The excerpt is a solo instructional talk in which the host explains practical strategies to scale social media: batching content production (podcasts, Instagram), posting natively with correct dimensions, hiring freelance help (mentions Upwork, Fiverr, Textbroker, ProBlogger, WickedFire), and the content-sprouting technique (repurposing video into audio, blog posts, and social clips). The speaker gives examples from experience, offers tactical tips, and closes with calls to action to rate, review, subscribe, and comment.

In this clip, we are going to talk about how to scale social media marketing. But before we talk about it, whatever platform you are on, don't forget to rate, review, subscribe if you like videos and audio files on entrepreneurship, marketing, and whatever I like to talk about, which is going to be helpful for you, guaranteed. All right, so how do you actually scale it? So first things first, when we talk about social media, if you think about all the Instagram posts that are going out there, all of the podcasts that we're doing, what we do is we batch. Marketing School, the podcast, that one, is 30 new episodes every single month. There's no way Neil and myself can coordinate to do one every single day, so what we do is we batch 20 episodes at a time. So we do that twice a month, so we get 40. So we keep getting ahead a little bit, and usually we're ahead by a month, that way we don't run out. Usually what we'll do too, like, we've been doing this for close to 3 years now, we record in a studio, but sometimes we can't do it, and we'll still record remotely, and that works out well. The other thing I wanna talk about is native posting too. So if you want to scale your social media marketing from an engagement standpoint, posting natively, uh, to your platform. So what I mean by that is if you can avoid third-party apps, do it because you're posting directly, you're, you're, you're on the platform itself. But also what I mean by posting natively is when you share an image, if it's in the dimensions for Instagram, which is 1080 by 1080, and you share it to Facebook at the same time, it's not native. It's basically, it looks all distorted. It's not native to the platform. So the right dimensions, you gotta use the right dimensions too. Same thing with when we're doing YouTube videos, um, we might chop it up into an Instagram video and that might be 60 seconds. If you don't make the dimensions right, people are going to complain about it and it just doesn't feel right. It's not the right experience. You've got to deliver the right user experience. That way your engagement goes up way higher. Now the third thing is hiring out help. So maybe some of you are starting out right now. Maybe some of you cannot afford to hire out help, but here's the thing. Even when I started out, when I started doing consulting, for example, I would go to Upwork. I would go to these other resources. I'll go to Fiverr. So that's Fiverr with 2 Rs. You can go to Upwork, that's upwork.com. There's a lot of people out there that can help you. You pay them part-time and there's no long-term commitments. You can pay them a little bit at a time. And this is what I did in the beginning when I was working full-time somewhere else. I would go to sites like Textbroker or, you know, sites like ProBlogger, um, and even sites like WickedFire, which, uh, WickedFire is a little gray hat, but I would test out all these different things. 'Cause they were really cheap. And I would just keep testing things, I would keep failing, I would just blow all the money I was making from my full-time job just to test, just to learn, and, you know, eventually it would work out. So, you know, if you want to scale your social media marketing, there's so many people out there that are maybe working as community managers that you can maybe go out there, you can even reach out to these people, and that should go and bring you a long way. So those are just a couple ways, look, there's batching that you can do, highly recommend it, batch your Instagram, your Instagram posts, Batch your podcasts, batch everything that you do. It's gonna make— it's gonna allow you to scale your time more. And we talked about, you know, perhaps hiring some help as well, and we talked about posting natively. Those are just a couple things that you can do to scale your social media marketing. And also, last but not least, there's a bonus here. The content sprouting technique is what we talk about, taking a video and then, you know, converting it into audio, then converting it into a blog post, then converting it into, you know, multiple social media posts. So then you are truly scaling your social media. Let us know what you plan to do in terms of scaling your social media. Maybe you have another idea that we didn't cover in here. Leave a comment, maybe leave a review if you're listening through podcast, leave a comment through a video, and let us know, and we will— By the way, don't forget to rate, review, subscribe, and we'll see you tomorrow.
