Marketing is changing fast, and here are the trends that you have to be paying attention to for this year and beyond. So number one is generative search. You actually have the ability now to enter in text and AI will help you create designs. So for example, I can take this frame right here and we can actually expand the room as well. So you can just have it expand the room and it'll predict kind of how the picture should look. That's one element of it. You can just say create a background image of a forest with cartoon characters running around from the 1980s, and then you just let the AI basically basically design a scene for you, right? And you can imagine this is going to change things quite a bit from a creative standpoint as well. So you can make videos, you can also make art. There's so many crazy things that you're gonna be able to do, and I'm just so excited to see what happens with generative search. You can check out tools like Stable Diffusion, like Runway ML, and there's gonna be a whole lot of other things coming from AI. Number 2 would be Jasper.ai. So this is one of those GPT-3 copywriting tools that you can use. Basically, they can help you write blog posts, headlines, and things like that. GPT-3 is just pulling from a ton of data, and they will help you kind of predict what you can write. And so that's pretty amazing to me. I think that's going to change the game in terms of how work is done in the future. And number 3, short-form video is here to stay. If you're doing YouTube Shorts, if you're doing Reels, if you're doing TikTok, really taking advantage of organic reach, that's going to be super helpful, especially for YouTube. If you watch someone's Shorts, you're actually going to get recommended their long-form videos as well. So it's an easy way for discoverability. Number 4 is going to be on LinkedIn. And so only 1% of LinkedIn users actually post. And being that Microsoft bought them a couple years ago, and you can bet that Microsoft's going to spend a lot of time and energy trying to get more people to post to that platform. I think it's a very valuable platform, especially for B2B, and LinkedIn has a lot of other cool features coming. They have document ads that they just launched. If you're going to try to post into LinkedIn, think about trying carousels. Those work really well. Number 5 is on engagement pods. So maybe you haven't been posting to Twitter or LinkedIn for a while. Maybe you are trying to jumpstart the engagement on a post to get more reach. Well, the more engagement that you have initially, the more the post is going to blow up, which is why people like to share things through their email list. But if you don't have that, then try to get a group of your friends together together or having your employees help you with the initial engagement. That's been very helpful in terms of kind of growing engagement and getting a lot more reach that way. Number 6 is on the podcast growth side of things. Podcasts have the best retention from what I've seen. We have about 88-90% retention on our 5 Minute Marketing School episodes. So that's better than anything I've seen on YouTube. And so podcast growth is going to continue. This is why you have companies like Spotify that are betting hundreds of millions of dollars on podcasting. Number 7, just thinking about media company acquisitions and how you can kind of copy what other people are doing. So when you look at The Hustle being bought by HubSpot and then Morning Brew, which was acquired by Business Insider, you know, a lot of people are trying to buy media companies because they understand the value, they understand the attention, and that's what it really is. In this video, you learned about how marketing is changing quickly. These are the trends, but trends are one thing, but actually 10x-ing your traffic and revenues, actually have the tactics and strategies for that, you should check out this one over here. So we'll see you in that video.
