Why, hey there. We've been getting a lot of questions around cold emails. One of our videos on the channel has been doing really, really well. So we're going to give you tips to optimize your cold emails so you can get more sales starting now. And without further ado, let's go. How do you actually get people to respond to your follow-up? Recently, I mean, I was just thinking about this. We create so much content. You know, we do a daily podcast, we do a weekly podcast. We have videos that come out like 3 times a week, even more than that. We do webinars as well. We're speaking all the time. Like, why don't we just continue to add value to these people? And what I found was really interesting. I was looking at our email service provider, Drip, and it sends an automatic broadcast every single week, and at the very end it says, you know, if you need help with marketing services, just click on the link. And a lot of people actually click on the link, and those become leads. And I was like, man, this stuff actually works. Like, when you provide value to people, and maybe at the very end you ask for something, that works. So I was thinking, like, people can tell that's automated. How do I go about personalizing it? So my thinking was, Let's take it a step further. So I found a bunch of leads that we had in the last 30 days or so, and I sent them an email and I said, hey, thanks for indicating interest in blah, blah, blah. By the way, I just want to share a piece of content from us. What I did was I looked at our YouTube channel and there's this piece about SEO. I took a screenshot of the thumbnail, put it in the email, a link to the YouTube video itself, and then at the very end I said, hey, if you ever want to chat about marketing help at all, just go ahead and click the button. And I had a little button at the very bottom. And a bunch of people actually responded to that. You're making deposits in the relationship bank all the time, and when people are ready, they will come to you. But it's just all about keeping top of mind, following up with people. And like, because we publish so much, the next week I can say, hey, you know, I think this might be relevant to you. Like, this video did really well for us this week. Uh, by the way, if you still need help, if you need help with marketing, you want to chat about it, I'm always available. The key thing is when you follow up with people, don't just say, I'm just checking in, I just want to see how things are going, I'm just following up. That's boring. And like, people are like, dude, when's this guy gonna go away? Or when's this gal gonna go away? Like, Be useful to people rather than trying to be interesting. Be interested. And with that being said, go out there, be interested in people, and then they will become interested in your services. By the way, don't forget to watch the next video and don't forget to subscribe. Let us know how you're going to be interesting in the comments so you can get more sales and we'll see you tomorrow.
