Eric Siu shows how to use AI agents to automate business tasks without coding. He walks through real examples: an agent that negotiates sponsorship deals, sales bots in Slack, and systems that run full cold-email campaigns. Non-coders can use these tools to scale.

All right, so look at this. You got 8 billion people in the world. Every single dot on this chart over here, 3.2 million people. So that's a lot of people who don't use AI. The green over here, you have a lot of people who are on the free chatbot accounts. But I wanna draw your attention to the red dot in that corner that you see. The red dot is what we gotta talk about if you want to grow your business faster, if you wanna make more money. So this red dot over here, these are people in the world who use AI and they use a coding scaffold, okay? So that's 2 to 5 million people, that's 0.04%. In the entire world right now, okay? So here's the secret that you need to know. Number 1, a coding scaffold, it's not that complicated. And I don't even know how to code, okay? You don't need to know how to code to know how to use this. You can use a Claude Code or a Claude Cowork or you can use a Codex. These are all the tools that you can use. My point of saying this is that when you know how to use these agent encoders, you are now able to do almost anything you want. The world is your oyster. One example is I actually have an agent that looks at all my emails and looks for all the sponsorship deals that come in and they negotiate it for me. So the agent negotiates the deals for me and it negotiates in natural language. It knows everything that I'm looking for, the prices, and it just deals with all the negotiation, all the back and forth. And we get about 10 of these inquiries a day. So it does become pretty significant over time. And that has found money that my agent just takes care of. So don't think about it as just a personal assistant. Think about how you can take things off your plate to actually generate revenue for you. You can use it for sales as well. So I have my sales agent, they have invaded my Slack channel to talk with my team, and it helps them with data pulls, it helps them with strategizing, and it's getting to the point where it's already handling execution. We're talking about end-to-end execution, handling cold emails, putting the sequences together, and putting all the logic together to buy the email domains and things like that, literally end-to-end. So the final thing I'll say is after you learn how to use the coding scaffolding tools, like the agent decoders, like Codex or Claude Code, you need to graduate to learn how to use these CLAs. These CLAs are OpenCLAW, for example, one of the most, it is the most popular, fastest growing open source project ever. There's a reason for that. It's because it is a fully autonomous agent that can do things for you, and it's only gonna get better over time. The amount of things that it's able to do for me from a social media standpoint, from a sales standpoint, from a marketing standpoint, it is amazing. I feel like every single day I get stronger, and that's why you gotta look into these things, right?
