Chapters

Business is all a game of resource allocation. And so reading a lot of these self-help books growing up, it's like, oh yeah, you know, you should focus. You listen to Warren Buffett, focus. Bill Gates, focus. I just couldn't do it. Like, I love playing all these different video games growing up. Focus is a muscle, but like, I didn't work it out enough. But in the back of my mind, like, I've got the entrepreneurial ADD. I wanna work on a bunch of things. So the question for you is, how do you manage all your resources? How do you keep an element of focus there?
Yeah, well, I'm not launching new things like every week or every month. And how do I make sure my current bucket and basket is being properly resourced and getting what it deserves before I add something new in? Yeah. And then once I feel like I'm on a bit of stable footing, then I'll add the new stuff in. And last year, I didn't do a good job of this. I was definitely a bit too scattered. So I've refined that, I've simplified. So that's why I feel a lot better now.
