I Built 6 AI Employees in 10 Minutes (They Don't Sleep)

In this 10‑minute demo, Eric Siu shows how to create a suite of six AI "employees" (sub‑agents) using the Cursor IDE, Claude Code, and Multi‑Channel Plug‑ins (MCPs). He walks through each agent’s purpose, prompt design, and integration with tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, HubSpot, Gong, and LinkedIn. The agents cover content repurposing, talent sourcing, SEO revenue optimization, viral YouTube ideation, business‑intelligence reporting, and conversion‑rate‑A/B‑testing. Siu demonstrates live outputs, explains how the agents can run 24/7, and emphasizes the exponential leverage they provide for marketers and founders. He also shares practical setup advice, including hiring a Claude Code tutor and using voice dictation to generate prompts. The overall message is that non‑technical founders can quickly build AI‑powered workflows that dramatically accelerate marketing, recruiting, and analytics tasks.

I just built 6 AI employees that work 24/7 in under an hour. And in the next few minutes, I'm going to show you how you can steal them. So what I have open right now is the future of how we're going to work. This is a product known as Cursor. And just look at this as your command center. So Cursor is going to talk to your other apps that you have, and it's going to come up with novel insights. You're going to be able to work a lot faster. I look at this as no different than playing a video game where you have multiple screens open. And I think about this similar to my online poker days a long time ago. You're going to have multiple instances, multiple tabs open, and you're going to have multiple employees working for you. And these are going to be the agents. These are going to be the subagents working for you. So you have Cursor, which is a coding tool that you can use. And then you have Claude Code, which allows you to create these subagents on demand. And then you have MCPs, which basically allows these IDEs like Cursor to talk to the different products or services that you're paying for, or it could be free ones. And it's not too difficult to set up. Even if you're not technical like myself, if you stay till the end, I'm going to walk through how you can actually set it up yourself as well. But once you get this set up, the leverage that you're going to have is infinite. You're going to be 100 times stronger than the other person because this is just going to continue to compound over time. And this is the weakest that it will ever be. You're only going to get stronger over time. So the very first one that we're looking at here, the very first sub-agent is this content repurposing strategist. And so you can see I have these sub-agents here on the left side. That I've created and this one's simple. So you can see this is the prompt that's used for the sub-agent. You're an elite content repurposing strategist specializing in transforming long-form content into viral platform optimized pieces. Your expertise spans content analysis, viral psychology, and platform-specific best practices. Now you might be thinking this prompt is extremely difficult to make. It is not that difficult to make. In fact, I will show you right after I go through this example. So just hang around. If you look at the output here, I actually outputted a YouTube video here. I said, hey, run the content purposing strategist for this video. I linked one of the videos that I have and you can see it's working, it's working. And then basically here you can see it found a couple viral moments from the video that I linked. So this is one of my YouTube videos. And so this is one of the viral moments. Marketers who don't use Claude Code are going to be absolutely cooked. 100x your marketing, which is kind of what I talked about. Near the beginning of this video, Claude Code's going to give you superpowers, which I do believe. You're going to be way ahead of other marketers. And it gives a nice little virality score for each one. And you can, I can choose if I want to, if I want to perhaps go deeper and make short-form content from these pieces over here. And then also I have platform-specific content. So for X or Twitter, I have these hook variations over here. Most marketers think AI is just ChatGPT. They're about to get absolutely cooked. Claude agents will 100x your marketing. So it does a thread over here and then I can, If I don't like the style, the written style, I can link to my Twitter and say, hey, write more like this. Very simple to do. Okay? And you can choose to edit it as you see fit, but at least it gets 80 to 90% of the work done. And for a LinkedIn post, look at what it does over here. So it writes it a little differently for LinkedIn. And then it actually, I think it just combines it into a full LinkedIn post over here. So it understands what works for LinkedIn, or at least the format. It's trying to understand or trying to gimme an output that's native to that platform. That format. Short-form video captions over here. So POV, you're still doing marketing manually in 2025. So the hook over here, marketers don't use cloud agents, the before and after. And so I now have a couple of different pieces I can now spin off from the original piece, and that's going to allow me to get more mileage from my long-form content. So this to me is a very high-leverage thing I can do because content creation, when I hit a bunch of different channels, Who knows? Sometimes I had a video recently, it has 1.8 million views on it. Or I sometimes I'll have something that has a couple hundred thousand views. Sometimes I'll have a lot of duds, but we want more shots on goal. And this is going to allow me to do so without having to spend more time sitting down and thinking about different examples we can come up with. I can repurpose a lot more. So that, that's very simple. Now I did tell you I'm going to show you how you can make one of these sub-agents over here. So once you have this set up, you can just go into— if I hit run Claude code over here, And if I type in agents, I can say I want to create a new agent and I can say that I can have— I want the agent generated from Claude Code. And then what I can do is I can dictate what I want exactly into my microphone. I can use a tool like Super Whisper and I can dictate it out. And then I can just say, I want an expert software engineer that will help review my code base to make sure that everything is okay. Right? Let's say that hypothetically, that's what it is.
