You know, when it comes to building a team, what's really important is thinking about the X factor. So the X factor when it comes to NFT projects is these are really your community managers, right? So for us, I mean, we focused on getting community managers that have worked on projects such as World of Women or VeeFriends, right? And you want to look for people that have experience because you don't want to— you don't have time to train them from scratch, especially a lot of us right now. We're kind of working on these NFT projects where it's just like, You know what? It's not our full-time thing, right? So we have to figure out how to balance it. And so you want people that have been there, done that, so you don't have to kind of hold their hand and get them to carry the load. And you want people that are very enthusiastic too, right? We have strategists on the team and project managers on the team. The project managers, that's gonna be the day-to-day, and those are the ones that are going to be the detail-oriented ones that will carry things forward. And then you gotta have a Web3 developer as well that can help with the smart contracts, right? So community managers, there's different types. You wanna have mods as well. And then as the community builds, then you can start to get these people and build out the team.
