When you're looking to add those full-time employees, what are maybe some of the lessons learned? When we were recruiting all these people, I actually was at the very end. So the leaders at the very end, you know, they go through all these, they jump through all these hoops, but by the time they make it to the very end, if I'm going to say no, I start to feel really bad. When you look at like a Jeff Bezos or the DoorDash CEO, or even like military generals, um, a lot of them, they're very involved with the hiring process. So my whole thing is, okay, if, if people's the most important thing, then I should get involved earlier, right? So that's one of the things I think that we do that other people don't. And by the way, if someone's not a fit, I'll just say, hey, Logan, unfortunately, you know, I appreciate the time, but I don't wanna waste your time anymore. I don't think this is gonna be a good fit. And you just end it right there. It saves everyone's time and we get to move faster.
