Meta Muse, GPT-6 Astra & Grok Bot Work Use Cases

Eric Siu demos how his agency uses Meta Muse, GPT-6 Astra, and GrokBot to automate content creation and lead outreach. Astra turns one webinar into videos, carousels, and posts across eight platforms automatically. A GrokBot bot calls new leads within 60 seconds to pre-qualify them before handing off to sales.

Today we're going to talk about how to drive more revenue using all the new goodness, right? Grokbot. We're going to talk about Muse. We're going to talk about all Grokbot. We're going to talk about Muse. We're going to talk about we're going to talk about Codex as well. Just all the new hotness. Okay. So what I'm going to do, I'm going to wait for a couple people to join. Tell us where you're coming from right now. Tell us what you'd like to learn today too. And it's saying, okay, your browser is not allowing Riverside to save the disk. Okay. Well. I don't need it to save the disk, right? Max, we don't need it to save the disk. I don't think we need to save the disk. But anyway, so what we're going to cover again is, again, Meta just came out with Muse yesterday. So literally I'm going to share my phone with you all so you can see what's happening on how I go about using Muse because I'm trying to figure out how to use it from a business standpoint. And also I'm going to show you Oster 6. Oster 6 is big right now. 'Cause it just came out recently and we've been doing some really cool stuff with that. And I'm also going to show you more stuff around GrokBot. So I'm gonna show you some cool bots that we build around speed to lead, which is really cool 'cause we're using the xAI voice to call people. So imagine if someone comes as a lead, you can call them immediately and then route them through. And I actually ran it through my team today. Max, I should probably even have it call you as well to see how it goes. But there's a lot of cool stuff that we're gonna go through. I'm gonna talk about what we're doing. So you're gonna get some ideas in terms of what you can do for your business as well. So I'm thinking about all this from a marketing standpoint. And the cool thing for us is whatever workflows we end up building, we're gonna be able to just reuse the workflows and then customize them for the clients that we work with. 'Cause that's what we do. We help people with marketing. So that's what it is ultimately. And let me just see where you guys are coming in from right now. So let's see, we got people coming in from— thank you, Robert Crabtree from Ohio. We got Jana or Yana from Colorado, Jim from Maryville, Ohio. Latest strategies to apply to your agencies. Emil, who was the one who wasn't a fan of my fast talking, she's here or he's here. Slow down, be clear. There you go. There it is. No, no, no. I'm going to speed up for you. All right. And then we got Guy from Valencia, Spain. And then, oh, there's Speak Slowly again. There you go. We got Gateshead, UK, and then we got Ano. And so you want to learn how to capture leads for a coaching business. Okay. This is great. And you know what's funny, Emil? You tell me to slow down and you can't take it, but then you come to every one of these webinars. I love it. Which means you love the content, right? So I thank you for that. All right. So We're going to start with Astra 6 because that's the big one. And you know what? I might slow down a little bit for you today because yesterday when I was playing tennis, the one thing that my coach spotted when I played tennis is when I'm in a match, I can't hit as consistently, right? And we settled on something at the end that I actually need to slow down. And you can see on my phone over here, it actually says slow down as well. So anyway, I'm going to slow down a little bit just for you, just for you because I like you. All right. I just want to know, drop into the comments right now. If you're using Astra 6 right now, just comment that you're using Astra 6. If you're using Grokbot right now, comment that you're using Grokbot. If you're using Hermes right now, comment that you're using Hermes. And Muse, if you're using Muse as well. I'm interested to see what you guys are coming up with. And I will say there are some really interesting use cases with Muse as well as it relates to Instagram, as it relates to your Meta ads. And I'm sure Almost all of you are running Meta ads right now, if not for yourself, maybe for your clients. So I'm going to start off with something very exciting from my perspective with Astra is, and this is what we're calling the Leveling Up Content Engine. Okay? So obviously my YouTube channel's called Leveling Up. My podcast is called Leveling Up and I'm going to share my screen on this one. And I was sharing this with Max yesterday. So here it is. Let me share my screen. Here we go. All right, so here's ChatGPT. All right, now let me get a sip of water. And I'm just looking at the comments over here. Amy's using just Claude. Okay, Jim is using Hermes. Yana's using GrokBot. Robert's using Hermes and GrokBot. Okay, this is pretty, pretty advanced crew. Just Claude. We got Astra, Paperclip, Hermes. Okay, guys, pretty advanced. Um, Hermes, what is it? Emil, I'll explain that in a second. Blake Lulu, Astra 6, and Claude. Is your middle name really Lou? You have a middle name and last name? Is it really just Blake Lou or Blake Lulu? Because that's my mom's last name. But anyway, here we go. So looking at my screen over here, I'm gonna pull this to the middle so we can see that I have this. Um, I'm gonna pull this one up. Okay, and my computer might be a little slow here, but What this leveling up content engine does is it will take a pillar piece of content. So let's say this webinar, for example, we're going to repackage this for YouTube because it's been working well for us. It's also another reason why I do this. So imagine we go for 45 minutes to 60 minutes, which is kind of today's slate. So if we do that, we get one pillar piece of content. But not only that, we get multiple other pieces, short-form pieces as well. We get mid-form pieces, which are these, not the vertical clips, but horizontal video clips that are 2 to 5 minutes long, which I can post to X, I can post to LinkedIn, and we can even promote the original large piece of content. And it'll also edit the short-form pieces too that are vertical, and it'll also package the video. And so one thing that was happening was on Saturday when I was testing Astra 6 pretty heavily, Obviously, I'm probably not going to be able to get the attention of my editor on a Saturday. And let's say your editor's not quick enough or your editor is— editor that you worked with is maybe not up to par in terms of what you're looking to work with, right? Well, the cool thing now is that you can unlock yourself to just crank content, right? And assuming what you're saying is interesting, and I think all of you are working on something that's interesting, then you now are no longer constrained by getting videos out. I will tell you that the moment I got this available, that I got this working, I was like, holy crap, I am now motivated to create more content because I'm no longer constrained. I'm no longer blocked. Just think about that for a second. People have been saying AI is going to make people more productive so the expectation becomes higher and you're actually going to produce more. And this is exactly what's happening now because I don't think I've ever felt more motivated to create more content now That I feel like I can't be blocked. And so I'm going to show you what the output looks like and how this works. And we've actually made this into a skill and I think it's available on skillsdojo.com. If it's not, I can make it available, but that's where I'm going to continue to put all my skills out there for you to access and you can fork it for yourself. Okay? So I want to make it— I'm