Eric Siu shares what he learned hosting a mastermind: events are about the people and community, not the speakers or talks. The caliber of who shows up matters more than the agenda.
If you're ever gonna do an event, I'm trying to give you a template here to work off of. Really, ultimately, event is not about the speakers because you can get those talks on YouTube. So, you know, if you're— especially if you're gonna come to one of my events, it's like the speakers are part of it, but again, like, don't come purely for the speakers. Come for the people, right? Come for the caliber of the people. Come for the community because that's what you ultimately stay for at the end of the day.