Yeah.
So I'll submit and then you can see this agent generator is working. This is a sub-agent generator and obviously I'm not going to let it finish off, but that's all you need to do. And so basically what's going to happen afterwards is it's going to spit out a prompt for you. And then I actually edit it a little bit. So I've added this in here. So remember for the Twitter format, remember to write in the user's tone, www.x.com/ericossu. And then LinkedIn format, write in tone similar to /ericossu. Maybe I can tie it in with LinkedIn. But you can see those of you who are old enough, this is working within a terminal. This is like working within DOS. This is like working within a command center, right? And this allows you to get a lot more things done faster. Because you look at all of these other sub-agents I have over here, I am, again, I'm able to run this as a command center and then I can create other sub-agents as I go. So imagine over time this is going to compound. I'm not only going to have 6 of these working for me, I'm going to have 10 or 15 or 20. My expectation moving forward for my company Single Grain is that people who are zealots, who are fanatics about this stuff, they're going to figure this out first. And then you're going to have the people who are converts or just need some guidance and then we'll guide them. And then you're going to have people who are anchors. These are people that probably aren't going to align with your company for long-term. These are the people who are resisting, right? So you can see this agent has— it's finished and I can choose which tools I want to give it access to, show advanced options. I actually don't want to give it access, but I'm going to go ahead and hit continue for right now. So I'm going to switch over to this one. And let's hit continue. I can select the color for this. Let's say this code quality reviewer is green. And you can see this is what it does, right? Description, system prompt, your engineer. And this prompt actually goes much further than this, right? And you can see the different tools that it's pulling from. So I'm actually not going to save this one. I'm actually going to cancel out of this agent.
Okay. So we're going to cancel out.
And in fact, I'm just going to close it and we're going to terminate that one.
Okay.
Now this one, I'm going to leave it alone, but you can see these are the different MCPs that I have. Again, MCPs are the— this is Cursor allowing you to talk to these different tools that allows you to make these sub-agents because you need to call on these different tools that you have connected. Okay. So that is the very first one. And the second one I want to go through is if you're running a business, a lot of my time right now as the founder of the company, I'm spending a lot of time on recruiting. I'll say the bulk of my time is either on recruiting or marketing or solving bigger problems, right? We want big, new, or broken issues to solve. And so what I do is I open up our recruiter. And so I have a talent sourcing specialist over here, and you can see you're an elite talent sourcing specialist with deep expertise in identifying high potential candidates. And you will search for— so we look for people at Single Grain for agencies that have at least 100+ employees, right? And we want them to be at a certain scale, okay? And we want them to have at least 2 promotions. At 2 different roles ideally. And so this is going to look for that. Okay. It's going to look through their LinkedIn and it's also going to write personalized— this one's going to write a— this is a sourcing specialist. So this one's actually going to reach out to them and write stuff to them. The other one is this talent sourcing scheduler. It's actually going to look for people that fit our criteria.
Okay.
