The key to winning is hiring amazing people and you can find them in all categories. Everywhere. Exactly, you just got to look for them. And I believe if you hire amazing people, you'll do well. If you hire someone to hit a quota, it's kind of offensive. You're like, I'm hiring you because you meet a quota. Why not just go and hire amazing people? I know quite a few companies who are just hiring people to check a box instead of looking for qualified people. And if you're looking for qualified people, you can find qualified people in all races. You just got to look for it.