going to pick one that is easy for everyone to understand here. Okay? So let me pull— This one up. Okay, this one's great. Okay, cool. So those of you who have used frame.io, you understand what this UI is over here. Okay? So what this UI is, is you can basically comment on the video. So these are short forms. Here's short forms. You can leave a comment over here. And by the way, when you're using Ostr 6, keep in mind that it eats up a lot of disk space. And so you might need to buy another hard drive to store a lot of the videos that it's going to pump out. Or you can have a cloud environment that probably works as well. I would just say that it eats up like 200 gigs at a time, 300 gigs at a time, just like that. Because you're basically editing with it because a lot of its cuts are going to be, you're not going to like it and you're going to want to go back and forth. And so you can see here, it'll make carousels for me. And you can see I've also deleted a lot of the videos here because it was eating up too much space. It'll even make a newsletter too. And so for Max on the call over here, you can see that what the skill does is it'll create newsletters based on content that I put out. But we probably don't want to base the newsletter just on one piece of content. So this is something that we're going to have to continue to tweak. But the cool thing is you leave it feedback here and then you can say, okay, Astra, I just gave it a round of feedback. Can you check the feedback? And then can we make the changes from there? So all I did on Monday, because in the United States it was a day off, so I just said, hey, I want you to run the leveling up content engine and decide what the right channel mix and volume is on the latest long-form Leveling Up YouTube video that was uploaded today. So what it did was it went to look at our video that was uploaded on Monday. So 27 Traits of AI Native Marketers video. So it took 8 original assets and it split them out into 23 placements over 7 days. So you can see for YouTube Shorts, it's like, okay, here's probably 7 reels over here. And for Instagram, we got 4 reels and we got a carousel here as well. And then TikTok, we got 4 here. Facebook Reels, we got 4. And then LinkedIn, we got 2 native videos and 1 carousel, right? And then 2 text posts and then 1 issue for the newsletter. So by the way, am I saying this is perfect right now? No, I'm not. But am I saying this is good enough for me to get the content out there? Yes, I am. And I'm going to share some numbers with you right now as well. So guys, I just downloaded this iPhone mirroring app, right? I made it usable. Um, right before this webinar. So I'm going to share this with you guys because I think this is— this will be helpful because I can— when I can share numbers with you, it makes it better. So, um, let me log in here. Okay, so let me go to, uh, what am I trying to go to right now? I am trying to look at YouTube Studio. That's what I'm trying to do. Okay, so YouTube Studio, I have it over here. Okay. Check this out. Max, you can see the screen, right? You can see it okay? Okay, cool. So if I'm looking, let's just look at my past performance, okay? I'm not going to say my YouTube channel's amazing. So you can see 3 weeks ago we published this video, 541 views. For my channel, I'm not saying I have a lot of subscribers, but I have 200,000 subscribers and they kind of matter still a little bit on YouTube. 541 views is pretty pitiful. Yeah. In fact, my mom used to ask me why I have so little views on YouTube. And so she can tell when something's pitiful. So 541 over here, 1,100, that's not that good. 833 views over here, not that good. And this one over here with 5,100 views, keep in mind it's a 25-minute video and this is where I'm actually speaking at a conference live. So obviously that's going to do better. And then this one over here, 1,500 views. So why did these suck so bad? One, we took too long to publish them. Two, the packaging sucks, right? And I have a packaging skill for it. But one thing I'll tell you too, even if you use a leveling up content engine, you got to make sure that you're spending probably 10 to 15 minutes if you're the content creator on the packaging. Because once you do, what ends up happening is I spent time creating this video. Once GrokBot came out, trending topic. Okay. So I no longer had to wait for the editor to get it out. Because usually if I get a video out, it might take the editor 7 days to get it out. And by that time, the trend is over, right? So you got to hit the trend like right then and there, and you got to go frequently, right? And so then what happened was, okay, this one, 12,000 views over here, not bad. And keep in mind, I make content from a marketing and a business, from marketing. I focus on marketing and business. That's what it is ultimately, right? Because this 12,000 gives me a good sense of, gives me a good mix of views and people who might be people that buy from me. I could care less about videos that have, I don't know, like 600,000 views. And by the way, let me just show you, right? If you want to go views, I know how to do views, right? Let's just go most views over here, right? What is this? 731,000 views 2 years ago. Okay. Oh, the truth is marriage usually isn't worth it. Now I didn't say that, right? But I happen to think that marriage is worth it. But Rhino and Terrorbound, 485,000 views. We do another one. Look at this packaging. This packaging is pretty damn good too, by the way. Wide TAM topic, good packaging, 485,000 views. Modern dating is impossible, right? 488,000 views. Okay. So this one's in finance, wide TAM, total addressable market. This one's in dating, wide TAM, total addressable market, right? And these are pretty much— these 2 topics over here are evergreen. And the other thing too is this, when you cover a controversial topic, people are going to fight each other in the comments and you're going to get more engagement. Being a content creator is not my full-time job, right? Operating my business is my full-time job. And so did I enjoy these interviews? Did I enjoy You Can't Get Rich Without the Following with Humphrey Yang over here, 205,000 views? Yeah, but did it get me any leads on these? Zero. Zero. And so this Madness one, I got 191,000 views over here. This one's 8 years ago. One other thing I want to give you a tip on before I move on from this, we're going to do some more Astra 6 use cases, but when you are hot on one channel, you should triple down on it because 8 years ago I was actually pretty hot on YouTube where any video I published would be gold. And so when a new organic channel comes out or something new comes out, you should attack it. And once the algorithm is, you have it in your favor, you should continue to attack it. So anyway, all that to say here is I'm not going to go by most viewed. Let's go by most recent again. I'm just showing you the packaging here. So this leveling up content engine allows me It allowed me to publish this one. So 3 days ago, I was able to publish this one. So 10,000, right? And then it got this packaging out over here. And am I saying it's perfect? No, but this click-through rate is not that bad, 7.3%, right? For a B2B type video, it's actually not bad, right? If you're doing finance or dating, it's probably like 9 to 11% or so, sometimes even 15%. So just keep that in mind. And so does this look like me? Kind of, right? But not really, but it's okay. I don't care. I don't I just needed to get it out there and that's what matters. You want to capture. And so these other ones over here that we're publishing, I'm good with it. It's still better than 500 views. And so all that to say is you need to figure out how to create a content engine that can help you scale that out. And I'm going to, by the way, you should take a screenshot. I'm literally about to ask my ChatGPT-6 