Unfortunately, Open Claw is no longer reliable. I'm gonna show you a couple examples and then I'm gonna tell you what to do about it and if Open Claw is dead. So first and foremost, this is one of the claws that we have inside of our Slack. So you can see Alfredo over here is trying to talk to our bot Alfred and then so is Vic, okay? So here's the thing, Alfredo can't get ahold of Alfred. This is 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 fails over here. There's no response from Alfred. This is our Open Claw, right? Even though Alfred saw it and reacted with emoji, You can see 12:56 PM, then 12:57, 2:05 PM, and then 2:10 PM, and then 2:45. Zero responses over here, okay? Not only that, Vic here tries to ask about our summary of leads and which ones are a fit for us based on our ICP criteria, but nothing is happening, okay? So here's the thing. If nothing is happening and you can't count on it, then it's basically invisible. Not only that, this is me interacting with Alfred inside of my Telegram, and you can see I'm just, I gave it some context over here. No response generated, please try again. That can't happen in a business environment. All right, so here's the alternative. You can use Hermes Agent. So you got OpenCLAW Agent, you can use Hermes Agent. We can name ours Hermes because of the logo over here. And you can see it's constantly working. It's responding very quickly. It's responding to multiple things. It can hold a lot of threads. And over here, I asked for more information around the right Karat and ClickFlow customers to reach out to based on our Mixpanel data. And you can see it's just constantly working. You can see it moving and it's telling me who to reach out to. I'm not gonna reveal that because that's sensitive information. But also when I'm asking information about, hey, is this gonna be helpful to our security over here? Let's just take a look at this. Like what is the response? Okay, so by the way, I asked this question at 9:21 AM, okay? And at 9:21 AM it starts responding immediately and then it's checking the source, okay? It's doing all these things, okay? Score is 8 outta 10 for exposed VPS app servers over here. Here's what you should be doing. Okay, great. Here's the thing. I got the response. I got exactly what I needed. So as of now, Hermes is a lot more reliable than OpenClaw, but here's how you should be thinking about it. Don't eliminate OpenClaw because OpenClaw is like the Ferrari that has a lot of the bells and whistles, and it's going to get better over time. They even issued an apology letter. I would just say that you want to be using Hermes and OpenClaw because if you combine both of them, they can hold each other accountable, and they're both going to get better over time. So use both. I don't think OpenClaw is going to die. I just think right now they're going through a rough patch and they're going to get better. By the way, if you want more like this on AI business and marketing, and you want access to our free AI marketing skills repo, just comment newsletter and we'll give it over to you.
