Eric Siu explains how to recruit top talent from successful companies like AppSumo. Map their daily processes, then hire their best salespeople and copywriters to replicate and scale their revenue model.
Understand your process. I ask many CEOs, what is your process for making money? A lot of times they don't understand how their hustle actually turns into cash in the bank. For AppSumo, we're mapping out our process. I'm reverse engineering what am I doing on a daily basis, and then I'm hiring world-class experts at every single level. I'm hiring the world's best salespeople. I'm hiring the best copywriters. When you do that, you can't help but print more cash.
