If you have anxiety and depression and you're not as healthy as you'd like to be, guess what? When COVID first hit, I'll give you an example. One day I was just sitting on my couch and I felt intense pressure. I was just looking outside. I'm like, what's going to happen? Like, I don't know what's going to happen to my business. But what I did continue was making sure that every single morning to get my mind right, I fill out a journal every morning. I'm constantly reinforcing because when you're writing things out and you're talking about how grateful you are, you actually can't feel bad. It's an amazing Jedi mind trick that you play with yourself.