Astra what leveling up content engine does. And you can just screenshot it and literally just take that and you can probably make it into your own skill. I don't think it's that difficult to do. So let me move back to ChatGPT. And by the way, you guys should drop in the comments what type of marketing channel or business problem you're trying to optimize for right now. And I might have a solution that I can pull up as I do this screen share with you. So let me just do this. What does the Leveling Up Content Engine do? I'm doing a YouTube or I'm doing a webinar right now and I don't want to look like an idiot. Okay, great. So that's one example, right? I'm going to show you some more examples here and then this will hopefully come back. And actually I think I'll be able to pull it up pretty quickly. So great. So very simple, guys, you should just screenshot this, okay? So the leveling up content engine turns one video into a coordinated batch of content for other channels. The cool thing is I'm pretty sure OpenAI is going to make this multiplayer, but the moment this becomes multiplayer, I can just share this with my brand team and they could just handle it from here, right? And maybe the work is like 85% there. So the Leveling Content Engine takes one video, finds the strongest idea, and recommends which formats and channels fit. It can produce short forms, carousels, newsletters, and social posts with captions for each platform. I review everything in one workspace. Then it can schedule the approved content through Metricool. So we use Metricool. That is the scheduling tool that we use. It can do trial reels as well. And so it recommends the right content mix for the source rather than forcing every video into a fixed number of posts. That's what it does. And Astra 6 does a really good job with editing. And that's why I think it's great, right? Because before, I didn't think— I've tried to do this before, but there wasn't really a good option for it. This just has good taste and understands, even for the short-form videos too, it does really good cuts. And I think we're just going to continue to make that better. Okay? So I'm going to move on to the next piece over here. And I think I have this short-form format skill. This one's cool. This one I think you guys should steal. And this one I know for sure, I think if you go to my Instagram right now, it's already available. There's a recent post I put out and if you just comment format, we'll give you this skill. And I think it's on my X as well. So unfortunately we don't have it for today on this one, but what this does, and again, I had this idea before, but nothing could really do it well. But I just said, hey, you know what? I'm busy with my business. I don't want to research all these creators that are performing with these formats, right? Because a lot of these creators, they spend a lot of time on the formats and I think that's a good thing. But why don't I just figure out what formats are performing well and what can I use from a B2B standpoint? And so you can see here, there's a short-form format library. So this is actually a good mix for me because Ryan Deiss, he's focused on his business. And I'm like, oh, okay, this or that. I can do that. This metrics at $20 million tier list. Well, I can do metrics for marketing tier list. Okay. I can do this one over here, this clone video. And so this makes it a lot easier for me because we recently just brought on someone who is a really good short-form strategist. And so I can just hand this to her and then she can just— this will update every single week. And so this is helpful for me because now I can just focus on making the content and then I can just— the editor will know what format to follow, what reference to follow. And then what's going to happen is you're going to end up getting more views and hopefully those are relevant views and hopefully you can drive more leads using those views. So that's what it is. And the other thing is this, when these are going to Instagram, for example, because Instagram short form is strong organic right now, my take on it is, oh, okay, well obviously I need to get it over to ManyChat because ManyChat is a platform that allows that When people comment on your stories or on your reels or on your posts on Instagram, that's when people, it passes over to your email list, right? So whoever comments, you give them the resource and it moves them over to your email list, right? And so that way you're able to collect a lot more leads efficiently. And so what I did here, and Max, this is probably helpful for you, but I have a ManyChat skill here that will take control of my computer. And what it'll do is it actually It created a new— those of you that can look at my X, in fact, I might even just go to my X in a moment, but I basically said, hey guys, I made this short-form content library thing, which I just showed you, and I want you to comment format if you want to get access to it. And so I didn't have to go ask Max, hey, can we have someone on our team put that flow together? And by the way, When you had to put that workflow together in ManyChat, it would probably take you a couple hours to do so, or maybe even an hour to do so. But if you're working 8 hours a day, okay, that's 1/8 of the time. Okay, well, that time is saved. That's 12.5% of your day back. And so now I can just say, hey, here's exactly what I'm looking to do, dictate it out using Whisperflow or whatever dictation tool that you like using. And it actually pumped this out. In this case, it used computer use for it. My point is, and by the way, I had this working already, but I think Astra 6 was computer use. I don't think I actually know. When I looked at the benchmarks, the computer use score actually went up a lot. When I say computer use, it's actually the AI that's using your computer and it's moving around, it's navigating. It's much more efficient now from that perspective. All right. So I'm going to take a look at some of the questions over here for a moment. Let's see. So Blake has a good question. I just don't want to choke on this water. All right. So Blake, I'm going to be honest with you. I don't really use Fable 5, 5.1. So I will say this. I like Fable 5.1 for design, but that being said, for creating business artifacts, in fact, I might show you guys a business artifact in a second that I think it just finished creating. So I think Astra's good for planning. And then if you want to just continue to use your Fable 5.1 to not burn out your Astra credits, you can do that. I just have a lot of resets available right now. And to be frank, I think I burned Through 3 resets, which is resetting my usage within a 72-hour period. And so I set my Astra 6 on medium most of the time right now, and sometimes I set it to high for more deeper thinking. So I do pay for both of them, but my main daily drivers right now, if you guys want to know from a business standpoint, my best AI daily drivers are Astra 6 right now, which I use within Codex. Then I have Hermes. I still use Hermes. Hermes is great because it has a lot of context. I use Grokbot quite a bit because I have a lot of routines that are set up, which I'm going to show you next. There's some really cool sales routines that we have and some recruiting routines that we have. And then I started using Muse, which by the way, you guys can drop in the comment, just type 1 into the comment section if you want me to go through Muse as well, because I was thinking that might be a little bonus. So if we have time, maybe I'll go through that as well. So that is what it is. So, okay, I'm going to go through this. What did I make over here? Oh, this is pretty cool too. Okay. So I do like Astra 6 for design, but I do think that Fable 5.1 is probably a little better for design, but I feel like, I don't feel like, I know that Fable, like Claude, Anthropic, if