I just dictated it out and I tweaked the prompt a little bit and this is just what the sub-agent is ultimately. And now I'm able to run it. So right now we have a talent sourcing specialist opened up and I just said, look, help me find digital marketing sales closers at marketing services or advertising services at companies with 100 to 1,000 people. So I don't want them to be too big, holding companies that are too big, those are way too big for us. And sometimes they come with a lot of processes or resources expectations that we just won't have for them, right? They must have at least 2 promotions to be based in the United States. Current or past companies need to be a digital marketing agency similar to, and I just list out some of my competitors, right? You can see I want it to start with 3 because I want to make sure that it's moving in the right direction. And so you can see top 3 digital marketing sales closers. It lists this person over here and this person's in San Diego. It also lists their phone number. I don't know how true that is, but when I Google this person, I can see that this person actually exists. Okay? And you can ask it to include the LinkedIn URL as well just for easy clicking. And you can see save memory over here. Users Performance Marketing Agency focuses on PPC, paid media, SEO, and CRO targeting mid-market enterprise clients. Okay, that's great. So it gives me a justification there, but obviously too, give me their email, but I don't, I'm not going to email them at their company email. So I'm going to have to find their personal email, right? But eventually I'm going to be able to hook this in with other, there's other MCPs I can call on. Clay is going to have an MCP that comes out where I can just find these people and then just email these people, right? I'm going to, I'm going to be able to do this from, from soup to nuts. I would just say that Again, this is just going to get stronger over time. The fact that I can find these people just by prompting over here is already crazy. And I can get— I can continue to optimize this prompt. But now that it found the first 3 and they all look, to be frank, they all look good. Now I'm just like, okay, well help me find 50 or help me find 200 or so. Because if I do the math on this as a founder on 200, okay, there's only going to be a certain people with that amount of people that respond. There's only going to be a certain amount of people that get on a call and there's only going to be a certain amount of people that we make an offer to. And we have very, very high standards. This is how we do it. But if you as a leader of your company, you're watching this right now, recruiting is one of the highest leverage things you can do. And as the world gets more competitive, the talent bar has to get higher and you're going to be able to manage that talent bar a lot better by doing this. And I can say our recruiting has gotten a lot better in the last few months. Well, number one reason is I'm very involved with it right now. But number two, there's a lot of these flows that help me just get things done a lot better. lot faster. And so I think by far it's one of the most powerful things that you can, you can do just by watching, just by watching this video. Okay. All right. So the next one that we're going to cover, so we're going to go into the SEO Revenue Optimizer. Okay. So this one actually comes up with immediate action plans over here. Hey, you should change your title, your title pages over here. Oh, here's the estimated revenue, uh, increase you're going to get if you make these, these changes on these websites over here. You're going to add this much more pipeline by doing Programmatic content, timeline's going to take 90 days, confidence 75%. So the score in terms of, sometimes it'll score with impact, confidence, ease. And then we have these, it's recommending these pages, we have cannibalization resolution. So basically what it's done over here is it's already scanned my Google Analytics, it scanned my Google Search Console. And I believe this is also pulling from Ahrefs as well. So we have this SEO Revenue Optimizer over here. And you can see it's going to, it's, you're an elite SEO revenue optimization specialist with deep expertise in Search Console analysis, conversion rate optimization, programmatic SEO strategies, okay? So I basically dictated this out. So look here, like this is a smart SEO strategy over here. First, identify pages with greater than 1,000 impressions but less than 2% CTR. So those are the pages that have maybe, those are within striking distance and you can, they're already getting impressions. All you have to do is write a better title, write a better description, right? And you can get higher click-through rate, which means more clicks for your website, which hopefully means more conversions for you, which hopefully means more revenue for you, right? Keyword cannibalization. So we have this issue where we just create a lot of different content. So find keywords where 2+ pages rank in positions 4 to 20, compare conversion rates and user engagement metrics, assess content overlap percentage. And now I can ask it to go deeper. You look at the right side here, maybe on any of these high-level things that it's recommending, I can ask it to push more. So programmatic advertising cluster issue, multiple pages competing for programmatic terms, number 1 for main term but diluted authority. So we should consolidate. Here's the crazy thing. I have this hooked in with my WordPress MCP so it can actually draft these changes that it wants to make, or it can draft new blog posts or draft new programmatic pages. And then my team can review it. And so now as a leader of the company, given that my, yes, my background's in marketing. Yes, my background's in SEO. I might just want to push these things and draft these things and just tell my team to review it and we're going to move a lot faster. And then look, I love the fact that it's at least trying to estimate how much revenue we can recover or how much more revenue we can make from making these changes. Okay. And look, oh, the SaaS marketing agency page over here. Yeah, it actually drives good conversions for us.
