The cycle of loneliness when you're starting out, this is when you're sacrificing your 20s. You need to be prepared for it. It's very mentally taxing, but you also need to understand that you're not the first one to go through it. And anyone that's built any generational business or done anything interesting, they've gone through these moments of loneliness. This is the moment where you start to— this is your origin story, right? You're going through all the struggles. These are your moments of struggle because it really affects you mentally. And to be honest, it hurts, right? To not have the same lifelong friends that you've had. It's painful. And I get a little emotional thinking about this, right? Because we just made so many, many memories, but you have to understand that you're sacrificing your 20s to build for the long term and hopefully set your family up for success. And then hopefully maybe another generation or 2, because typically money is squandered in 3 generations.
