I expect the world from people and I'll pay them the world as well. Yeah. I mean, you do torture them into greatness. I help them become better and I help them push themselves. It's really hard, but I also take care of them really, really well. Not just financially, but I help them out in whatever ways I can. Yeah, it's no pressure, no diamond at the end of the day. But I've learned over the years that trying to be nice, trying to only just take care of people, it's the struggle, it's the push that helps them grow at the end of the day.
