Meta Muse, GPT-6 Astra, Grok Bot and Instinct Agent for Sales

In this 42‑minute live webinar, Eric Siu walks the audience through a suite of AI agents—Meta Muse, GPT‑6 Astra, Instinct, GrokBot, and Hermes—demonstrating how they can be combined to automate and accelerate marketing and sales pipelines. He shows real‑time examples: using Meta Muse to scrape competitor offers from Meta ad libraries, generating and testing thumbnail concepts, creating short‑form reels, and drafting X posts; leveraging GPT‑6 Astra to fix thumbnail design, run A/B tests, and auto‑publish content; employing Instinct to handle complex multi‑step tasks such as speaker outreach, travel‑point optimization, and project tracking in Linear; and using GrokBot to build and iterate SEO‑focused content bots, manage WordPress assets, and negotiate software spend. Siu emphasizes the shift from manual, bottleneck‑prone workflows to “ambient agents” that act as autonomous teammates, raising the talent bar, reducing tolerance for inefficiency, and enabling agencies to sell AI‑native services (e.g., 90‑day ROI guarantees, AI‑certified status). He also discusses practical considerations—cost models, watermark removal, skill organization, and the importance of aligning AI tools with business goals—while fielding audience questions about pricing, startup suitability, and outbound event planning. The session ends with a call to action to explore the tools, share the webinar, and prepare for a special guest next week.
Chapters
All right, everybody, it's time again. And by the way, we're going to talk about Muse. We're going to talk about driving pipeline from GPT-6 to Astra. We're going to talk about Muse. We're going to talk about Instinct. We're going to talk about all the hotness with agents right now. And also you should be telling your friends about this too, because next week, next week I believe we're going to have a special guest. I'm not going to name the special guest yet, but we're going to have a special guest coming on. And tell me in the chat where you guys are coming from and also How you guys registered for this one. Did you register through email? Did you register through Instagram? Did you register through something else? We're just curious to see where you people are coming from. That way we can continue to optimize how we go about doing these webinars. I'm also going to go through one of our special AEO SEO workflows right now, an MCP tool you can be using for that. Because literally I was just testing that right before. So I'll probably go through some Grokbot stuff as well. But the whole idea here is that we're talking about driving pipeline with this stuff, right? There's a lot of these AI creators that like talking about, oh, I made this game over here. I made this, I made that. But nobody, for whatever reason, this is really strange to me. Not a lot of people are talking about driving pipeline or real revenue or real results. And maybe I'm a little biased because I can talk about it working for us because we sell this as a service as well. So naturally we would drive pipeline that way. But what I'm going to do first is I'm going to go into MetaMuse. So because that's the first topic and then I'll probably jump around on GPT-6 Astra because one thing I'll call out to those of you that find that you're having issues with just getting things done because a job is ultimately just a list of responsibilities. I found that with our brand team stuff, for example, we're trying to get YouTube videos out, but we're trying to get short-form videos out. It used to be that we were very bottlenecked in terms of reliability coming from getting the post out. Because we'd have humans doing this stuff and wasn't that reliable before. But yesterday as an example, we couldn't get a video out. The video got edited for YouTube, but nobody was posting it. And so part of my language, but I would like, I'm not even going to use the language, but that was just really upsetting to see. And then I was just like, you know what? I'm just going to ask my skill to do it. And the skill took care of the work. I literally just went into my GPT-6 Astra. Yeah. And I was like, hey, can you just get this post up? We have the packaging for it already. We have the editing for it. And so that gives everybody here the leverage to not feel constrained anymore so you can actually get things done and not tolerate as much BS as you would've had to before, to tolerate having to work with B, C, and D players. And ultimately what this does is it levels everybody up at the end of the day. And you make these skills and you let people take over these skills and you just have a very high bar when it comes to accountability because the bar's just getting higher every single day. So I'm going to show you a couple examples here. So Max, you can see we have Samir came in through email. Turdan came in through email. You guys should let us know where you guys are coming from, from a location standpoint. Robert came through email as well. So the emails do work, Max. Okay. So I'm going to email again. We got Aaron coming in from email. So And then Matt said, I think X or the pod, probably X, I would say, Matt. So here, okay, let's go into Muse real quick. So hey Wilson, good to see you. Good to see you. Blake Lulu came from IG. Okay. But this is Meta Muse over here. Okay. This is Meta's bot. And I think this is a very important agent because what? Oh, I forgot to go live on Instagram, but that's okay. This is a very important agent because Meta has access to what? WhatsApp. They have Instagram, they have Facebook, which you shouldn't sleep on. And they're continuing to build. And I would say that they were behind a year ago when it came to AI, and now they're catching up again with their models and also with this agent over here. So I think they're definitely a force to be reckoned with because think about this, it has access to all your Instagram bookmarks, all your Instagram posts. Sorry, my phone went on again. Let me just do this. But all of your— here, let me just come in here. It has access to your ad accounts too. It can see everything that's happening. So here's a simple thing that I did to drive pipeline here. Think about this. A lot of the stuff that you do is downstream from really how good your offer is at the end of the day. So what I did over here, I said, hey, I want you to find me other stellar standout offers that we can adapt. Make a table of the offer example and what we can do and prioritize it from top to bottom. So hunting fresh data offers across B2B services, SaaS trials, coaching. I don't do coaching. D2C and local services, but I do want to see what the coaches