How To Make OpenClaw 20x More Powerful

This content was created by Eric Siu. This content was uploaded by Eric Siu. This is a YouTube presentation titled "How To Make OpenClaw 20x More Powerful" (published 2026-02-19). A single presenter explains a production autonomous-agent stack built around OpenClaw, walking viewers through concrete business use cases, integrations, and ROI claims (a cited 27:1 return). The talk demos several named agents and flows — Oracle (SEO agent), Flash (social/content repurposer), Arrow/Deal Manufacturer (sales/CRM automation), and Cyborg (recruiting) — and shows how they share context, push drafts into WordPress/ClickFlow, generate high‑traffic AI-written articles, revive stalled deals, source candidates, and run a daily agent “roundtable.” The presenter covers practical setup details, human‑in‑the‑loop review, legal/reputational cautions, opportunities to productize the system, and a brief sponsored mention of Karrot.ai for personalized LinkedIn ads. OpenClaw just gave me a 27 to 1. That's a 27 to 1 return on investment based on the work that I've already done with it. $1,000 of infrastructure work and it's already replacing $27,000 a month of work, and that amount is continuing to compound. I'll show you the specific setups I have right now that actually generate revenue. So we're talking about money, we're talking about sales here. So I'll give you a couple examples. One, we have an agent that literally writes articles 4x, and each of these articles is generating close to 100,000 views per article. And it's almost all AI written. Number 2, we have a deal manufacturer. This deal manufacturer actually revives lost or stalled deals in our pipeline. And it even sourced— it manufactured one of my connections into a meeting with a multi-trillion dollar company. And a third one sources candidates for us on the recruiting side while we sleep, because these candidates, well, they help us make more money ultimately, because you have amazing people, you are able to do a lot more with your company. So you make more money that way. And the wildest part, they all talk to each other every single morning. So let's get into it and I'll show you how this all works. So let's start with number 1 here. As I mentioned earlier, the OpenClaw agent that I have actually writes X articles for me. So you can see this article over here, 67,000 views. Okay. That was, that went up yesterday. The other one went up on February 10th, 101,000 views. And then February 9th, 86,000 views. And then this one over here, 85,000 views. Now get this, the one that I wrote on my own, 6,600 views. Okay. The only work I did was the graphic here. I did the graphic here myself with Gemini. And I did this with Gemini over here as well. Okay. So really that's all I contributed. And then I also contributed to the title of this and also the opening hook. That's all I really did. Right. So I don't want this, you know, because my name's tied behind it. I don't want it to just YOLO right now, but it's literally doing 99% of the work. Right. So let me give you an example here. So. I gave them a call, agents shared brain, and they stopped being stupid. Okay. So how does this work? You just look at this. There's these cool diagrams over here. Here's the architecture. Here's all this stuff, how it works over here. No LangChain, custom protocol, zero human coordination, all this stuff over here. And by the way, look, this is the SEO agent over here. Okay. That finds Reddit marketing agency as something that we rank for. So we currently, we rank, you know, roughly around the top 10, rank number 8. The conversion rate on that page, by the way, is 17.5% to drive to a lead, which is actually pretty amazing for us. And then, you know, the hope for us is that we can land and expand those accounts. So when people want to go to Single Grain for Reddit help, that's what we do. And then Flash, you can see over here, reads Oracle's output and then Reddit marketing content for X and LinkedIn. And I'm going to show you that in a moment. So you want to stay so you can see how these all talk to each other. The result that you get is you have organic SEO, social traffic going to the same landing page. And zero human coordination. This is where they're working together. But what I wanted to show you first is that when you're able to— when you're working with OpenCLAW, again, OpenCLAW is an autonomous agent that you can use. Everyone's talking about it right now. When you're able to talk to it and it knows what your goals are, it knows your working style, it knows the unique ways in which you've been working with it, you just ask it, you say, hey, what are the coolest ways? What are the coolest— in what ways were we working together that seems maybe unique, a little contrarian? That we can post over to X. And then what also happens is I have a bot here called Flash that is dedicated to social media and knows how to write content in my voice. Not only that, it knows how to repurpose content just for X long form because I've already given a couple examples on what does well. But you can see, like, I specifically ask it for diagrams and you see it's initially the post was like, I don't know, 500 words or so. I asked it to be 1,000 words. And then I do a quick spot check and then boom, it's live, right? That's why this has, you look at this, 931 likes, 100 retweets, and I think probably close to 2,000 bookmarks or something like that. Yeah, 2,600 bookmarks over here. Okay. So these are very real results and I just give you a sense for how this infrastructure works, right? Works. So one of the key things that you have to understand here is that, you know, I just gave you one example of what you can do, but you have to also consider that when you're building these things, You have to have these agents talking to each other with shared context. And so you can see here, agent 1, agent 2, agent 3, their shared context. And so they're not getting lost. You're not just working in a vacuum with each of these where they start to get lost and you start to duplicate work. That's what you don't want to do. So number 2 is the deal manufacturer. The deal manufacturer, what it does, it can help you manufacture deals. It can help you with stalled deals. It can help you with maybe deals that you need to revive, deals that you've lost in the past. And so what OpenCLAW does is it simply goes through our CRM and it goes through sales transcripts and based on our goals, it