you're on the $200 a month plan, same thing for For ChatGPT, there's a comparison done on this. If you're paying for the Pro plan, you basically get $14,000 in subsidies if you're using OpenAI on the Pro plan. If you are on the Pro plan or the Max plan or whatever it is for Claude, the $200 a month, the subsidy is $8,000. So pretty significant difference, right? So 8 on 14, I mean, that's a, I mean, 43% It's 43% less. And so I like living in one harness. Okay. So by the way, Max, this is good for you to know. I think I sent this. No, I didn't send this to you guys. Download the zip now. I found ComCentral, but Slack rejected upload. Okay. This is me being lazy. All right. So we had pumped out a video. This is good for you to know, Max, because on Monday we released a video, the 30 Traits of an AI Native Marketer. What I saw on my Instagram was that this type of format where we just jammed a bunch of dense stuff onto one page had performed well on my Instagram. So obviously if stuff is going well, why aren't we just doing more of it? And so I had to create this one. I went through a couple iterations. I think there's some iterations like this one. Nope. Nope. These are the polished ones, I should say. Okay. This one over here, I'm like, I should just send this over to my team. Hopefully in the future I could just tag my team in here and they could just take it. But what I was trying to do here is like, hey, just give me the handoff zip. Make sure the images are native to Instagram and LinkedIn. Make sure we have some PDFs for the carousels. Make sure the images are high quality. Have some captions in there as well. So I can hand it to my team and they can just schedule this, right? And the cool thing too, Max, it has captions in here too, right? So the marketer I want to hire can go deep. In one discipline and direct work across the rest. I put together 30 traits of an AI native marketer organized into 3 areas. And I said, hey, when you do the captions, I want you to go all out. I want you to max it out, right? Because people like it when you max it out, right? They assume that whatever you publish is just going to be valuable if you max it out, right? So it's all right here. And by the way, comment skills to get access to our AM marketing skills. So Max, from your perspective, it's like, oh, Crap. How do we make sure that we have the common skills thing working? And so we need to work with our other contractor to make sure that whatever they're getting, this thing over here, this resource, maybe just it's a PDF or something like that. All that to say, these are the captions and then we have multiple carousels here. So it actually took the 30 and made them into 10 each. So we have 3 different carousels. So now not only did I take one piece of YouTube, one YouTube video, I made it into 4 pieces of content for Instagram and for LinkedIn, which means it's 8 pieces of content, okay? So that's how, and then if you have the ability to collect the leads here, great. But now you have all these skills that can help you. So I don't want to hear, oh, I'm only by myself right now. I don't have the resources. Well, you can do a little more now, okay? I'm not saying you need to do all these things, but you can do a little more now. So that's what it is. All right. So that one, I'm going to show you a little from like a business artifact standpoint, This is my first time looking at this. So let's see how this looks. I'm going to open the vision. Okay, great. Cool. First time looking at this together, guys. So this is something I want my team to see, right? Because oftentimes I'm talking to people on my team, I'm talking to my CTO, I'm talking to friends. It's like, what is the vision behind what we're doing as a company? Okay. So our mission as a company has never changed. So some of this stuff you might be wondering like, why does this matter? Of course this matters. If you work with people, if you work with clients, they need to understand what your vision is. They need you to repeat it all the time. So you're not only just marketing to your customers, you're marketing to your team internally to keep them motivated, right? If you're not doing that, then what are you doing as a leader, right? So, okay, what does it say? So this is our vision. We're the marketing partner that companies can never, they will never outgrow. Because we're always trying to surf the edge. And so what I wanted to bring out here is like, guys, some people on the team will ask like, hey, what's all this stuff that we're building right now? How does it connect? Okay? So all I did, guys, was I took a bunch of Granola transcripts. I connected it with my Gong as well. And I just said, hey, we need to have a vision document that communicates the latest things and what we talked about. And this is important. You're probably doing this once a quarter because things are changing so quickly. Might even be once a month or so. You gotta be updating because things are changing every day on the AI side of things. And so your vision probably needs to be updated frequently. Our mission is not updated that frequently. In fact, this hasn't changed for a long time, right? But the vision, because of how quickly things change, might need to take a look at that more frequently, right? So what we're building ultimately is single-brain marketing intelligence, right? And so What are the goals that we're trying to accomplish? And then we have all these different things. We have our Single Brain Gateway, which you can connect all of your tools to through one gateway. So you don't have to worry about all your API keys being everywhere. And you need an agent to pull from that and you want it to be secure. And so we have the Single Brain Gateway for that. And I think literally if you just go to singlebrain.com/gateway, you can get access to that. And I think we have free access for that. Initially. And so that's how that works. Bring the right customer accounts into the workflow, make relevant contacts available. Well, why do we wanna do that? Well, because if someone comes in and they add in all these connectors, well, we can surface the workflows, the repeatable workflows that are useful. Hey, we noticed that you're trying to accomplish these goals over here. We noticed that you have these connectors. Maybe you need these workflows over here that you can use. And by the way, if you need us to manage the workflows, we can have that conversation. But hey, use the gateway first. Hey, you can use these workflows. You can use them. You can start out for free initially, but then that's how we continue to move up the ladder, up the stack, and that's what we do. This makes it easier for me to explain to the team. By the way, this is my first time looking at this, so I'll probably need to make some changes to this. By the way, I asked it to make a 2 by 2 chart. Okay, great. What does it say over here? I'm going to explain this and I'm going to move on to the next thing. But I almost want to explain this to see if it even makes sense. to people here, because many of you are agencies right now. You have to understand that the value in what you're doing is if something— you're spending time on things for sure, and you're making useful things. But the question is, how much time are you spending on something and how useful is it? So ideally you're creating repeatable workflows that you can hopefully sell and you can hopefully customize to your clients, right? And you need people on your team that understands how to use these things, right? If you look at this, the x-axis is your customer usefulness over here. So we go from low to high over here. So the more useful it is, the more on the right it is. Now, this is ongoing delivery effort over here. So low to high. So by the way, if something is high effort and low useful, you should probably stop or rethink it. And you