are doing. I do want to see what D2C people are doing. I do want to see what local services are doing because if they've been running an ad for a while, chances are that ad works, right? And so this is my first time looking at this with y'all today. And this is actually controlling my phone right now, right? So this is King Kong. I think they're an agency in Australia. So it says, hey, Hey, we guarantee the results or we don't get paid. Okay. So what we do, okay. So what we would do on our side would be we would offer a 90-day guarantee. Okay. So 90-day ROI guarantee as the pilot structure, base fee covers costs, margin paid only on agreed pipeline targets. This is your headline now with an agency actually running it. Okay. So that's not a bad offer because earlier it actually cited a company called Disruptive and they said, hey, 90 days or you don't pay. I think we can probably do something better than that. Or King Kong here, again, free 30-minute strategy call framed as $1,000 value with named deliverables. So Pipeline X-Ray, we'll do this. That offer isn't as sexy as the first one, but I think it's important for us to talk about this because again, Meta Muse can look at it. The ad library is open to everybody. Anybody can scrape it, but when it has this and you can connect it to your ad accounts as well, and you can connect it to more context around your business, Meta's going to be more equipped. To handle things. And I would also say that it did a nice analysis on my Instagram page. And yesterday we got a video out there and it did better than the other videos, I would say, where it was like the first time ever I was able to get a tier video out because we weren't able to do it on the editing side before. And so there's that. Okay. Let's look at another one over here. So let's pick one that stands out. Let's see. Okay. Visionary Group. If we can't beat your numbers, we'll tell you, plus hard gates in the ad, $5 million a year, $50K plus a month, apply only. Okay. Got it. So I'm assuming this Visionary Group is an agency. And basically, if we can't beat your current numbers right now, we'll tell you. Okay. I'd rather say, if we can't beat your current numbers, we'll give you your money back. And then this is for companies doing $5 million a year and $50K a month in ad spend, application only. I like the application only because it's more of a, you're kind of repositioning it from a, it's more of an exclusive thing. It's application only, right? It's like, oh, I want to be in there. That's like, oh, they have these really hard gates. It's more exclusive versus anybody can do it. Or it kind of changes the power dynamics when you're reaching out to somebody. Okay? We'll do one more over here. So, Booming Bookkeeping, free 5-day live sprint with a day-by-day outcome blueprint. So I don't think these are that sexy. I think there's some sexier ones above, Domino's Classic binary speed guarantee, 30 minutes or it's free. Okay. So that's not bad. I think anything or it's free where you de-risk the customer is really good. My point of showing you this is that it's able to do this analysis fairly quickly. And it did a really good analysis when I had it analyze. I had to take a look at the Hormozi offers, right? Took a look at Hormozi's offer, Ryan Deiss's offers, and it took a look at Disrupt over here. Okay. So ROI in 90 days or you don't pay. Running 4.5 months with a named 1,500+ ROAS. Okay. I like that. It's, I don't need to go into into the UI and look around there, I can get that. Employing another tool. So for me right now, I mean, I wish I could just have an agent listening to this and just spinning up the creatives right now, getting the ads ready and just drafting and saying, hey, do you want me to go on this? Hey, we have $500 ready here, $1,000 ready over here. Let's test it. $5,000 over here. Let's go. And then Hormozi has this free frameworks magnet, right? So when I ran this last week, I just said, hey, I want you to apply this to how this might work for us. So it's like, okay, Here's the stack using what you already have. So free the AI native marketing framework. So your actual 5 internal systems plus 2 to 3 of your bots. That's helpful because we're giving access to our bots, which is some of our workflows, right? Or free wedges like the Single Brain API or the ClickFlow MCP. I'm in another chat on my right side over here talking to my friend who runs WP Vibe. And that's an MCP. He's like, hey, I'll hook you up with— I was like, you don't need to hook me up. I just started paying for it already. And that allows me to crank out a lot more content on my CMS, which is WordPress, right? And then using ClickFlow MCP to draft it. And so if we give the MCP away for free and we give them like 100 credits or whatever it is, people will start to upgrade naturally, right? And we should be setting it up. In fact, I'll give this idea. This is probably an action item that I should do right now. And I'm actually recording it. So my granola's recording too. We should just be looking at how WP Vibe is handling their upgrades and then just selling upgrades that way. In fact, I might just have my Claude design just map that out afterwards. God, see, this is why we all need ambient agents listening to us the whole time so it can split up all these actions. And then after, I can just take a look at the table and say, go on 1, 2, 4, and 6. Let me know what the cost is and then I will do final approval. I think that's the world that we're moving into. So anyway, let's just continue on with some of these other offers over here. So I like some of these over here. So we wouldn't sell certification, but We might give people AI native certified status for pilot graduates or publish a quarterly AI native revenue per employee index. I really like that idea because we can see different firms putting in their revenue per employee and then we can put the different levels and then potentially we can even reach out to some of these people to work out with as well. I just, we're going to need more resources to manage that. And these are not bad as offers, but this is the ability of what you can do with I was going to say Doodoo, which is the name of my muse, but with Muse. Okay. I'm going to go maybe one more example here. So yesterday we published a handful of reels and I think this morning I logged in. So this morning I came in and I said, hey, I want you to come up with some trial reels. Okay. So it can basically look at what you've drafted already and it'll come up with trial reels for you. I think it's... Maybe, maybe it's this one over here. Yeah. Okay. Here we go. So I think this morning I was working on this. Okay. Yeah. 