figures out the right people to talk to and what the angle is. So this alone booked me a call with a multi-trillion dollar company. But not only that, it's actually revived deals for us and it's looked at deals that are stalled for us. And then every day I get a deal of the day. Every day I also get a connection of the day, which is connected to all my LinkedIn connections. This understands all of my goals. And by the way, you might be thinking, oh my God, how do I do this? Right? My point of showing you this is to show you that This is possible with an OpenCLAW. All you have to do is once you set up OpenCLAW, you're just going in there and you're prompting itself and you're just working with it over time. You're just literally typing with it. That's all you're doing, right? It looks more complicated than it actually is. And when you look at this over here, when you roll this out to your entire sales team, for example, it'll show you, hey, this person over here, here's what the role is. Here's how your conversation went before, why now is a good time. Here's the gap that she was talking about. So we can see who it is, the company, the current role, what we talked about on the call. And why is now a good time to strike? And not only that, it'll give you the angle, it'll give you the email that you can send out. And then if it looks good to you, you can just send it out from here. And then here's the context. And so that is another way. I mean, this is directly tied to revenue, whether it's again, manufacturing deals, whether you are looking at stalled deals, okay? Whether you are looking at deals that need to be revived, these powers are all within your hands now. Now, number 3 is the SEO agent. So what's helpful for me here is that we can see all the high leverage opportunities for my SEO product, ClickFlow, and then also for my ad agency, Single Grain. What I do is I have a look at our Google Analytics, our Google Search Console, and then you can use an API if you want, like an Ahrefs API. And then what you can do is you, we have a plugin with our production grade content product called ClickFlow. And then it using it as it uses ClickFlow based on the insights that it gave me based on the insights and the actions that I've approved, it will use ClickFlow. Yeah. And it uses ClickFlow and then it will actually give feedback on ClickFlow. And then what happens afterwards is it will take those drafts and place them into my CMS, which is WordPress. So what you do here is you can hook in your WordPress, okay, through a, through an API or a password if you want. And then what we do is we, I give it a login for, for ClickFlow, which is our product. And then what I do is, you know, every single day I get opportunities from our agent known as Oracle. So Oracle is the SEO agent, Flash is the social media agent, and then we have Arrow, which is the sales agent. Okay. So key deliverables here, enterprise ROI calculator, AEO performance research program, enterprise survey framework, competitive intelligence analysis, category content. So these are all things it's recommending to do. And I can actually open up these .md files if I wanted to. But the whole idea here is that the thinking, a lot of the thinking is being, the strategic thinking is being offloaded. And then you can decide, maybe, maybe you don't like any of the ideas, but maybe one of the ideas spawned another idea that you might like just from reading that. And that's the whole idea here. You're saving time. And ultimately you're taking a lot more actions and you're able to move a lot faster here. Quick break. If you want to run personalized LinkedIn ads and have personalized landing pages to convert your customers at a much higher rate on LinkedIn, check out Karrot. That's karrot.ai. Karrot allows you to do things that LinkedIn ads does not allow you to do right now. Check it out. There are publicly traded companies such as Semrush and Sitecore that are using this right now. And you can use this to get ahead because Because if you don't use this, it will take you weeks, if not even a little longer than that, to make these ads. Because again, you cannot do this on LinkedIn. So again, go to www.karrot.ai and we'll see you on the other side. Okay. So the next one I want to talk about is the content repurposer agent, which comes from Flash. So what you're seeing here is I actually posted this. This is actually done within my Telegram where I, where I'm using OpenClaw. And I just asked it, hey, I was like, hey, Why don't you take this YouTube video I have down here? Okay. So I just went to YouTube transcript. I just searched for like a YouTube transcript thing. And I said, okay, just go ahead and give me the transcript and then just go ahead and use the content repurpose because it knows how to write in my voice. And you can see here, someone on my SEO team said this will take a week. Okay, fine. And I, you know, the post is uploaded as well. And so it has 213 bookmarks, 8,500 views, 102 likes. That's not bad for a repurposed piece of content. That's not bad. And we also threw it up on LinkedIn as well. And then the LinkedIn one, I think got maybe 6,000 or 7,000 views, which is great because LinkedIn's more B2B and that's more relevant to my business. But my point of showing you this again is that this stuff is all very trainable. Whether it's through Flash or Cyborg, which is our recruiting bot, or whether we're talking about Oracle, which is for SEO, you're able to feed it more and more context on your processes, the way you do things. And you can also feed it Loom files too. It can watch Looms of you doing processes. And actually, the thing I just showed you right now, it can handle it end to end. So the whole idea here is that you want to look at this as your hands. So a simple way to think about this is OpenClaw is very much your hands, the execution side of things, whereas Claude Code, like a Claude Code or something else, that's more of an agent decoder. That's more of your brain to help you plan things out. That's how I look at it. But I would also say too, with Claude Code, OpenClaw, we actually get a lot of good planning done as well. Sometimes I'm just sitting on the couch, sometimes at the gym doing it. So, okay. So just so you can see here, this is my, these are some of the active skills I have within Flash. So you can see it takes all of my podcast content. It'll ingest Marketing School Leveling Up episodes via RSS. It'll look at, you know, look at key