Do it for a very long time. No doubt you will have outsized success, more success than you ever would have imagined.
