As a founder CEO, what do you spend the majority of your day on? If you had to pick one thing, like what's the biggest thing you spend majority of your time on? Problems. So just solving different problems? Yeah, a lot of stuff gets dropped off. Even though we have this thing called if they bring a problem, they have to come up with like 3, 4 solutions or so, and then they need to pick the best one. Even in that situation, sometimes I need to still need to sit back and figure out how to coach them. I'm all over recruiting, and then I'm all over marketing as well. I have to help with sales sometimes. So everything, right? All the things that people don't want to do. But hey, it is what it is. I'm not complaining, by the way. It's just, it is what it is. So it is rewarding, I will say that. So yeah.
