How do you go about finding a good coach? Number one, it's understanding what exactly you're looking for, and B, finding someone who has a track record of helping other people, because some folks who've achieved great results, they may be amazing humans and they're amazing executors, but they don't know how to translate what they have been able to accomplish into like a framework that another person could follow to gain that particular skill or get that particular result.
