We have underestimated how important just caring is when it comes to leadership. I'll give you a great example. This weekend, this past weekend, we had a bunch of chairs get delivered, like office chairs, and they all came in boxes. And so I came here on Saturday and I started to assemble them. Somebody came into the office today and they said, how'd these chairs get assembled? I said, well, somebody put them together. And they said, oh, who did that? I did. And then the next thought, I could see it in their head. They said, should I put one together? I said, it's not a good use of your time, but I had some extra time. Like, we'll, we'll figure out whatever. But like that little thing, I didn't do it because that person's going to walk in and say that. But that little thing, all of a sudden they realize like, wait a minute, that guy came here this weekend and put together the chair and they did another one. Right. And by the way, like they were actually kind of hard to put together. Right. Took me a while to figure out. Yeah. No job is too small.