Okay.
And so we should probably make more of those, maybe city specific and more geo-targeted. And so again, I don't need to wait for these anymore. And this is the beauty of all this. When I say I have these 6 AI employees working, I do mean it. They are working. You're going to be able to have and work 24/7 and just constantly run it on autopilot every single week. And there are certain things that take a long time to get done that you have to get the— if you want an SEO person to do this, it would take weeks, sometimes days, weeks to get it. They have to look through analytics, they have to comb through Google Search Console, they have to understand what it is that you're looking for. Maybe it's a couple meetings, there's a lot of clarity that needs to happen. But here you just dictate to it what you want and it's going to get the job done. And if not the output that you want, or if you want to go deeper on something, You can do that, right? It's infinitely patient with you. It will work hard for you 24/7, and it will never complain, tell you that much, okay? And you're going to do better. Your business is going to grow a lot faster. And I don't care if you own the business, I don't care if you're a leader in the business, this is one of the highest leverage things you can do. Because once you know this and you teach the entire organization this, imagine how much faster you all are going to move. So that is the SEO Revenue Optimizer, okay? Now we're going to go to the viral YouTube sub-agent. And I'll just say, yes, it can start on this one. So while we wait for the viral YouTube sub-agent, this is this one over here. So you're an expert YouTube content strategist. And so what I've done was I've looked at a few of— a few YouTube channels that do well from a marketing standpoint, right? So obviously my podcast co-host Neil, Alex Hormozi does well, Gary Vaynerchuk. And Wes McDowell does well. I hope I'm not butchering that. And I want you to generate adapted ideas for the Leveling Up with Eric Siu channel. And it's actually spelled incorrectly.
It's fine.
You know, I'll find it. And so then it analyzes content from specific competitor channels. I only want to look at views with videos with over 100,000 views from the last 90 days or so. And then I want to concentrate on AI marketing and AI business topics for myself. That is my wedge, right? So today's date. So this thing, I, I do ask it to prompt me because this thing sometimes gets wonky, um, with the dates. So I'll answer it. Usually it's not going to prompt me that much, but you can see it's going to then extract direct, uh, direct link to the video, directly to the thumbnail. Uh, for each high-performing video you analyze, you're going to create an adapted suitable, um, topic. And then by the way, I can use this to create thumbnails based on thumbnails I have already, and they actually look pretty good. The other issue I have is Let's say I want to spin up videos like this because I'm actually in it right now and I enjoy— hopefully you can feel my energy coming from this. I enjoy teaching this stuff. And man, what bothers me is that the time it takes to edit it, the time it takes to get a thumbnail done, it just takes too long. I just want to get these out. And this is actually allowing me to get the thumbnails out faster. And the editing part, I still don't think we can find someone that— I think AI will eventually get there. But for now, what I'm doing is I'm just trying to find really good editors who really understand YouTube a lot. So that's what I would say. Here's what it pulled. And so it's doing the research right now.
Usually just give me the examples.
Usually it doesn't ask me this many questions. Usually it'll just gimme a table. So, oh, okay. The fact that it doesn't have access to real-time YouTube data, I probably am— this is, this is good for you to see right now. So, Usually what happens is when there's too many tools, you need to turn some off. And so, you know, for the sake of this video, like I want to probably shut off like the Ahrefs one, 42 tools enabled, HubSpot one, 21 tools enabled, but I wanted to show you some stuff, right? Now the thing is, because you want, you'll want Apify to run and then you want browser-based to run and then it can pull from YouTube, but it actually did a good job here. So Gary Vee, so published August 5th, 5th, 2025. AI will kill your business if you don't do this now. Here's a thumbnail, adapted idea. So it's, even though it's still not working the best right now, it's still giving me some ideas, right? So the $100 million marketing framework nobody talks about, 180,000 views published June 28th. And then it gives me some other ideas over here. Okay? So not bad, but I would just caution you that when you're running this, you need to make sure that you're disabling some MCPs so you don't go over the total tool limits so it doesn't get confused and it knows The right MCPs to pull from, cuz right now it's a little confused.
