How to save 70-80% on AI token costs 🫨

Running AI inference locally on an NVIDIA DGX Sparks device can cut token costs by 70-80%. The creator spent $7,500 on tokens recently and shows how deploying open-source models like Gemma 4 and KIMI on local hardware slashes those expenses dramatically.

I'm going to show you how to save a ton of money on token costs right now. So I just got my DGX Sparks and I'm unboxing it right now. So by the way, just a few weeks ago, I think this was $3,900. Now it's $4,700 for just one of these. And so here it is in all of its glory. So it's just this little rectangle over here. And this thing will save you at least the calculations that we have popped out, probably 70-80% when it comes to inference. So we'll run it on local inference on maybe Some open source models like Google's Gemma 4, or you can run it on KIMI, you can run it on Quin. There's a lot of open source models that are great. So my token costs have gotten out of hand. I mean, last month alone, I think I spent $7,500 or something like that. So these should bring the cost down significantly. And you can use local models like Gemma 4, you can use Quin, you can use KIMI. There's a lot of great models. I think there's another big one that just came out this week, but the name escapes me. And fun fact, the last time I bought an NVIDIA device was 30 years ago. So I bought a GeForce, a video card for gaming. That's when the internet was gaming. and gaming was taking off. This time, 30 years later, I'm buying Nvidia devices again, which is crazy to me, because I thought they were just for gaming back in the day, right? This is my childhood, and now it's during another big technological shift. So, you buy what you will, you don't necessarily have to buy these to save money on token costs, you can buy other devices out there. I just decided to go with Nvidia, because they build quality products, and we'll see what happens from there. So for more on AI and business and marketing, just comment newsletter and we'll continue to drop stuff like this.
