Record your customer and internal calls with tools like Granola or Gong, then build what the speaker calls a Skills Dojo to teach high-performing techniques across your team. Skills stay fresh by adding new layers over time, so knowledge doesn't disappear when people leave.

If you have a great conversation with a customer, you have a great discovery call, you have a great proposal call, you have a great call internally, have that recorded in Granola, have that recorded in Gong, whatever call recorder that you're using. How do I skillify it over and over? How do I skillify it? Okay, and then what's gonna happen is let's use the X long-form skill that I showed earlier. I started that a couple months ago. Okay, if we still kept using the same version of that today, the alpha version, it would be outdated. The goal is to establish the foundation of the skill, And then you're constantly adding more layers on top of it. That's how I see skills evolving over time. And I see something like a Skills Dojo being able to democratize the skills that are high-performing. And that's just going to change over time. So what's going to happen with your organization is people are going to come and go, but your skills are going to compound. And if you start doing this right now, you're going to be ahead of other people.
