One of the things I've heard you talk about too, Eric, is focusing on one service and one niche to start and then expanding from there. What are some of the markers that make it, you think, a little bit safer for an agency to test out a new service or expanding into a new vertical?
So my take on niching down in the past was, oh, that means you can only have one. But what I've learned is that you can actually have 3 or 4. It's almost like, um, Apple nailed the— what did it— what was the first one? Lisa. I think they nailed that first, right? Before they started to move into different product lines. And it's the same thing for you. It's, you gotta nail it before you scale it.
