Howard Lutnick sold 1,000 Trump Gold Cards at $5 million each in a single day, a green-card-style business entry program he marketed to 37 million potential buyers worldwide. It's a play on America's brand and global appeal.
This is how Howard Lutnick created $5 billion from thin air in one day. He created these, uh, the Trump Gold Cards. That was his idea. The Trump Gold Cards are basically where you can pay $5 million and then you basically have a green card and you can start a business in the US. He's already sold 1,000 of these and he basically says that 37 million people in the world qualify for this thing. I think this is smart because they're leveraging the United States brand. That's a form of marketing.