Okay.
So what I'll do actually is I'll disable this one. I'll come back to it in a second.
I'll say, try again. You should have the right MCP access now. I had too many tools open.
So we'll see what it says. And then while we wait for that to— yeah, now I can access real data. You see it? Cool. So it's running Appify. I think, I think it'll run browser-based as well. I'm going to come back to this one now. BI report generator. So this is important for me because I used to have to wait days or weeks to get reports back in terms of how things are going overall from a business standpoint, right? So here you're a specialized business intelligence sub-agent for a SaaS agency performance analysis. Your expertise lies in transforming raw data from multiple sources into actionable business insights. You can do this for conversion rate optimization too, which I might come to in a second. But you automatically gather metrics from GA4, HubSpot CRM, Ahrefs, and Gong in systematic sequence. So HubSpot is our CRM. That's where a lot of our sales data goes into, customer data goes into. Google Analytics is our analytics. Ahrefs is our SEO tool. It'll show where we're trending and how we're, how we're doing from, from their standpoint. And then Gong is our sales intelligence tool. And you'll calculate conversion rates, speed to lead metrics, pipeline health indicators. So I might want to run this every week. maybe every 2, 3 weeks or so. But the thing is, I don't have to wait for this anymore. I don't have to go bug someone and take time away from their day. I can just get this done. Data validation, metric calculations, trend identification, correlation analysis, all these things, right? Executive summary. So if I take a look at the BI report over here at a high level, okay, so HubSpot CRM, 100 active deals plus Ahrefs ranked for 21,000 keywords. Our DR is 80, which is pretty strong. Our organic traffic is more than this. And then, yeah, you can see over here, 30-day traffic data, 58,000 on the site, 123,000+ conversions. And, you know, where things are going well, where they aren't. But the key thing now is I can actually dig in more on these things. And there's actually a 47-section report. So if I click on this, I wonder what happens. Okay. So now we can see the BI reporter, report generator. So this called out the high-level summary. But you can see over here. So for Single Grain and Carrot, this is how things are going overall. Pipeline diversification. So mix of discovery calls and ABM deals with varying success rates. So that's yellow. Limited paid search, limited paid search activity identified. Yeah, we don't really run paid for our company. We probably should run more. I think we're actually getting ready to. And some stuff is off, right? Like I don't, we don't have, in my mind, the 123,000 conversions. I care about the conversions that matter. This actually includes a lot of the micro conversions, right? So that's something to consider as well. And you can see how conversions are going for these different channels. ChatGPT referral, by the way, if you look at the conversion rates, is significantly higher, even though it's counting a lot of these micro conversions. And when you look at the bounce rate, when you look at the time spent, average duration is kind of similar to the other ones. But I would say the visitor quality on these is very high. Same for organic as well, right? And something to consider. I mean, this is just probably going to continue to grow and I'm probably going to want it to look at not just ChatGPT referral, but overall AI traffic referral. So I just scrolled over to the actual recommendations from this monthly BI report and high priority expand AI tool suite. So build additional AI tools to capitalize on traffic successes because it actually called out that our AI tools are generating good traffic. Paid search launch. So implement strategic paid campaigns to complement organic dominance. We probably should do some type of RLSA if I'm being honest. So remarketing lists for search ads, that works. And then probably just retargeting people on LinkedIn, for example, that hit the carrot website, that filled out a waitlist but didn't book a call with us. That's something I think is very low-hanging fruit. Conversion optimizations. Look at this, 372% conversion rate on ChatGPT referral channel. We know it's very high quality, so we should try to optimize for it more. And then create content for high-volume keywords ranking positions 11 to 15. And then I can ask it to explain it more. Hey, you called this out over here. Can you, can you maybe call out what these are?
So I'll say, in your recommendations, in your recs, damn it, in your recs, you recommended doing this. Give me 10 examples to go after. Uh, we'll see if this works. So I'm just going to try to copy this. Let's see if I can.