should be doing this pretty frequently. And we fall into this trap. Yesterday I met with my CTO and I was like, man, I think we need to cut some things. We need to cut some things and we need to refocus the team, which is what we're doing right now. That was from that. It's like, okay, you're going to need to continue to stop or rethink things. Now you go to the bottom left. If it's low effort and it's low usefulness, you probably should just ignore it. Deprioritize it. Now, if it is something that is custom, okay, so a lot more effort and it's high usefulness, you should charge more money for it. All right? So if you're going to build a workflow, but it's highly custom to a customer, then you should talk about tailored work, complex integrations. You should charge more for the scope. That's what it is, right? Now, if it's low effort, high usefulness, this is the green zone, right? I'm not saying this is bad. You just charge more for this. But here you reuse and you scale. So proven workflows, lower effort per run, meaningful value for the customer. And so the way I'm thinking about this right now is like, okay, well, let's say we have a speed-to-lead bot, which I'm gonna show you in GrokBot in a little bit. That one is basically if someone fills out a lead on our site, it calls them immediately. And a couple people, again, a couple people on my team have listened to that call this week. It's like a nice soothing voice and it asks good questions. And it can move people to the next step. And I'm like, okay, well that's a pretty useful thing to sell. So how much would you sell that for? So you're selling different workflows and then maybe some of the stuff that you're working on with clients might be custom and that's what it is ultimately. So anyway, there's all this stuff where, oh, we have this 3-layer cake over here. And this might be helpful for you agency people too, or anybody in services really. So you might sell managed services at the very bottom and then you have a gateway plus workflow access. So that's why we have that Single Brain Gateway. And then we charge people on outputs and outcomes. Okay? So maybe they're looking to, maybe they're looking for, for each lead, they're willing to pay $500 per lead. Okay? Well, we'll charge them on outcomes in that case. Maybe if they're producing 500 ads a month right now and they want to scale up to 1,500 and they're spending like, I don't know, $500 per ad, maybe we charge them $100 per ad and then we can scale them up more. Right? So that's the 3-layer cake for us. And then people pay. My conclusion still is people are still going to want people to run things for them. And that's what it is. But anyway, this was pretty easy for me to explain to you guys from a vision standpoint. And you can type yes or no into chat. Did I even make any sense at all here? But if you can craft this stuff for your investors, for your customers, this should maybe live on your website, but also for your team members too, then you're going to be in a much better spot. This is not just marketing out there, it's marketing inwards as well. So you can get better results from your team. So let me see. Let me see. Let me see. I'm glad that people are sending each other LinkedIn messages in the chat over here. That's cute. All right. So one more thing I'm going to show you from a website leakage standpoint here too, from Astra 6. So I said, hey, find website leakage on singlebrain.com and singlegrain.com. So again, singlegrain.com is where we help people with marketing. Singlebrain.com is where we help people with AI implementation. It's a little simpler that way. And we'll pull up QR codes for that maybe in a little bit. But so I've been working with this back and forth and literally my prompt at the top was like, I was just like, hey, find where the leads are leaking on Single Grain and singlebrain.com. And I've done this before, it wasn't that good. So I just tried to do it again. And so sometimes it just, the timing isn't right, but I know that we have a popup, an exit popup on the Single Grain and the singlebrain.com website. So I just said, hey, gimme some different concepts here. So this is an exit popup for Single Grain driving them to Single Brain. So grain to brain. So put marketing agents to work in Slack or Microsoft Teams, which is an offering that we have. And hopefully this is maybe like an image. This is better than what it was before. What it was before was this. More traffic won't fix a leaky funnel. What the F does that mean? That's one of those, whenever you have AI make decks for you and it just tries to say something that's really smart and it ends up being really stupid. This frustrates me because this makes me feel like an idiot. You don't want to make your people, your prospects feel like an idiot. So I think I said, I gave feedback here this morning. It's like 7 in the morning. I'll say, by the way, the exoplanet should be this. I want to see 3 concepts over here. They should be very clear, actionable, make the benefit understandable and actionable. Don't have it be some AI slop. So that's my frustrated dictation over here. So what did it come up with? Again, this is my first time looking at this with you guys. So this one's not bad over here. Agents where your team works, not bad. In fact, this headline's not that bad either. Use this over here. Had enough recurring work. Hand off the marketing tasks that keep coming back. Okay. Use Single Grain's managed marketing agents in Slack or Microsoft Teams to produce ad creative, build content plans, and prepare weekly reports. Okay. Not bad. Probably something we can work with, maybe 70% there. Create more ad— I like how this one's orange, by the way, kind of stands out. Create more ad variations with marketing agents. Okay. Angle 1, angle 2, angle 3. Okay. Not bad. Not great, but not bad either. Great, fine. And then this one over here, fine. Need a team to run your marketing. Okay, single brain to single brain. Okay, great. Now I can hand this off to the team, or in fact, I can probably just deploy this directly from Codex, but I'd rather just hand it off to a developer because they know the ins and outs of the stack more and I don't want to screw anything up. That's one thing to keep in mind too. I did try to run a CRO loop a while back and The problem with that CRO loop was it started to make changes to the site and it removed tags and it removed analytics codes and things like that. And so you just want to make sure that you have a human in a loop to check what's going on here. Okay. All right. So that's the bit on Astra. And then here's what I'll also say on the left side over here. You need to think about probably every week or so. Probably every couple days reprioritizing your chats on the left side. So you can see I have P0, P1, P2. So I have things around revenue, recruiting, finance, right? All these things that are related to running a business that are not related to marketing, but then I can figure out what I need to attack. And so recruiting's really big for me right now. And a lot of the great people that we've had come in recently on the Single Grain side have been amazing, right? And it's because This understands the criteria that I'm looking for. I want people that have a history of 2 promotions at 2 different companies with an average tenure of 3 years, which eliminates a lot of people, right? And they must be super AI-pilled as well. And so once we find those people, then I'll send them a list of questions asking them, hey, what percent of your work is done by AI today? If it's less than 70% for a non-engineer, they're out. If it's less than 95% for an engineer, they're out, right? And so it becomes way easier to play the recruiting game Because a lot of this is just an if this, then that statement type of thing. And to me, recruiting, you can play the game for influencer