The reason a lot of people can't or choose not to build a win-win culture is because they're too busy thinking, you know what, I don't want to put that person on a platform because what if they leave me? Yep. And the thing is, is that people will leave you either way. One way is where you suppress them and they say, fuck you, I'm gonna go find somebody who doesn't suppress me, or I'll go do it on my own. Or you can say, I will encourage them and I will invest in them. They could leave you with everything you've invested, but they're still better off, and you are because you've learned and you've been a better teacher. Or they could Yep. And at the end of the day, you win together.
