this bear market that we're in right now is the best thing that can happen. And I completely agree because it, it basically funnels out all the people that are not real builders, that are in it for the quick buck, that don't have the tenacity, dedication, passion to build. And ultimately, who's left are the real builders. And ultimately, these are the people that you want to be with. These are the people that you want to grow with. Because in the next couple years, when we look back, these hardships, these struggles that we go through would make the victory so much sweeter.
