I Turned My Business Into A Video Game

Eric Siu built a gamified dashboard called Fable 5 that turns business metrics into quests. It pulls CRM and sales data to surface problems like a 34% activation rate, then assigns actions to fix them. The system frames improving metrics as quests to complete.

Here's how to make work 10 times more fun. So Fable 5 made me a game for my business to help me scale faster. And you can see over here that we have multiple connectors from my different services, my different softwares over here, like my CRM, my sales data, my analytics, and things like that. Now, the cool thing is I can see what's on fire. So this building is on fire over here. This product factory is on fire. It's showing that my activation rate is going down. Okay. That means that we have to do something about it. It's showing that my sales engine is constrained right now. So these are all things that I can either hand off to my team, we can talk with my team about it. But instead of having to log into thousands of dashboards every single day, you can pull something like this up, everyone can go through it and they can say, you know what? Hey, I'll take on this quest over here. I'll take on this quest. And so you can see this quest board over here. You have the next 7 days, you can talk about run a stalled deal revival sprint. Okay? So this is talking about reviving $410,000 of your pipeline or repairing the activation funnel. Bringing this from 34% to 45% or so. And so this is for like a B2B SaaS example, but you can bring it to B2B services as well. So my point is any company can do this. And the more you gamify work, the more fun it becomes because once you have quests, work becomes playable. So if you want the blueprint on making this for yourself, just comment game and I'll send it over to you.