7:55 AM. I was like, hey, for my last 2 reels. So my Instagram reels, I want you to give me 2 trial reels edits for each and to help me drive more views. And then give me the scheduled cadence for releasing them 2 today, 2 tomorrow. Because I just don't want to wait. Right. So it's like, okay, these are the 2 reels that you did yesterday. Here's how they did. Okay. This one got 9 likes. Which is like here, this one's weak. It basically says it sucks, which it does. And then I did this AI tier list reel yesterday, which is 68 likes, which is 10x my median. And so I was like, okay, well give me a couple ideas over here. It starts giving me these ideas. I give it feedback, right? Good, good, good, blah, blah, blah. And then I said, okay, just do it. So it already scheduled, I think it released one today already. I'm going to see, I'm going to watch it release the other 3. I'm just going to see how it does. But the whole idea here, I'm sure it's going to get to a point where I can just say, hey, This video did really well. I want you to create some 3 trial reel concepts from it so we can test it. And whichever one does better, then we can edit it and then re-release it again. And then we can— because you might have a video that gets 3,000 views on it, but if you edit it and you test it, maybe 3 trial reel edits, you might have a— that 3,000 video could go to 300,000. And I've seen that happen before. We just don't have anyone on the team right now that can do this right now. And I'm literally trying to show people how to do this so they can do it. And that's what you should be doing, right? How do you create these skills for people on your team to deploy? Show them how to do it, have them do it. And if they can't figure it out, goodbye, right? And that's just how it is, right? Your tolerance for greatness should be, or your search for greatness should be even more aggressive today and your tolerance for bullshit should be even less today, right? I'm just like, the stronger that I get every single day, the less bullshit that I should be tolerating. Same thing for you as well. Okay, so that's Muse. I think it's going to become really even more powerful than it is today. And I think I'll probably move over to— I'll go over to GPT-6 Astra because I'll go through that workflow where I was just pissed off yesterday. And I find that it's more interesting to make content when you're more pissed off. And in fact, I probably want to show this to my team as well to show how annoyed I get when things just don't get done. Because now I'm at the point where it doesn't matter. I'm just going to do it. Anyway, let me move over to GPT-6 Astra. Let's see. I don't want to show you that. Let's see. I want to show you— I'm going to show you this. Okay, here we go. Let's start over here first. Okay, here we go. Let me move my share. You guys can ask questions as we go. I'll start to answer some questions shortly. But here's my GPT-6 Astra. Oh, perfect. Max, I don't think you're in for this meeting on Monday, but let me show you another situation. So for marketing school, I had an issue with the thumbnails. Okay, so just so we all get on the same page here, let me see if I can just pull up another browser right here. So let's do YouTube Marketing School. All right. So I actually, guys, I want you to type in the chat what you think is wrong with these thumbnails over here. Okay. So let's go down here. Let's go down here a little bit. Okay. What is wrong with these thumbnails? Type it into chat. What do you think is wrong with these thumbnails? Would you guys click on these thumbnails for Marketing School? So that's the Marketing School Podcast. Neil and I, we spend 80 minutes recording a new episode every single week. What is fundamentally wrong that these videos are so pathetic that they get 140 views, 220 views, 567 views, 352 views? Is it the content sucks? Maybe, maybe the content sucks, but probably not because we've been creating content for a while. So what is wrong here? Type it into chat right now. Tell me what you think is wrong. We're gonna do a little exercise over here and then we're gonna talk about how we can solve This bullshit, okay? And not have to put up with this bullshit anymore. Anybody in chat right now, what is wrong with these? Okay, Brandon says the thumbnail. Brandon, what is wrong with the thumbnails? What is wrong with the thumbnails over here? Why don't you want to click the thumbnails? Thank you, Paul. These all look the same. They're not worth clicking. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over, right? It's not my quote, it's Einstein's quote. I believe they can be more visually engaged, AKA they suck, Brandon. They suck, Paul. What you're saying is they suck, right? And so I'm like, okay guys, how do we create more emotion from these? How do we create some controversy in these as well? Okay. Hard to read, same format. Thank you, Samir. Okay. So we talked about Nike, Nike losing $223 billion in market cap, being delisted from the Fortune 100. Okay. And by the way, I used to be a big Nike fan, right? Air Jordans, right? But so what happened was we had, let's say Nike, there's one about Nike losing its market cap. So what happened over here was, here, look at this one over here. So my CTO just, he basically told me I look ugly in this one over here. He's like, you really look bad, right? This one over here where I'm wearing a hat, right here. He's like, yeah, you look very bad here, okay? So this one, Nike lost $223 billion plus 13 more stories. Nike's $223 billion mistake, Tesla's 64 click flicks and a $500 million AI ad machine. This is enraging. So let me tell you what I did, okay? I worked with my GPT-6 Astra. I made a skill. In fact, I have a marketing school skill now that does just focusing on the thumbnails. I said, you know what? I want something that will at least talk about the main point and put Neil and I on. So these are A/B tests right here. These are now A/B tests, right? I added these in myself. The direction on Monday was like, hey guys, let's go ahead and get the thumbnails in there. Let's test it for the next 7 days. But you know what? Fuck that. Pardon my language, but I just got these up literally after that call, 5 to 10 minutes afterwards. I just got these up and I'm like, oh, I have a new skill for this. Who pays for AI over here? You can see, okay, OpenAI, 1% of customers, 80% over here, SEO on autopilot over here. Are these the greatest? No, but they're going to get better over time, right? And did we go harder with this one over here? So here's what makes me even more upset. Okay, so we actually have an A/B test for this one, but Someone on the team decided