recruiting, that's marketing. You can play it from sales outreach standpoint, that's gonna generate revenue. And you can do it from helping your business recruiting standpoint. Okay. So anyway, I'm gonna move over to GrokBot now and let's go over to, GrokBot. I'm going to share my screen. By the way, if you guys are finding value in this right now, just type 2 into the chat right now or tell me what else. If you're not finding value, tell me what else you want to hear or maybe you could find value and you tell me you want to hear something else. But that will help me. That'll help guide how we continue throughout this here. And then you can start to ask questions too because we'll start to probably within 5, 10 minutes or so, I'll start to attack questions. But let me share my screen real quick to GrokBot. And by the way, as we make the change over to GrokBot, Max, if you want to pull up the Single Brain QR code, we can do that real quick. So this QR code, you guys can scan it. I mean, but this is where people ask us for AI implementation and it's like, where do you go? Well, that's exactly where you can go, right? And you can scan that. So that's where we help with the marketing team members that live inside of Slack and Microsoft Teams. Okay. Can you Kill that share in three, two, one. Okay, that's good. Okay, so let me share my Grokbot now. All right. By the way, let me tell you guys something cool. I saw this this morning. So you know, I was looking through my my YouTube studio, right? And I noticed that someone had commented, and I just got a weird feeling about this. And so the the comment was basically, um, it's from this nice lady. Her name is Mercedes. And I could just feel like a certain aura from that comment, right? It's like that person has like 16 subscribers on YouTube, not that that matters. And it was like, hey, been watching your stuff, trying to figure out how to work with you. Okay. And I'm like, huh. So I'm riding my Peloton bike in the morning, right? I'm like, hmm. So I just Googled that person's name. So I Googled that person's name and it's like, oh, lo and behold, person leads AI at this company that's raised over $100 million and is up in the Bay Area, talking Mountain View, right? They have like 150 employees or so that's qualified for us. So you also don't know, like from a marketing standpoint, this is not really GrokBot related, but you got to think about like when people engage with you on X, when people engage with you on LinkedIn, when people engage with you on YouTube, how do you find the people who are ICP fit? And you can use tools like Gojiberry. You can use, I think there's tools like Lead Shark or whatever. There's like HeyReach for outreach. You got to be using these tools to find and engage with the people that seem to be ICP fit that are engaging with your stuff. And especially people that are engaging with your stuff multiple times. How do you make sure that you put them into like a— they're engaging with every one of your LinkedIn posts? How do you add them on LinkedIn? Say, hey, here's what I do right now. Would love to connect with you. Share your link. And obviously only if it's ICP fit, but those of you that are trying to generate more leads, You have to be thinking about approaching things from an omnichannel approach today. It can't just be one channel. You can't just be a one-trick pony anymore. That doesn't work and you gotta be very adaptable. I'm gonna show you my speed to lead bot and this is exciting. We have some phone numbers in here, probably can't share those. Let's see, how do I wanna play this? Let's do this. Hey, I'm doing a webinar right now, so I want you to write a longer message and so we can scroll past the sensitive information. On what this bot does, what the practical use cases are, and how high leverage you think it is. Go. Okay, so I'm just going to show you real quick as it puts that together for you, the setup for this. Here, I'm going to show you how I went about this. Great. Let me share my screen. Actually, you guys can see it. You guys can see all the phone numbers and all that. Doesn't matter anymore. Okay, so doesn't matter anymore. So this bot is Speed to Lead. Basically what it does is it hooks in with your CRM and it gets dialed within 60 seconds. And it will— I already set this to test on myself yesterday and then today I'm testing it on my team. So we haven't set this live yet. You're going to have to test this extensively. And I'll probably share this as a template. I will probably add it to our Skills Dojo. But what I'll just say, because you guys can see everything already, So I'm testing this with my team right now. And one of our team members is in Nicaragua, right? And so it's testing. And so now I'm like, oh crap, I actually need to make sure that my Twilio, which is, that's what you use for sending text messages and getting a phone number and making calls as well. I need to make sure that it can handle phone calls internationally, right? So you're probably looking to target people that are international. From a United States for sure, right? Maybe if your customers are in Europe, maybe for a global company, maybe you're targeting in Asia so you can just call everywhere. And then maybe you're probably layering this on with some type of lead qualifier to pre-qualify these before these phone calls are made because each of these phone calls costs money. And then the way you set this up is you're using xAI Voice, which is pretty good. And guys, I'm not technical. I did this yesterday. In fact, I think I finished a setup. I was about to go to bed and I finished a setup in bed and I had it make a call and then I just went to bed. That was the last of the day. So Speed to Lead is Single Grain's inbound response agent for free consultation form leads. Now every lead can be called. Not only that, imagine if you have a Speed to Lead for maybe ICP fit, maybe for not so ICP fit, maybe They can be referred to partner agencies that you work with or partner companies that you work with, right? For the ones that aren't as qualified. So maybe you build, like we have a referral partner actually that we send leads to and we should just send all the lower tier ones that aren't a fit for us. Speed to lead just goes straight to them and that will generate more revenue for them and us. Not only that, we can probably create a program where anyone can come in for this and we'll just requalify people and we'll have it be a competition. And so practical use cases here. True speed to lead on high-intent forms. So free consultation, demo request, talk to sales, any form where delay kills conversion. Remember, time kills all deals. The bot's job is the first conversation inside a minute, not a task for someone to remember after standup. After hours and overflow coverage within policy. So when the team is at meetings or at capacity, qualified inbound can still get an immediate on-brand first touch instead of silence. Policy still bounds the dollar flow. The point is coverage without hiring a 24/7 SDR bench for every spike. Guys, I probably only need to show you Disc Rock Bot today, to be honest, because this is already super high value. And you can see I have all these other ones. I have a HeyReach Bot over here. I have pre-call intelligence. I'm messing around with these trial reel ones, which honestly I should probably just hand off to you, Max, or somebody else on the team. I'm messing around with these chart bots over here. When the constraint is no longer a constraint, you just end up wanting to do more. And to be honest, for me, it's fun. I just gotta pace myself, right? Okay. So consistent first touch qualification, test and prove skill. Okay, great. I'm like, how high leverage is this? And this is a— I always like asking this question, by the way, because it can always be a little higher leverage, right? So I put a mature version