Maybe early 20s or so, I was still going out with my friends. We're going to music festivals, we're going to clubs and things like that. And that probably went until 25. But even 22 to 25, I was still thinking about this stuff all the time. Probably around 25, I started to realize that one, I like, I really don't enjoy drinking. I don't enjoy the hangover. I don't enjoy eating junk food like carne asada fries or eating Carl's Jr. or McDonald's or In-N-Out. And all tasted amazing, right? But, you know, staying up till 4 or 5 AM and then sleeping in late, that didn't seem like I was making the most of my time. And I would just say that when you have that knot in your stomach, You should probably trust that gut feeling. I wish I trusted that gut feeling a little earlier.
