So ads as we know it are changing rapidly. In fact, I just launched 500 personalized ads within 5 minutes and I did it without AI. And in fact, product like this actually moves a lot faster than AI. It's way faster than the AI tools that I've tested. Marketers are always looking for an edge and this might be the biggest one yet. Most companies struggle to run personalized ads because it takes them days, even weeks to get them up, especially when it comes to B2B, when you are targeting 500 different companies and you have to personalize each ad. You have to make each campaign one by one and you have to handle the targeting one by one. We've talked to people, it takes weeks to do this. And the solution that we found is actually an app that's called Karrot. So what you see on my screen right now, that's karrot.ai. What we see on the screen right now is not the AI portion, by the way. You can see that these ads over here, if we're targeting Apple or if we're targeting Notion, for example, you can see the ads change. The copy changes in here, Amgen, KPMG, this all changes, right? And the cool thing too is that's not it. I mean, this is one of our customers over here, but we actually have an ad editor if we open the app and we can see that, oh, guess what? You can change the background if you want. You can change your logos if you want. You can add in different templates that are inside of the tool itself. And so for me as a marketer, if I want to move a lot faster, because speed is the name of the game, time to value is the name of the game. Well, this is going to get me to my time to value a lot faster. And so we looked around for different products out there and we had actually talked to LinkedIn and we showed them this and we said, hey, is there anybody else that can do this right now? And they said no. So we said, okay, well this is interesting. I mean, I'm going to continue on here real quick. I mean, you can see here within Carrot, you can preview the different ads that you want. And then once you want to get them launched, then you just go ahead and draft. And in this case, we're drafting to LinkedIn. And then you just go there and just make sure that everything looks good. And if it does look good, then you could just come back to the app and just launch it all at the same time. And so a product like this helps you personalize and scale your ads quickly. And with Carrot, one-to-one personalized landing pages are coming. And I believe also omnichannel reporting is coming because reporting is a big challenge as well. And so the question is, well, why does this matter? I'm going to tell you why in a second. The problem is most traditional ads are slow, they're outdated, and most importantly, they don't convert. They take a long time to launch. And especially if you're looking at any of these platforms, you hear from people all the time, they're saying they want to launch these ads just for air coverage. And when I launch ads as a direct response marketer, sure, I think branding is important, but I think making sure that conversions happen at the end of the day are important. And when we tested Carrot out, what happened for us was we actually drove a lead. That had ghosted us a couple months before, and then their CMO saw it, then their VP of marketing saw it, and then they forced them to get back to the table with us and they closed very quickly. And a couple of other more mid-market to enterprise leads for Single Grain, which is my ad agency, have come through this app. And so we're getting real-world, real-life examples, actual conversions from this, and that's why this is important because a lot of B2B marketing, or just when people run ads in general, one, tracking is really screwed up, so that's a gap. Personalization at scale is also screwed up too, and it just ends up taking forever. And you as a marketer, you have— your time is better spent doing other things that are high leverage. And so to find an app like this has been a huge time saver. And so what I really like about Carrot is, sure, it's focused on the scalable personalized ads piece, but it's going to expand into different channels. And we're talking about 1-to-1 personalized landing pages and omnichannel reporting. That to me is exciting because I can have it be all-in-one, an all-in-one ads platform that makes my life a lot easier. And I would say that whenever I find something new like this, typically if a lot of other marketers start jumping on it, then my advantage goes away. So the advantage, the arbitrage right now, because marketers are always looking for arbitrages, the arbitrage is right now, if you have something like this, you use it, you milk it as long as you can before it becomes saturated, and then you move on to the next thing, right? It's a game of resource allocation at the end of the day. So not only are some of the top SaaS companies out there getting results with this right now, there are a lot of B2B companies getting results with this. For example, there's a B2B company that does about $400 million in annual recurring revenue or ARR per year. And for them, they're reporting that they're getting about a 50% decrease in CPCs, cost per clicks, and then over 100% plus increases in engagement rates. And that's how they measure this. When you're doing account-based marketing at scale, again, a lot of people talk about area coverage. And they just want to, because their ACVs, their annual contract values are really high, they know they can afford to pay more for customers. And then that's why they're okay doing this, right? But imagine everywhere you go, your customers are seeing you, maybe they visit your site and then they need a couple other touchpoints, but they see customized personalized ads towards them. What's the likelihood that they're going to come back to the table? Because a lot of people are often busy, right? I'm sure you can hit them with emails, but I do think air coverage that actually converts, that's exciting to me as a marketer. Now I know everyone's excited about AI and this will have a component of AI, I believe, being added to it over time. But as of right now, you don't need AI and this is way better than AI because you can do things that AI frankly can't do at the moment. Right. And so if you're interested in it, I already mentioned the tool. You can just go Google it. You can go check it out. But if you wanted to watch another video over here on one of the top AI marketing strategies out there, so you don't get left behind, you can check out that video and we'll see you over there.