to use the same thumbnail that I put up over here as this A/B test down here, right? And so as we're going through this, this A/B test, when we're adding in these other videos over here, what's happening now is that the click-through rate is starting to rise, okay? The packaging matters a lot. And so what we did over here, I just said, hey, I went with it back and forth, right? I said, hey, our marketing school, Thumbnails aren't good and we need to make them more engaging. And then you saw me go back and forth with it. But my point of showing you this is that GPT-6 Toaster is so important because it allows you to do a lot of things that you couldn't do before. Sure, it can help with coding. We knew that the Claude models could help you with coding. OpenAI could help you with coding, but now it could actually help you execute on things such as video editing where I don't need to wait anymore. Thumbnails, I don't need to wait anymore. And we're getting to a point now where Jensen Huang from Nvidia has even said that he thinks AGI is here. And when you can do tasks like this, here, let's just take a look at these. So these at least make a little more sense. Am I going to say these are perfect? No. Salman, you just said no icons and elements. Okay, here's some icons and elements for you right here. Let's take a look at this one over here. Stop starting over. Okay, this one's not that great. The agency trap, client A, client B, client C. Okay, you move over to this. It's getting better. Okay. Now, do I look like this? No, not necessarily. Kind of. But this is effort, right? And when you don't see that effort on your team, you don't see people playing with this stuff, you don't see the AI nativeness on your team, you've got to make a stand. You've got to do something. You got to stand for something or else you stand for nothing, right? And so part of this conversation today is talking about, sure, these are some tactical things that you can do, but none of that matters if you don't set your talent bar extremely high. when it comes to what you're going to tolerate because you ultimately get what you tolerate, right? So I'm very passionate about this right now because it's like, I want to help people, right? But at the end of the day, if you have people on your team, you can help your people, but you got to meet them halfway there. If they don't want to help themselves, done deal. So anyway, it was very passionate speech on that one. I actually, this is, I'm going to show you one that I actually, I posted, I think today. And you can see on the right side over here, I even have a little nice editing framework when it comes to videos. So edit a video and then it'll pump it out for me like this. And I think I just might've deleted it. Let's see if it's still there. It might've deleted. Yeah, it might've deleted. Let's see. Let's get the preview page back for the video. So we'll see if it comes back. What happened with this video yesterday was, and I'm going to show you a little preview of it as well. So let's just do this. YouTube leveling up. Damn it. Hold on. YouTube leveling up. That's not it. I didn't even show up number one for my channel. Okay, here we go. Okay. So we have this video that I published yesterday. Okay, so yesterday I'm in Slack. I'm like, hey guys, we got the video edited, right? The video was edited on time, but the poster didn't post it. And then when I called it out, it was already like 1 PM or so Pacific time. And going back to this one over here, he's like, oh yeah, I'm just logging back on now. I'm going to do it, right? And I'm like, it's okay, I got it. Released this video. It didn't do a bad job, right? 5,500 views in 23 hours, which is actually pretty good for my channel. And then this one just came out. Something's off with this one right now, but you can see these are AI edits over here. This is a complete AI edit for this video. So not only did it handle the packaging for me, which I worked on it with a little bit, right? But it's much better. Look, 5,500 views, 11,000 views, 5,500 views, 4,500 views, 13,000 views, 21,000 views, and then 13,000 down here. 2,600, this one's anomaly. But before that, 631 views, bad. 1,200 views, bad. 856, bad. And by the way, look, I'm recording this in Italy right now. I'm wasting my time in my morning recording these because we're not putting tender loving care into this. This one is me talking at a, I think this is me speaking at a conference here. And I think we misused this packaging as well 'cause I went with AI. And I'm taking responsibility for that one. In fact, I take responsibility for all the mistakes that I make, but 440 views. All this to say, guys, we also put together, because that video did well, I'm like, okay, well, if that video did well, then why don't I also publish it to X as well? You're probably all wondering, how does this drive pipeline? How does this not drive pipeline if you're getting the relevant views on how this GPT-6 for marketing, So-and-so for business, traits of AI-native marketers. How does that not drive pipeline for you at the end of the day? In fact, I would say that 60% of the leads that come through Single Grain or Single Brain, which is the stuff that we do with AI implementation or marketing implementation, 60% of people have touched the content, have seen the content. So that's what I would say. And you don't necessarily need to get millions of views. In fact, You don't need millions of views. Let me tell you why, okay? You see this channel over here? 731,000 views. How many leads? Zero, okay? How about this one? Modern dating is impossible. 489,000 views. How many leads? Zero, right? How about this one? The truth is marriage isn't usually worth it. 487,000 views. Zero, right? And sure, it was these controversial takes that these guests had, but they weren't good for us, right? Humphrey Yang, don't get me wrong. I love all these people. I think they're all great people. Ditch your 401k. How does that drive leads for me? Doesn't matter, right? Even when I had Seth Godin on or Hormozi on, it doesn't drive leads. It might drive the most viewers or relevant viewers, but I'll tell you what kind of video drives leads. RIP SEO. Here's what works in the AI world. So this is Neil and I speaking at a conference in Germany, right? 