One editor plus a content architect extracts viral moments from podcasts. Hire offshore editors at $500/month to scale. Large operations spend $30,000 to $50,000 monthly but start small and expand as you grow.

If you want to get to the 100 million views per month, at the end of the day, you just build out more pods of editors, right? So the way it's structured for us is we have one editor, okay? And then we have— so there's one editor, and then there's one person that's a content architect. What that architect does is they find the right moments from a podcast, and then they tell the person to edit those, right? And you can hire great people from offshore. Maybe you're paying them $500 a month full-time. They're happy. It's a great salary for them. And they're just focused full-time on this. There's a lot of people that are getting hundreds of millions of views per month, and that's what they're doing. They probably are spending $30,000 to $40,000 to $50,000 a month with these pods. And you don't have to do that necessarily. Maybe out the gate you're starting smaller. Maybe you have a pod of, you know, just one person or two people editing, but it's not that complicated, right? It's just people aren't willing to go the extra mile, but you're here and you're willing to go the extra mile.