moments, rewrite it for X, rewrite it for LinkedIn, rewrite it for newsletter sections. So these are active skills that I have. Granola notes. So Looking at content, taking meeting notes and turning them into LinkedIn stories, X-post talking points, right? And then long form to short form and then trend-aligned reporting. So there's all these things over here and some things it can't do over here. It needs direct API access. And so my point is that this thing is going to continue to gain skills over time and you can set it to repeat things on a daily or weekly basis. And so for me, I do have the repurposer turning on probably, I think it's every Monday or Monday and Wednesday, because I don't need it turned on every single day. But the whole idea too is you can, if you want it to be completely anonymous and you want it to just do it on its own, you can completely have it do that. Just keep in mind, you're, you're, there's probably legal issues around it too. Like, by the way, if you're managing someone else's social account, but if you're managing your own, there's reputational risks that can happen if you're just going to let things post without your approval. So you just want to be very careful there. All right. So the next one, if you want to make more money, is On the people side of things. So you might be thinking, well, people cost me money. No, people actually make you money. You still need amazing people to build companies, even with products out there like OpenClaw and Claude Code. So I can see over here Cyborg, which is my recruiting bot. Every single day it's, it is sourcing amazing people and it's getting better over time too, because it's trained on our recruiting processes. It's trained on our standards of excellence. And I'm constantly guiding it. I'm telling it what I like, what I don't like, and it's getting better. Now the cool thing too is if you want to add in your recruiters, you can do that too. You can add them into the Telegram chat if you want. You could add them into a Slack channel and just have Cyborg working, and they can work in tandem, and this thing can get better over time. The whole idea here is that this thing learns, it has contextual memory, and it's only going to get better over time. This is the worst it's ever going to be. So that's how you should look at it, right? And so I look at these people, you can say, you know, approve, reject. Maybe we can see like this person over here, maybe this person's not the right fit, and I just hit reject, and then Cyborg is going to record that rejection, and then it's going to get better over time, right? And I can also put in The reason as to why maybe someone isn't the best fit. But that's the idea here because look, for a lot of the tasks, a lot of the chores that we have to do, well, before it was humans doing them. Well, now you can have machines doing them, but you still need a human in a loop to review. And so you're still going to need to recruit amazing humans to get this type of work done. That's how you should think about it. So look at this. I hit reject on a certain person and the reason, not a fit for engineering role. You know, he is, we don't need a product sourcing engineer at the moment, and we would prefer to have someone at a smaller company to start, which actually that part's not exactly true. So we'll just say that. We'll just put that in there. And then the whole idea here is that Cybergore will record it and then that's it. And then it's just going to get better over time. All right. So last but not least, I'm showing you the roundtable. So get this, my agents are talking to each other. They're in this channel over here. You can see there's 554 messages. There's 4 members in this AI squad over here. And there's a roundtable that happens every single day. And so you get a snapshot. You can see these are the agents that are reporting oracles on SEO and live recommendations, trends and repurposing for flash deal of the day. And then it talks about today's highest leverage move. So there's a live stream that I just did earlier today and it actually identified Good topics for me to cover during the live stream, and I actually use those topics. Okay, so I'm actually using these things right now. It's proving I'm getting views, proving that we're driving meetings from it. There's no reason not to use this stuff. There's I don't know there like and by the way, it's it's it's it's going to take you maybe a weekend to set this stuff up. Totally worth it. Okay, and then Oracle, you know, which I'm working on making better. And then for the Oracle side of things, it talks about building new new agency pages and things like that. And then that's when I realized I was like, oh, maybe Oracle isn't as strong as it needs to be. And there's work to be done to make it better. So as I was walking to the gym this morning, I was like, oh, hey, how would you rate Oracle right now on a scale of 1 to 100 being useful? And it's like 35. I was like, okay, what's it going to take to make it an 80 or 95? And then it started building the scaffolding to make it better. That's the whole idea. You're compounding with these things every day. And this is almost like an extension of you. And then eventually, if you want to productize it and sell it to other people, you can do that. But first and foremost, I would focus on making it your chief of staff and having a team that's helping you get things done. Because our whole thesis on where this is all going is if this is working, we're going to customize this for our customers and then have smart people managing these to continue to refine these and compound with the customer and go from there. When you have a roundtable like this and they're talking to each other, that means they compound with each other over time. Even when I'm asleep, they talk to each other, right? And they'll say, hey, I'm working on this right now. It's like, oh, by the way, you should think about this over here. Oh, by the way, Eric's planning to do this in 2 weeks or so. So now you have a real team working 24/7, 365, and it's amazing. All right, so if you enjoyed this, drop in the comments what else you'd like to hear me talk about when it comes to OpenCLAW or Claude Code. And by the way, if you want to check out this video here, I will show you how you can replace a lot of the marketing jobs out there just with the skills repository. So you got to check it out. Check out this video over here and we'll see you inside.
