If you took out your phone, I would just stare at you and then we would pause the whole meeting and just say, we'll wait for you, right? The reason we did that was because of the same reason. Like, we want to be fully engaged. It's the only laptop that's out is the person that's running the meeting unless we're doing a brainstorm or something like that. But, you know, you take your phone out, we're going to look at you. You take your laptop out, we're going to— because we know you're doing other stuff.