134,000 views on that one. That drives leads, right? So anyway, you got to figure out how to drive the right type of leads, but I'm telling you with the GPT-6 Ultra, with the Muse, The work can now be done for you and you don't have to wait anymore and you show people how to do it and if they don't want to adapt, goodbye. Let me show you this piece over here. This is the agent edited video. Now let's play it. Let's watch it for a little bit. Let's watch it for the first 30 seconds and see how it goes. Let's click this. Oh, you know what happened? Here, I'll give you a little hack. It's not necessarily a hack, it's an issue. So the problem with OpenAI right now with Codex is when you're doing a lot of editing, you're having it edit for you on your computer, even when you've stepped away from the computer, it's running on your local device, right? And that means it's going to create a lot of video assets for you. The video assets take up a lot of space quickly, so you're frequently going to have to clean your hard drive. And so this is our skill called Leveling Up Content Engine. And it actually will, after it runs, it's going to figure out what it should be cleaning maybe in the next 48 hours or so, or the next 72 hours or so, whatever files are unused. Otherwise, your hard drive's going to fill up pretty quickly. Honestly, I'm probably going to move a lot of this running my GPT-6 Astra locally. I'll probably move it to another device and have it run on that. That way, I'm not going to feel bogged down on my main computer, but so far it hasn't been a major issue. So just keep that in mind. So another thing is this, if the video has done well on YouTube, I've seen it done well already. I'm like, oh, why don't we just make this an X article? And we have X article skills for it, right? So I'm actually curious to see how this draft looks because this is my first time looking at it. And let me switch my screen share for you guys and we'll go from there. So let's go over to I think it's maybe this one. Yeah, it's this one. Here we go. These are my X drafts. Which agent is best? My real workflows. Cool. It actually expanded this into the banner. These are some good lessons for you, Max. There's, I think, using these skills, but MetaMuse, Instinct, GrokBot, Hermes. This was actually one of the first bits of the introduction. MetaMuse, GrokBot, Instinct, Hermes, what I actually use each agent for. MetaMuse, you know, recut one of my Instagram Reels and move the visual. Okay, that got my attention. Great. I'm probably gonna have to edit this, but you know what I also did? I said, hey, I want you to take that video and I want you to cut interesting portions into the article itself, right? So Max, this is pretty cool. Look. Well, I guess, I guess this should play. We'll see if it actually plays or not. This opens with a format grid now. Let's steal my 50 short-form formats and then— Okay, not bad. So I'll probably play around with this a little more. But I asked it to include quotes in here, images. Let's see this. What am I doing over here? I just said, hey, how do we keep advancing work? Okay? So that when you think about that, okay, great. So this is pretty cool. And you might be thinking, whoa, Eric, that's AI slop. That's not going to perform. Well, I would say stop being such a Negative Nancy because this one over here, services as software, this was published using the X long-form post. 25,000 views. And this is my services as software framework for scaling. What did I do over here? I literally, I had a document because I was working on the single brain vision. I'm like, we need to do something to communicate better to our team, to external stakeholders as well, and also to the public to let them know how we're thinking about services as software because that's my philosophy in terms of how we're growing this business. So there's a 2 by 2 in here. I put some images in here. Put the three-layer cake in there, which is how we sell managed services. You know, we have gateway and workflow access, outputs and outcomes, and all this stuff, right? So by the way, Max, just so you know, when I first published this, it was getting nothing. So what I did, Max, was I unpublished the post. So I deleted it, and I changed the title here, and then also I adjusted the packaging because usually when with your article, if you get the first 20% good with the hook, they're probably going to read the rest of the article and then you make sure the last 20% is good, right? That's how I think about publishing this stuff. But look, not bad. 681 bookmarks, 250 engagers. And the other cool thing that you could do if you want to drive pipeline is you might use a tool like Gojiberry. And Gojiberry will allow you to look for engagers who are ICP fit for both X on LinkedIn. So why would you not be doing that to drive more pipeline, to drive more leads for your business so you can grow your business faster? Anyway, by the way, by the way, I'll call out one more thing. Oh, how do you drive pipeline with this? I'll tell you what it does. Okay? Literally right now, and I won't show the chat, but in a couple hours, I'm going to be talking to someone from SpaceX/Grokbot. Well, how did that happen? Well, it's because they read one of my articles. Well, how did the article happen? Well, it's because I created another piece of content and then I decided to splinter it off into an X article. And then they saw it and it did well. And then it's like, well, how was that enabled? It's because you have these skills that allow you to do so. And these skills are getting better and better every single day. So then you might be wondering, I mean, I know many of you are agency owners. The way you should be thinking about working with all this stuff is that you create these workflows, you continue to make these workflows better, and then you manage these workflows for your clients. That's the way in terms of how you work for the future. Just most people don't know it yet. So anyway, That is my little bit on GPT-6 Astra, talking about X as well, talking about Grok. Let me show you Instinct. You guys want to see Instinct? I'll show you guys Instinct real quick in terms of what it can do. And then maybe I might go into a little more GrokBot and talk about how I've been experimenting with WP Vibe. Let me do that. Let me open up Instinct safely real quick. Let me do this. One second. Okay, let me do that. One second. Okay, so let me move over. Let me move my share over to— let's go over here and let's go back to phone mirroring. Okay, here we go. So guys, this is Instinct. And Max, remind me later, I need to give you an invite code for that. This is free to use. Okay, so Instinct is great. Let me tell you what it does. It's an autonomous agent. It's free to use. There's almost zero setup. It just kind of does what it's supposed to do. And I'll be more specific here. Anything that might require you multiple browser windows where let's say you're trying to figure out what to do with their travel points and then you're trying to book travel, travel, you're