Eric Siu discusses how to earn more as a service provider. Pay-for-performance agencies make $30-50M yearly by charging based on results delivered, not hours worked. The key is increasing what you deliver: qualified leads, completed applications, strategy work, and funnel building instead of commodity tasks like content editing.

If you're like a world-class marketer, you're just going to do pay for performance and you're proving it. I have a couple of friends that have pay for performance agencies where they focus on financial too, and they do $30, $40, $50 million a year.
The overarching rule, my team and everyone, my coaching clients get tired of me saying it, but you get paid for the value you provide. And so if you want to make more money, you have to get more up on the value level. So if I can just deliver a cold lead, it's only worth so much. If I can deliver them qualified live transferred, it's worth more. If I could get them all the way through the application process, it's worth even more, right? And so like you want to continue to expand up that value transition. I was telling my social media guy just yesterday that like, look, I get hit up 100 times a day by people wanting to chop up my content or post my content or edit my videos. That's a commodity. If you could help me come up with a campaign, if you could help me nurture the client through a ManyChat sequence, if you could put them into a funnel, that's worth way more.