Okay.
Okay.
So I'll let that work, but you can see it now. I can continue on and I can, I can work with this quote unquote employee, right? So medium priority, 30 to 60 days, and then long-term strategic leverage, video SERP features for competitive keywords. Mobile optimization, target specific domains to reach DR 85, explore dedicated subdomains for tool categories. So some of these I would push back against because I don't like subdomains because you do lose a little bit of organic traffic. I prefer subfolders. Referral programs, partnership with AI platforms driving traffic. That's actually a good idea. How do we partner up with these ChatGPTs and Claude to get out there more? Optimize HubSpot workflows for faster deal progression. I agree with that. Improve global SEO ranking from position 6. And then AI, A/B test AI tool landing pages for higher conversions, right? So these are all things that are good and I can continue to refine on this BI report tool and go from there. So, so this, these are some, some of the tools that, or these are some of the keywords that tells me to go after. So like I do rank pretty well. What's this likely position? So I might say, hey, look at Ahrefs and tell me what the real positions for these are.
Look at Ahrefs and tell me What the real position for these right now are, right?
And then I need to actually turn HRS back on.
So I'm going to turn HRS back on and I'm going to turn these other ones off. No, it's fine. HRS MCP is back on.
Okay. So that's that. And that's the BI report generator. Now. If I go to the viral ideation sub-agent now, so what it's actually done is, let's see what it's— okay, so this guy over here, um, viral patterns identified. Okay, contrarian takes, everything's wrong about, most advice is garbage, before and after. Here's the title formulas. If how specific methods, specific result in timeframe. If I started over, journey to big numbers. So at least I have something to work off of here. And so if we look at Gary Vee, how to build momentum with content, social media, and AI. And then what I can do is I, I can even have it analyze this video over here. And I, I look, I, I've been working this, this video's almost 30 minutes. So I've been working within this, let's just call it this terminal, this command center the whole time. And I think I'm just scraping the surface. Again, I'm not technical. And if I can do this, you can do it too. The AI content that's generating $10 million impressions per month. That's actually not bad, right? You know, this Hormozi one over here, if I wanted to hit $1 million per month in 2035, here's what I do. I probably wouldn't do this one because it's more of a make money online crowd and that's not what I'm going for. How to build a $1 million business with AI agents in 2025. Probably not for me. But you know, I want to think about, I do know that their topics, their titles hit a wider TAM. I have to think about one, do I like the topic? And 2, does it hit my audience? And 3, am I okay sometimes going wider TAM, which I am, total addressable market. So that's how this all works. There's even this conversion rate optimization, A/B test orchestrator over here. So if you want to drive your conversion rates higher, let's say 100 people visit your website, 1% convert, that's a 1% conversion rate. If you double that, you're going to drive more conversions, you're going to double your sales, right? And what this does is it'll look through your Google Analytics, it'll look through Google Search Console, it'll figure out what are the high priority tests that it recommends. From here, you can actually decide if you want to deploy different modals, different designs, different landing pages you can deploy from within here, and you can follow the different brand guidelines that you have, different examples that you have. That is all there for the taking. And so if you're able to figure out how to do this, and so you stay till the end, I'm going to tell you how you can get started with this. It's very simple. I hired a coach off of Upwork. If you just search for a Claude code tutor or Cursor tutor, or just someone to help you with it, someone even like you can hire an engineer, pay them, you know, X amount of dollars per hour. It could be $25 an hour, it could be $50 an hour or so. They can help you get started with this. And what you can do, what I do at least, is I get on a Zoom call with them, or you can use whatever meeting tool of your choice, and you can basically give them access to watch your screen, but also remote control so they can just configure things for you. And that's what it's going to take. So there's a little bit of setup to get going with this. And it did take me a little bit of time. It was frustrating in the beginning, But if you're serious about growing a lot faster, if you're serious about capturing that advantage, now is the time. You have that advantage right now. And I don't know what else to say. If you're watching this, if you don't do anything about it, your loved ones will be disappointed. Probably not. But anyway, that is it. Hope you enjoyed this one. And I hope to see you in the next video where I talk about this even more.
Bye.