trying to book travel, rewards points travel, right? Where you'd have to spend a lot of money for a business class flight. And so, but then it's really annoying to have to find the reward paths. And if you don't want to do a layover or whatever, there's all these things that you have to do, right? Yeah. And so Instinct handles complexity really well. That's the easiest way for me to explain this. All right. So right here, it's like, hey, we need you to do this to unlock point.me for a good flight path search path. Because I'm aggressively testing it right now. Oh, we need your Amex login via this Vault link. I'm probably not going to give it my Amex because it can do other stuff. But in terms of— I'm having it figure out Hey, I have all these other recruiting workflows running right now for us to push hard on recruiting and those are working really well. And I'm like, hey, I want to have Instinct do that as well. And it did a pretty good job there. But also not only that, I'm hosting a global AI summit in Istanbul on November 6th. I'm like, okay, well this is part of a group called YPO. And then I'm like, man, we would like to have a European AI speaker from part of a heavy-hitting company. And what I did was I was like, hey, list all those companies for me and then reach out to those people. And what happened? Someone from the CEO of ElevenLabs responded. The PR team from a company called Glean responded. ElevenLabs is in Europe. Glean is in the US. But all that to say, yesterday I saw something launched on X, this new LLM called Jev, J-E-V. And I'm like, hey, I want to reach out to that guy. I want to have him speak at the event if I can somehow get him to go. But you can see I'm having it do more complex stuff. I'm having it reach out for getting these speakers. Okay, that's one piece. Or I'm having it reach out to me for one other sponsor for the Marketing School Podcast because we already have HubSpot. I'm like, okay, we can probably take one more. I'm having it reach out for events that I should be speaking at, more so B2B events in the next 12 months or so, right? B2B or large events that are good for branding. So it's reaching out for those things too. Anything that's more complex where you just ask it to do it for you, it can do it for you. Now what it's doing is it's actually recording these tasks into Linear, which is what we use for project management. I'm actually getting rid of Asana. I'm going to be using Linear because our engineers already use Linear. It's more agentic. They're pretty on top of their APIs and their MCPs. That's what we're doing. That is Instinct. It's free to use. I would highly recommend that you check out Muse because it's free. Check out Instinct because it's free. GrokBot, you might have to pay some money for that. Same thing with ChatGPT. And I'm going to show you my GrokBot changes. But anyway, all that to say is, Danny, if you want the exact prompts to transfer a picture into a thumbnail, Max, I don't know if we want to link him to the Skills Dojo. I don't know if that's in there, but I've been aggressively putting stuff into either the Skills Dojo or our AI marketing skills. That's another place that you can go to. If you go, I think it's just singlegrain.com/skills for that. And then also the Skills Dojo as well might be another place that you can go to. And you can also upload your own skills and you can also upload bot templates as well, such as from GrokBot. Okay. All right. And then Danny has a question here. How can AI edit your videos? What tools do you use? ChatGPT-6 Astra. That's what it is. All right. So let me move over to Let me move over to GrokBot real quick and I'm going to show you what I've been working on. And by the way, I want to get your guys' feedback too as I'm going through this, just so you can see the quality of content that it's putting out. And I want you guys to be honest, rate it 1 through 10 as I skim through these. I'm going to pull up, I don't know, maybe 2 of these real quick. So what I'm doing right now is, let me change my screen share. Let's go over here, share a different screen. Let's go over here. I'm going to share. Let's see. Let's go over to— let's just do this one. Okay. So this is our WordPress environment. Okay. And by the way, I'm going to call out a couple of things that I'm going to be changing on Friday. I just don't need to wait for this stuff anymore. You know what's crazy? I had someone tell me recently, I was like, hey, when can I get design concepts for our new design? And they said it's going to be end of September. And they told me that 2 weeks ago. And then I just logged into Claude Design. I was like, hey, here's the conversation that we had. Can you just gimme like 3 or 4 concepts? Boom, done. And they look really damn good right now. I also want to be optimizing for conversion. So this, this AI SEO that plans, writes, and ranks, 90+ hours saved per month. Start free trial. Okay. That's fine. But we've had this banner for a while. I want to change this navigation banner. I also want to change the exit popup too. Okay? So let me move over to— this is not the one. Okay. This is the one. Here we go. All right. So what— let me see. Let me pull this one up too. Okay, that's good. I'm pulling 3 up actually for you guys to see. There we go. Okay, cool. So the tab that I'm sharing is this one. So how to embed a forward-deployed marketer who ships agents. So how to embed a forward-deployed marketer who ships agents. Your marketing team has a CRO full of stalled deals, blah, blah, blah. Okay, we have a table of contents for this post. Strategy decks versus someone who ships agents. Eric's discussion of marketing agent adoption cites 17 of 100 companies using AI agents in marketing. With those agents covering 3.5% of marketing staff. And then, so there's a lot of internal links here, but we also link to, we have some charts that are created in here too. We also pull from other sources. And so to me, what this is, is this is a workflow that will help us produce more AEO SEO content autonomously. And that's good because this is coming from original content. This is coming from content I'm putting out either in my videos or my on my X profile or from my YouTube channel too, right? Either or YouTube channel or podcast. And so I'm like, okay, there's numbers. Is there verifiable proof? Are there stories that we can share here? Are there diagrams that we can put in here as well? Are we citing the source as well? And I'm like, as you scroll through this right now, if you're just on first glance, 1 through 10, What would you say this article is? Is it a 6 out of 10, 7 out of 10, 8 out of 10, 9 out of 10, 10 out of 10? Is