Eric Siu explains why you need to learn end-to-end workflows and closed-loop systems to stay competitive. The specific skill that matters most in 2026 is understanding how to build systems that work from start to finish without human intervention.
Once you learn how to build end-to-end workflows for yourself personally, you can then carry over. That's a really valuable skill, and then you can carry that over into work, and then people are going to see more value in the way that you do things. Because I'm telling you, that skill is going to be in massive demand. So no matter what you do, learn how to do end-to-end workflows. Learn how to get to closed loops, because I'm telling you, the vast majority of people are going to stay with open loops, and you are going to run circles around them.