of this at high 70s to low 90s, depending on the 2 variables that decide everything. Answer rate, number one, and inbound quality. So the cool thing about Grokbot is you can hook in your CRM, you can hook in XAI API, you can hook in Twilio as well. It'll take the API keys and then you're good to go. So if form consent is real, leads are serious, caller identity looks trustworthy, not spam flagged. Okay, great. And the qualifier books or cleanly hands off inside a couple minutes. That is a 90+ move. So I would recommend that you guys just take a screenshot of this that I'm showing you right now. I'll probably make it available. In fact, I'm not going to say probably. I'm just going to do it right now. I will make it available, share as a template right here. We'll add it to the Skills Dojo, skillsdojo.com, if you want access to it. And that's what it is ultimately. Anyway, I'm going to start answering some questions now. Maybe I'll show you one more bot before I do questions. I have this AEO SEO bot and this one's cool because I have now challenged my AEO SEO team because I have said, hey, the version that I handed off to you, the AEO SEO bot, which autonomously will draft content based on content spikes, maybe content that you're putting out there or internal content that you have, customer conversations, sales conversations, handle objections, whatever, that should be AEO SEO content. And so I have been talking to my team about this. It's been 10 weeks already. And so I'm like, enough is enough because guys, each week is 2% in a year. 10 weeks is what? That's 20% a year. And so I should be livid by this point, right? But I'm not livid yet. I have made this a friendly competition now. So with this AEO SEO bot now, what this is doing, okay, check this out. So my dream is just for me to pick the content that I don't like from this one. Look, 27 Traits of AI Native Marketers. Okay, that's the video that happened on Monday. So it is ingesting the content I'm putting out there. Reddit playbook for winning AI search. We get a lot of inquiries around Reddit, right? That's something we help with on the Single Grain side. AI search ranking checklist. We should do it. Okay. By the way, what is the shape here? Is this a problem, right? What funnel, what part of the funnel is this? Top of the funnel, middle of the funnel, bottom of the funnel? Is this action net new? Is it an update piece of content? Are we consolidating content here? So it will give me 40 pieces, 40 ideas, and I'm more inclined to decline content from here and just say the ones I don't want to do versus the ones I do want to do. Because look, GPT-6 Astra to run my business, that's good, but I can splinter off into GPT-6 Astra to run my marketing, to run my SEO, to run my social, to run my paid media, to run my creative. You can create so many different versions of this right now. And sorry, my internet went out for a second, but you can create so many different versions of this and agents discover, buy, pay. I want to create content around Using X402 for agents to buy things, right? These are things that I talk about all the time, and I tend to think that I'm a little ahead when it comes to just AI marketing in general. When I talk about it on my podcast, when I talk about this with my team, but your team will never be able to keep up with this, right? In terms of getting this content out. So I'm getting this out there. I'm like, okay, this all sounds good. Let's just get it out there. Come on. Right? And so I said, hey, you know what? We will now compete with my team to run this workflow. Someone on my team is saying, give him till next Tuesday. I want to show him. I want to show what we can do with just you and me until Tuesday in terms of selecting and publishing. We're gonna see what happens. Okay, got it. You plus me race until next Tuesday. Here's what we're gonna do right now. And then I said, hey, can you just have me review and they just set things live? What do we need to do over here? And I'm like, hey, I wanna measure using a cohort table for whatever we publish. Next 7 days, 14 days, 28 days or so. I want to see the performance over time. I also want to figure out how we go about internal linking here. So you guys can see all the stuff I'm talking about here, me doing marketing for the last 18 years or so. Your knowledge compounds if you know how to play the game this way. And not only that, it's also beneficial for you to teach your team that knows how to use AI. You teach them how to think in terms of your philosophies here. They're gonna be able to do a lot more as well, right? And they'll thank you for that. So anyway, all that to say, I'm gonna keep messing with this a little later today. I'm gonna keep messing with my speed to lead bot, but we have some time for questions here. So I'm gonna stop my screen share and let's go through some questions. So let's see, do we have a Q&A part? Oh, we do have a Q&A part. I can just click show on these, huh? So let's go with Okay. So I'm going to go with Guy Tate. Let's show this one. So this is from 40 minutes ago. I'm going to see if I can remember. Okay. Can it do a full podcast video edits or make cuts into Shorts from the full one? It can do all of it. It can do the long-form one. It can do the mid-form ones. It can do the long-form. I could say full video, right? That's the full video for YouTube. To me, longer-form video is like a horizontal one. And we're talking about the Leveling Up Content Engine. Those of you that are joining us right now, So those to me are like 5 to 15 minutes or so, because LinkedIn has less than 15 minutes. And then you can do mid-form, which to me are like 2 to 5 minutes or so, which are horizontal. And then short-form obviously is the vertical. To me, that's like, I don't know, I want to say 30 to 45 seconds to 2 minutes or so. And that's what it is. Oh man. Here's a question for you guys. Do you guys want me to cover Muse or do you guys want me to cover more questions here? You guys can drop it in the chat right now. I'm going to cover 1 or 2 more questions. Maybe I'll hop over to Muse. All right. By the way, those of you that run agencies right now, let me just tell you this. You might be wondering, are we all screwed as agencies? No. Part of the reason people hire agencies is they want people who are proactive, who are on top of strategy, who are ahead of the curve. If you're doing that, you're good. If you're on this— the fact that you're on this webinar right now says a lot about you. You want to learn, you're insatiably curious, you want to get better. If you keep doing that, nothing can ever stop that, right? You're going to have an advantage. So Max, I don't like you can just say and people can't hear your audio. Like what are people saying? Do they want the Muse part or do they want me to answer more questions? Okay. All right. I'm going to answer one more question here. So which bot is creating the largest financial win at this moment? Great question. So Andy Day. So. By far for me, because as a business owner, I care more about talent than anything. So talent is my number one constraint right now and my concern, because I want to make sure that we maintain a very high talent bar that's unreasonably high and that continues to get higher and higher every day. And sorry, that's my food arriving. But so the recruiting bots have been extremely helpful because it can see what my recruiting agents are doing. It can also see what's coming in inbound as well. And basically it will, through our evals, it'll determine who's actually qualified to work with us. I mentioned 2 promotions, 2 different companies, 3 years of average tenure, and then it sends them the 6 AI questions and it'll evaluate how they answer those questions. And only then should it make it to me or should it make it to a human. So it ends up saving you a lot more time and money