this to the point where it helps? It's a net benefit to you because it's based off of your content that you're already putting it out there. And then Max, tell me what people are typing in. What are they typing in? 1 through 10, what do you think the quality of this one is? Max, you can see no responses yet. Okay, we're just going to sit on this for a little bit until there's some responses. Okay. Okay. Okay, great guys. This is amazing, right? Because this AEO SEO bot, I'm continuing to make it better. Like I'll just make it available on the, on the Skills Dojo, right? But fact of the matter is, if you're saying 9, I'm pretty sure that means that you would pay for something like this. So in my mind, I'm like, okay, well, how do we just continue to make this better? How do we test it on ourselves? And then if you're an agency watching this right now, how do you test things on yourself? And then how do you make it more available to other people? And thank you for— hopefully you guys aren't just saying 9 because maybe you like me. I hope you're just being honest here. So here's another one. How to earn ChatGPT citations with digital PR. Not just another SEO page, okay? Because this is a topic that Neil and I had covered on Marketing School last week. I was like, hey, let's talk about how we can get people more citations because people want to do better with AEO, right? So here's some stats. Okay, great. Guys, I didn't even know that these images were fixed. These images were broken before I started this webinar and these images are fixed now. And I'm like, oh, this is great, right? Traditional result click without an AI summary, 15% share of visits. Traditional result click with an AI summary, 8%. Click on a source inside an AI summary, about 1%. So share of visits are dropping and these are automatically being created now. And so this to me is good. I'm going to work on this more. To me, this is like a 7.5, 8 out of 10. But what I'm trying to encourage you all to think about right now is that you don't need to make an AEO SEO bot. I think you need to think about what's important to your business first, and then you can go from there. That's what I'm really trying to encourage you to do because This is just an example of me using Grokbot. And here, I'll switch my share for a second. And literally all I'm doing with this. Okay, so let me switch over to Grokbot. So if you take a look at, this is all I'm doing. It's like, hey, link me. Let's prepare to scale more today. Am I saying something really smart here? Hey, are all these in WP posts on your new drafts? Hey, tell me how you would track when I asked you to track. And then, okay, here's the complete 3. Here's the batch 8. Here's the ones to look at over here. And I use WordPress. So we used WP Vibe MCP, which is from my friend Syed. And then I'm also looking at, hey, who has share of voice right now? What should we be tracking? We should be tracking traffic. We should be tracking share of voice from an AEO standpoint. We should be tracking free consults. And then those of you that know how to read a cohort retention chart, I want to look at that cohort retention chart over the next few weeks, over the next 4 to 6 weeks or so. And this is something that We've struggled to get out there. I had this workflow ready like 10 weeks ago, but here's the thing. You don't want to hand these workflows over to your team when it's not ready yet. You want to get it where it's working at least decently well for you and then have them build on it. What I found, and I talked about this with my CTO yesterday, I was like, I think we're giving things to people too early where they have to figure it out and they haven't figured out how to live in the wilderness yet. So one of your jobs as a leader too, is how can you get your team, everyone on your team to learn how to deal with ambiguity more instead of having to wait for instructions, right? That, because that doesn't work. And we're seeing people right now that are struggling more. I'll say more so on the engineering side right now, we're seeing them struggle a little bit cuz I think they're waiting for instructions. They're waiting for something perfect. They're waiting for something verifiable when marketing is not something that you can easily just say it's like coding where it's coding's very verifiable. Marketing is not because marketing is very subjective. Anyway, all that to say, I was testing back and forth, testing back and forth, testing, testing, testing. And then it said, hey, you're actually locked on a couple things over here. And I said, hey, you know what? It said, you need to go for the paid version of WPvive, which is the tool that my friend has. So I just upgraded it. I also want to protect against watermarks. So when you're creating content, whether you're creating content through Claude or Gemini, or through OpenAI, they have watermarks in there so they can tell when it's AI generated. So I was looking for an anti-watermark GitHub repo and eventually I'm sure I'll find something. But I said, hey, I want the watermarks removed. And I also want you to prioritize when you're creating the content. If you have citations from me or stories from me or numbers from me, that's priority one. I also want you to look at Matt Van Horn's Last 30 Days skill. as it relates to this topic. And then I also want you to take a look at— I didn't say look at Pew and HBR. I mean, I think it kind of just added that in themselves, but maybe I can add some other resources to maybe cite from as well. And so that's what I did. And it's like, hey, these are the blockers, just fix it. Literally, this is just me going back and forth with GrokBot. Don't need to know how to code. And there's a bunch of other stuff that I've built. And it's cool. I have this HaggleBot that will negotiate on Software that we're spending on. And I realized yesterday, I was like, holy shit, nobody's really spending time in Asana. And yet we're spending tens of thousands of dollars on that per year. So you can figure out how to save costs there and you can figure out how to reallocate those costs to help bolster what you are doing. So anyway, wow, that was 42 minutes. Okay. I'm going to spend some time to ask about questions, but I'll just say one more thing before we move on here. Max, I think you can get the QR code ready for SingleBrain. Let's do SingleBrain for this one. So this is my only pitch for today, singlebrain.com with a B. That's where we help with AI implementation, more specifically around building these marketing agents that live inside of your Slack or your Microsoft Teams. So scaling AEO, SEO, scaling ad creative, scaling cold outbound. Those