have blank slides and I'll just write out one main idea per slide. When he talks about just one message, one key message, that's what you're looking for at the end of the day. You don't want to have too many ideas in your talk because your talk's only 20 to 45 minutes or so. You can't try to jam too many things into it. So if you have a cohesive thing that people can understand and just back it up, that's something that people are going to remember.