ultimately. Okay. So Let's go through Muse. Muse, let me tell you what the Muse is right here, Aram. Muse is, it was released from Meta yesterday. It is their own version of an agent. I'm going to show you what I've been doing with mine and I'll probably make a video on this. Because I can make any video I want now, I don't have to wait anymore. I'll probably make the video today. I'm going to do Meta Muse versus GrokBot versus Hermes. Which one wins, right? And I know that's going to get views, right? But if we wait a week, it's not going to get as many views. Okay, so let me open my phone sharing, phone mirroring. Okay, here we go. So let me switch my screen share and let me go to Muse. Okay. All right, so let's go over here. Right here. Okay, cool. So I have named my Muse bot Doodoo. Okay, you can name your Muse bot whatever you want. I just went with Doodoo. All right, so one question I asked it initially was this. I said, hey, is there a way you can look at my ad accounts, my client ad accounts, Meta ad library to help us grow faster? Would you be able to look at the Google and LinkedIn ad library? Because think about this, Muse, it's owned by Meta, so they're connected to everything. All 4 are doable. Okay, these ad libraries are public. You own the ad accounts and client accounts. So I need to hook them up through Meta Marketing API. So now it's like maybe you should be thinking about getting an API key from Meta Marketing and then it'll be able to give you more insights in terms of how things are going. I just went down the list over here. I was like, hey, can you just tell me honestly what's genuinely differentiated here? Most AI ad agents are dashboards with a chat box. They read one account, report ROAS, and suggest raising budgets on winners. Here's where it actually be different for you. All right? So your agency portfolio is a data moat. Once your accounts are connected, I don't see one account, I see all of them. I can see which hooks, formats, and offers win across clients and verticals. Then port a winning pattern from client A to client B. No single account agent can do that. That's pretty cool. Competitor radar, not one-off research. I watch rivals' ads continuously in the Meta ad library. What's been running 60 days, proxy for winners. What dies in a week, losers. I'm pinging you the moment someone scales a new angle. Bank-level truth. Okay, this is helpful. If you're running an e-commerce store, because this is connected in with Plaid, for example, you can hook in your bank accounts and all that. You can probably hook in Shopify. You can hook in all these things, right? So your Plaid data is already connected. I can check whether Meta spend is actually moving cash in your bank, right? Not what ads managers attribution claims. Platforms lie, the bank doesn't. Organic winners become ad creative. So you might say some of you are doing this already. I'm not doing this right now. And in fact, this is probably part— this video is probably something I'll send to my team as well. Landing page message match audits, and maybe it can make the changes on those pages too. Insight to creative in one loop, always-on watchdog. That's pretty cool, right? And so not only that, I have all these other chats over here, but I said, hey, I think my Instagram sucks. Okay. So I was like, hey, so one of my friends, so this guy's name is Mark Manson. So he creates a lot of relationship content. He gets tens of millions, if not hundreds of millions of views, right? So he made a comment. He's like, hey, I actually think you're typically really ahead on AI. I actually think you need to post more. And then when he looked at my Instagram, he said, no, no, no, no, you need to post less. You need to post higher quality, but less. And so Max, I think one thing we need to do is we probably need to just cut out the clips, right? Because it does an audit. And so here's what it says. And maybe Max, I'll just send this to you, but you post 50 times a month, mostly Reels, and your wins are all comment keyword carousels and image, comment brain, Hermes loops format. Clip thumbs are getting almost nothing. All right? So your saves are heavily hooks, comment CTAs, and trial reel systems from the same growth creators. So the formats you admire. So notice it knows what I'm saving on my Instagram. The things that I admire, all the bookmarks that I have, the things that I admire, that's what you should be doing. And yet you are not doing it. And so then it gives me a content calendar, which I haven't clicked yet. So your friend is right. And so here's what it says. You should do this. You should cut your posting down. I'm not going to cut it down to 3 per week. I'm probably cut it down to 7 per week. And you should have these 3 formats on rotation, comment, keyword carousel, talking head, agent demo reel. debate or teardown post. And it's like, oh, by the way, I pulled real numbers. Your reels since June, median is 8 likes, 1 comment. Neil's reels have median 6 likes, 3 comments. So it's not just you. Straight podcast clip dumps are dead for marketing pods, even the biggest names, right? But podcast clips can work. Look at my first million. Look at Earn Your Leisure. Look at this one over here. So all these patterns I can pull. By the way, look, if I want to plan a Japan itinerary over here, I said, "Hey, help me plan a travel itinerary based on my IG saves and my food saves to Japan." Okay, great. It gives me all this stuff. I'm like, "Hey, can you just make something visual for me?" And it makes this artifact. This is my first time looking at this, by the way. You know, twelve days, two travelers over here. This is during the cherry blossom season, right? Follow the blossoms west, right? Bloom timing is provisional. Da da da da da. You know, stay at the Aman Tokyo. Okay, I'm not staying at the Aman Tokyo. That's too expensive. Here's what you need to do. Set up a digital IC card and Apple Wallet. Here, go to Hakone over here. Go to Kyoto over here for 4 nights. Go to Nara. And it's showing all these cherry blossoms at these different spots. This is cool. I can probably sell my girlfriend on this. But I had bookmarked a lot of things that I'm interested in from a travel standpoint and also based on the people that I follow too. Will recording be available? Yes, it will be available. So anyway, all that to say is, what app do I use to share my phone on my computer? This is the phone mirroring app on iMac. Cool. All right. So I hope you guys found this helpful. I'm going to be doing these every single week. And if you want me to do more, drop 1 into the chat, just the number 1. My plans to do more. Because by the way, there's a lot. When you watch me do this, think about this from your workflow standpoint. How do you make one pillar content like this one? I'm calling it the cow right now. And then how do you milk the cow? Because the thing that I just showed you with Muse right now, that's probably a 2 to 5 minute mid-form, if not a 5 to 15 minute long form. There's probably a short form that we can extract from that one as well because there's a screen share too. So I can just take this, dump it into the leveling up content engine inside of Oster 6, and it'll create all the different formats. And then I can hand it off, right? And then not only hand it off, all the human posting stuff that you're doing right now, oh, we need to get this scheduled or whatever. Why don't you just make a skill for that and have the computer handle all the scheduling and everything? And you just handle the last mile and you just check everything there. You will then be able to create a lot more. And those of you that are thinking, man, I just can't get leads right now. Well, I'm sure you have something amazing to share. Maybe you're doing marketing around construction. There's probably some interesting stuff that you can share there as well.