are all things that we've been doing a lot more of for clients right now. Even for agencies too, right? So you can scan that one, and if it's a fit, we'll leave it up for about 10 more seconds. You can scan it, or you can just go to singlebrain.com with B, and that is it in 4 seconds. And then we'll answer some questions over here. All right, cool. So let's see. Let's go with Mike Weiss's questions. Let's put these up for 20 seconds of pause. Oh, that's a pricing question. Okay. All right. So you know what I'll do? So Mike, are your service packages— your service packages are expensive. Do you work with startups? With ClickFlow. And so with ClickFlow, you can just use the MCP API. Startups, we don't. I mean, if you're a startup that's raised a lot of money, probably, But if not, I would just take the information that we have and you can execute it on it. And then you can take the templates that we have as well. We give a lot of information away for free. And then let's see, Danny asked the AI question already. Let's see, what else do we have over here with questions? Okay, great. Well, I'll give like another minute and then for you to ask questions, but I'll say one more thing here. Right now, I made that video on GrokBot versus Hermes versus Instinct versus Muse. And it's not about which one is the best right now. It's more so about how do you combine these things to work together and figure out how you want to go about that? Because on my phone, for example, I have another bot called Howie, but that mainly just helps me with scheduling. And honestly, do I really need it? Probably not, but it's so cheap and it's already ingrained with my stuff that I just don't care. I have Instinct that can help me with more complex tasks. MetaMuse can help me with the Meta ecosystem and more so help me with my socials, my organic socials or my paid ads just because it's connected to that ecosystem. And then GrokBot is easy for just setting up whatever agents you want and making it really easy to use and making them pretty portable. Hermes is good because it's It's open, it has the most connections, it has the most context around me and my business. So I think there's a time and place, there's a time, place, and role for every single one of these agents. I don't think there's necessarily a best one. I don't think you should pigeonhole yourself either. And Jeremy asks, we'll answer that question. So let's put this question up. Are you doing any outbound with AI to help fulfill in-person events? So at our agency, we're looking to host small 8 to 10 person dinners. I'm looking to AI for using the market. Okay, great, Jeremy. This is a perfect example, a perfect situation for you to use Instinct because Instinct can say, hey, I have this agency dinner. Oh, okay. Small 8 to 10 dinners, right? And let's say you're targeting, for example, let's say you're targeting marketing agencies. So I can say, hey, I want to target within a 20-mile radius of my zip code. And I only want to target marketing agency founders. And you can use Instinct for that. If I were starting from scratch today, I would just do that. You can use these other ones, but I find that to be useful. Muse is pretty good. If you want to find— I was just messing around with the other— I was like, hey, I want to find furnished homes in my area or something like that. Or I want to find local tennis clubs. I'm just messing around with it. Let's put Matt's question up. So Matt says, have you tried coding using the sites Next.js with Vercel as the host? I've created an entire frontend that talks to HighLevel. So yeah, so it does. I mean, frequently, whenever— a lot of the tools that we use will just code up sites using Vercel. I am prepared to come off of WordPress because there's a lot of people that are just switched off the CMS. And they've custom built their thing where they can make changes quickly to their internal links and things like that. They can almost talk to their website like it's an AI and just have it do things. That being said, I think it's helpful to have a CMS when we do have a content publishing schedule and all that. And if I'm going to use this WPvive MCP, which I highly recommend you all use if you're using WordPress, I just need to balance out how cost will be over time. I mean, it's fairly cheap to use. And the cool thing is it has a burst feature too. So let's say you're paying, I think the plan I signed up for today was $299 for the year. So that's really cheap. Okay. But if I run out of usage, you can just buy these bursts. Okay. So these bursts, it's like $19 and you can buy a burst of more credits. So I think their way of charging on usage, I'm like, oh, obviously we should do that. In fact, after I come off of this call, I'm probably just going to take their page and I'm going to go to Claude Design or Claude because Claude's good for design. And I might even go to GPT-6 Astra and say, hey, what can we do for the ClickFlow signup here where we can just get it to charge on usage and can you just set it up for me? And we'll just see how that goes. So that's what it is. And then Samir asks, how do you organize all your skills? You just go to skillsdojo.com. I do use GitHub pretty frequently still because we have a, We have a leaderboard each week now where it's competitive, where it shows the number of commits that each person is pushing. And because I saw that, I'm like, well, I don't want to look like I'm behind. So I've been pushing a lot more commits through that. And we have a team repo where you can see people that are doing reviews, commits, and things like that. And yes, some context, client AI brain is the way to go. But yes, you do need a human to live with experience. Absolutely. You just need people who are very... AI pilled, I would say. So here's what I'll say next week. So it looks like I'm going to have a pretty popular AI creator and my plan is just to nerd out on AI with them, not just interview them. I just want to screen share. I want to show my screen. I want him to show his screen. I'm not going to do an interview thing and we'll just see how that goes. And on the Instinct place, I'm going to talk to Max about it. You guys should check your emails. You guys should share this around and maybe we'll play, we'll do a little contest here with maybe like we can give 5 people the link or something like that. 'Cause there's only like a limited set, but we'll make it a little contest, Max, and kind of go from there. So that is it for this week. I hope you all enjoyed your time here. I hope you all learned something today and I hope you all have a great week. So let me hit stop so it doesn't screw up like last time, Max.
