So you look at your organization, okay? What percent of people, so if you think of AI as 4 levels, so you have unacceptable, you have capable people with AI, you have adaptive, and then you have transformative. Transformative, they're building end-to-end workflows on their own. They don't need to be like, they're completely reinventing how to work, right? What percent of your company would you say is transformative? 'Cause less than 10%. Less than, so here's the thing. When I talk to my other friends and I see this the same for mine, it's like probably less than like 2%.
