Eric Siu's team feeds podcast transcripts and competitor sitemaps into ChatGPT and Bard to generate blog posts at scale. AI does 40-50% of the work while human editors refine it. They've repurposed old videos and articles the same way, compounding traffic growth enough to keep doubling down.

AI-assisted content. This test has been going pretty well for us. We're taking like podcast content, for example, and then we're loading it into like a Bard or a ChatGPT saying, hey, like take the transcript that we have from Riverside and make it into a blog post. Now we're also thinking about, okay, well, there's a lot of news sites out there. Let's say like Search Engine Land, for example, right? They might have an XML sitemap. And so what we can do is we can scan their XML sitemap and then find the newest topics that they're talking about. But then also later on, all the content that I've put out in the past, all videos, everything, right? And it's like, okay, based on our voice, based on our insights, what is a blog post that we can put out? So maybe the AI can help with 40 to 50% of that, and then you can have a human in the loop. We're gonna double down on this because the graph is starting to compound and we should push it even harder.
