Everyone tells you to use AI agents, but nobody actually tells you how to do it. Here's a 1-minute step-by-step tutorial that you can save. Step 1, set up Claude Code. Download Claude Code and turn on the MCPs you use most. That's what lets agents talk to your tools. Step 2, build these subagents. Simply dictate out what you want these subagents to build and Claude Code will build it for you. So for example, we have the SEO Optimizer. Once we have the SEO Optimizer built, we simply type run the SEO Optimizer agent and find my top 3 pages from Google Analytics and Search Console. Then we create 3 similar pages with brand new keywords. You'll instantly get outlines for new high potential pages. Step 3, another agent you could build is a CRO scientist. So I type run the CRO scientist agent and suggest 3 A/B tests using the ICE model, which is impact, confidence, ease. Now this tells you which test to prioritize first for the biggest impact. Step 4, now you got the email nurturer. So I might type run the email nurturer agent and build a 5-email welcome flow for new leads and test 2 subject lines per email. It drafts the full flow and schedules if your email service provider is connected. And step 5, you've got the paid ads optimizer. So I might say, run the paid ads optimizer agent, scale the top ads by 20%, pause the ones that are below target ROAS, which is return on ad spend, and refresh creatives. This now allows you to run your ads on more or less autopilot or even sub-autopilot. Follow if you want to build your own AI marketing team without hiring anyone.
