My job though, it's like, how do I in a positive way help people grow? I was doing it wrong for so many years where I was kind of chiding on them and like, oh, you're doing this wrong, you're doing this wrong versus like, that's not exciting to work. Yeah. Versus like, hey, what do you— what's your dream? How do you want to accomplish things? Where do you want to go? How much do you want to make? You want to be a millionaire? All right, let's get you to a million and then supporting them in the things that they want to accomplish.
